WINTER DESCRIPTION December 1, 2025 to April1, 2026
5 bedroom, 3 full baths, master on 1st floor. Great spot to just enjoy the winter views, relax, snowmobile, ski, ice fish or snow shoe. Pleasant Mountain 20 minutes, Sunday River 1 hour, North Conway 50 minutes, snowmobile trails near by, indoor wood fire place and outdoor fire pit.

SUMMER DESCRIPTION- Weekly only Saturday To Saturday Only!
Beautifully situated vacation property just steps away from the waters edge. 106 feet of your own private gradual entry sandy beach, dock, and float. Expansive water views from almost every window. 2 level, 5 bedroom home with knotty pine interior and hardwood floors with that up north cabin feel. Large master bedroom on first floor with a private full bath. Large level yard. End the day roasting marshmallows over the fire pit.
Boat on Approximately 40 miles of continuous water via Songo River to Brandy Pond to Long Lake. Shop, dine and visit all that Naples has to offer, by jumping in your boat for an adventurous day trip, up the Songo River to the Locks, then on to Bandy Pond and Long Lake. Shops, Watersport Rentals, Restaurants or take a ride on The Songo River Queen and much more!

Gorgeous view of Sebago lake from many rooms in the house! Lots of little shops in the area and Sebago 's farmers market on Wednesday was adorable and delicious!

Great property, but we missed the part of the listing that said they don’t provide sheets and towels. Luckily Walmart was nearby and we were able to get what we needed. They also don’t have paper products so bring those too. Property was modern for a lakefront camp, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Owner was very kind and responsive to questions.

Nice spot! Larry was very helpful when the BBQ grill, as it wasn’t working. It should be said that each time the grill was used, the line had to be bled. The house had everything you could possibly need and we could have left several things that we brought at home. We enjoyed the lake every day and the week flew by! Thank you!!

Great Spot

House was clean and comfortable with a great location, property, and views. Felt secluded while still being conveniently close to stores you may need supplies from. Would definitely stay here again.

Super Sebago Stay

We had an amazing stay at this home on Sebago Lake. The view is unbelievable. It was perfect for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee, and the loons at night during campfires were such a peaceful touch. The house was super clean, very comfortable, and had plenty of space for our whole family.Larry and Laura were great hosts and always quick to respond if we needed anything. Some of our favorite memories were fishing off the dock with our 7-year-old and paddle boarding with our 3-year-old; something we’ll never forget. The lake is so clean and calm, just beautiful.Really loved our time here and would definitely stay again!

A perfect home

Great getaway

We had a great week at this rental. We needed a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, on the water with a dock, so this was perfect. There were some minor glitches, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds, we all had a great time.

Annual family vacation

This location gas everything for an amazing Sebago family vacation! Incredible sandy beach, great house, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The yard is nicely fenced and it's close to Gemmes and Jordan's if you ever needed anything. The host was great, kept in touch and was very quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this home and would rent here again!

Perfect Getaway

Our family of 5 adults and 5 kiddos had a fabulous time at Larry and Laura’s hidden gem. The house was as described and was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the private beach/lake area with the kiddos doing cannonballs off the dock for hours. Larry and Laura were extremely responsive and answered any questions that we had. We would stay here again and would recommend to others to do the same!

September vacation

Very nice house situated in a great location. Sat at the beach area everyday watching the sunrise. Got some firewood and used the fire pit several nights. Of course we ate Maine lobster and ate at a few of the local restaurants. The weather was great for the end of September. Family and friends visited us throughout the week. We had a good time and look forward to revisiting the area each year.

Wonderful Lake Front fun!

Our family had a great time at Larry & Laura’s vacation home! Amazing location, beautiful lake and incredible sandy beach which is so rare in lakefront properties! Our grandsons had to be removed from the lake and fell asleep fully exhausted each night from the fun on the water. The house was clean and decorated with a homey rustic cabin feel and the screened in porch was huge we ate out there every meal! Larry was an attentive and caring host answering all our questions immediately! We would highly recommend this property to anyone especially families with children.

Another great stay

When we asked the teenagers if they wanted to come back here this year, all hands shot in the air. There are enough bedrooms for the whole family to spread out. You have your own sandy beach (not rocks or mud) with a dock and a swim float. We could eat and play board games either at the indoor table and at the picnic table on the great screened porch. The owners are easy to contact and work with. We would stay here again in a minute.

Sandy Beach!

While everything was great with the house, exactly as shown, with 3 young children in our group, it was the sandy beach that really made the difference! We all enjoyed the proximity to the water, the dock and the float for swimming. The house was comfortable for 4 adults and the 3 youngsters. The fenced in yard also helped keep our crowd reined in. Downstairs master. Perfect place for multigenerational gatherings such as ours.

Wanted to love it

We had a three-generation family vacation of five adults and two pre-teens. Overall, more rustic than it looks for the price. Water access was excellent, but maybe because of all the rain, we did find over ten pieces of glass in and around the beach and dock. In terms of the area around the house, one of the neighbor's chickens roamed around from one side through the yard daily. The neighbor with chickens [and chickens] was nice enough. The other side neighbors were a big group and loud. Lots of road noise from commercial vehicles, especially since you will need to keep the windows open at night because no AC--thanks goodness it was relatively cool for our week. The bedrooms were small upstairs, and realistically, only one room upstairs with the two double beds can handle adults. My wife and I slept in separate rooms. The upper bunks had cobwebs and spider webs, so my kids refused to sleep there. Top bunks very close to ceilings. Full size lower bunk is creaky and LOUD. The downstairs queen room is the best one in the house. Kitchen was fine, but the cookware is ancient inside the musty cabinets if you plan on cooking much. Outdoor grill was very great. Bathrooms are retro. Only one upstairs. Back porch is nice, shaded--as is the back yard. Great view of lake! Convenient dock for our boat too, and town launch is about two road miles away. Had excellent food from Gemmes and Bob's.

Hi Robert, The house has a 5 star rating previous to your rating. Your comments are always appreciated good or bad, it's how we make improvements to our overall operations and guests stays. The home is clearly photographed. Knotty pine and hardwood floors throughout. Most of our guests find this desirable. The beach has been a challenge this year given its high levels and rapid rise and fall due to weather. It is regularly cleaned and raked. Every effort is made for safety. I have addresses the chickens with the neibor as a result of your positive comments.(can't fix what we don't know) The home maintains its cool temperature due to tree cover and prevailing wind direction. The road may have some traffic during daytime hours but quites considerably at night. The home described as having 1 Queen, 3 Full and 4 twin beds. Where you sleep is clearly a choice left up to you and out of our control. We have addressed the Cobb / Spider web issue with our cleaning company again thanks for your positive comments. We strive for 5 star 100 % ratings and will take your comments underadvisment . Thank you again Larry & Laura

Just what we needed!

Perfect for our family -- enough bedrooms for privacy and wonderful living areas for congregating for meals and games. Kitchen was roomy enough for meal prep. Although it was off season we managed a quick dip in the lake. The full moon rising over the lake was an added bonus and the sunrise was spectacular! Hosts were attentive and responded right away to any of our questions. Thank you for sharing your special home.

Beautiful and convenient

The house is spacious, up-to-date and has a spectacular view of Sebago Lake. The owners were clear on what we needed to supply. The large living/dining room was a nice place for our group to come together. We were there for a wedding at Autumn Lane, which is an easy walk from the house. The 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. Great stay.

Perfect Sebago Rental!

This property is absolutely perfect and has everything that you could need! The fenced in yard overlooking the water was perfect for the dogs, and the house, beach, and docks were just amazing! This location has everything you could need for a relaxing Sebago vacation! Laura and Larry were great - although we barely needed to communicate with them because they made everything so easy, organized, and straightforward! Thank you for an incredible stay - hoping to rent again soon!

Amazing Waterfront Vacation!

Rented this place last minute for Memorial Day weekend with my family and I have to agree with other reviews it was more beautiful in person! The views are amazing, it was a short drive to downtown Naples, and the house was clean and bigger than expected. My only recommendation is to pack salt, pepper, and non-stick spray— but there is a cute local general store 5 minutes down the road that had everything we needed. Communication was excellent and we would definitely stay again!
