Bring your extended family to enjoy our sun-filled chalet-style home nestled in tranquil Sebago Cove with 130 feet of private waterfront with a private dock, fire pit & kayak rack, and use of our local association beach which is perfect for toddlers! You'll love the floor to ceiling windows and unique stone fireplace which is the centerpiece of our living room. We're Western-facing, so you can enjoy amazing colorful sunsets which light up the house. Our huge home has an open floor plan and three levels of living, offering plenty of space for everyone! Send the kids downstairs to the game room for some fun, while the adults relax on the deck with a glass of wine enjoying nature. Set the mood with our whole house sound system in every room plus on the outdoor deck, so you can listen while you grill on our Weber (propane provided). Excellent location for week-long family vacations with lots of local attractions, excursions and restaurants! We're 5 minutes from the Naples Causeway where you can enjoy shopping, waterfront dining, seaplane rides, jet ski rentals, ice cream, mini golf and more! It's the home of the Songo River Queen II and a fun area to explore. We're only 25 minutes away from Pleasant Mountain for downhill skiing, and 15 minutes from Five Fields Farm for Nordic skiing. Seacoast Adventures in Windham offers a waterpark, ropes course, go-karts, high swing, and tubing. Looking for a day trip? We're only 1 hour away from Portland, Freeport, Old Orchard Beach and North Conway.

The Chalet is perfect for any season. In the Summer lounge on the deck while grilling burgers on our grill (propane provided), take one of the 4 kayaks out for a sunset cruise, and share s'mores over the fire by night. Take your boat out to explore the Sebago State Park Sandbar, grab lunch on Frye Island or take the Songo River all the way to Brandy Pond or Long Lake. If you don't own a boat, you can rent one from any marina on Sebago Lake, Brandy Pond, or Long Lake. Boating is best from June to August as the lake's water level is drained approximately 2-3 feet from Fall to Spring. The water level in the lake is controlled by the Eel Weir Dam and can fluctuate.

In the Winter you can snowmobile right out the front yard to access Maine's 10,000+ miles of Maine's Interconnected Trail System (ITS)! Explore the frozen lake in snowshoes, ice skates or cross country skis. For downhill skiing, it's a short 25 minute drive to Pleasant Mountain. The views of snowfall from our floor to ceiling windows are absolutely stunning! Cozy up to the fireplace on those chilly nights or warm up with a heated ping-pong tournament! We decorate with an artificial Christmas tree from approximately late November through mid January.

Please note: The downstairs fireplace is not for guest use. You are very welcome to use the living room fireplace or outdoor fire pit.

Security Cameras: We have two video/audio security cameras on the property. One is a Ring doorbell facing the front landing and another camera facing our driveway, trash area and the road. These are security cameras focused on the entryways and are designed to maintain your privacy while ensuring the security and safety of our home.
