Modern Ski-in/Ski-out Studio with Convenient Access to Communal Hot Tub

This studio condo features accommodations for four. There is a king bed and a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. After a day on the mountain relax in front of the gas fireplace while watching cable TV. Step out on your private deck to take in the fresh air. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, small fridge, built in microwave, small cook-top, and is fully equipped with whatever you might need to make dinner for an evening in. The spacious bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a large vanity.

Perfectly situated within Founders Point, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex, this property offers an amenity rich base experience. There is nothing better after a long day on the slope /trails than relaxing on the roof deck which features a pool-sized hot tub, gas grills, outdoor fireplace, and free Wi-Fi.
Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

HOT TUB HOURS for Ski season 2025/2026
9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Parking fee during ski-season $24/ per vehicle per day).

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

For your added convenience, this complex also offers ski lockers, bike storage and a coin laundry room.

That was the 3rd time I’ve stayed in that condo complex. That was by for the best. When i opened the back door and the hot tub was 20 feet away. I was happier than you could imagine. The TV set up was just like I have at home and was perfect. 5 star for the owner.

Very nice, clean property, close to the main village. Lots of places to hang stuff which is nice. Staff was very helpful. It is a bit bright in the unit as it is adjacent to the hot tub area and bright lights stay on all night.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughy enjoyed our stay! The unit was super clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. One of the best features was the walk-out access to the amenity deck, with the hot tub, BBQ grills and fire pits. We rented a couple of units for a family get-together over the July 4th holiday and the location couldn’t have been better for a family retreat. A huge thank you to WPM for making everything smooth and stress-free. They were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and adventure-filled getaway. We’re already planning our next stay!

Great location

The location is great! Everything was great except for the beds. The king bed was ok at best but the sofa bed was horrible. I would much rather have an air mattress to blow up in the unit. Something needs to be done about the sofa bed but everything else was wonderful!

Great place with door that opens to communal hot tub

Just be aware, it says ski in/out but you have to walk about a block to get to the gondola/lifts. You’re in the ski village, but across Winter Park Dr from the lift. It’s not a “ski in/out”. Other than that this was a great place. Came with ski locker to store gear on 1st floor, cool hot tub area, and nice access to ski area activities.

Great location!

Perfect studio condo with close access to the slopes, bus line and resort. The ski locker was a huge bonus. Only drawback was that the hot tub was closed for renovations during our stay (which we had been made aware of). Staff was prompt and courteous with one minor issue we encountered with the lighting. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy check in process. Was sent the codes a few days before arrival. Clean. Short walk (5-10 mins ish) to the gondolas. They had a ski locker (winter park also had a ski “locker” if you rented skis at the base of the mountain which was nice not to have to carry across the resort. Shower water pressure was good, shower head was nice. Hot tub was RIGHT outside our door.

Great Amenities, Cleanliness Was Lacking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was well appointed with an abundance of hooks for hanging and drawers for storage. It was a nice change to have a rental that provided adequate options for organization and drying of towels, etc. The kitchen was small, but very functional and supplied with everything you could need.Cleanliness was lacking. There were human hairs in drawers and there was gathered dust and human hairs on the upper-right corner of the bed. Also, there was dust/dirt gathered in the corner of the bathroom against the tub, along with a used nose strip and a rubber band used for hair or braces. The headboard was dusty, which I can look past, but the hairs in drawers and on the bed, along with dust piles on the freshly made bed is not okay.In addition, it was somehow missed that the supplemental chain lock was broken and missing a piece.I called down to management the night that we checked in, and they had someone change the sheets and fix the lock the next day...thank you.The check-out experience was reasonable and easy. There was an abundance of towels, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Overall this was a great rental, and the location was ideal. Please ensure that whomever is responsible for housekeeping it looking over the rooms until cleanliness improves. There should never be hairs in drawers, on beds, dust bunnies on beds, and used items on the floor, along with enough dust to vacuum in the corner of the bathroom.

Fix the hot tub!!!

Sittings in a hot tub of water with strangers is worth it if you can sit in front of a messaging jet! But sitting in a tub of still hot water with strangers is ridiculous!

Location, location, location

You simply can’t beat the short walk to the lifts and the village. If you take advantage of the parking option too, it makes this condo a 10/10 for ease of use. Bonus points for the high quality shower head.
