Modern Vacation rental home, sits on the corner entrance to two canals, with fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. Spectacular sunset views of the gulf, with abundant wildlife right outside your windows. Quiet boating and fishing community is located within 45 minute drive of Tampa/St. Pete metro area, and 100 miles from Disney World in Orlando. The home is available for weekend, weekly and longer term vacation rental. Includes secured premises with lock entrance, car port, Boat dock with retractable ladder (not floating dock, lift currently inoperable), front lawn for barbecues or just relaxing. The grounds offer strategic location, with boat access immediate to the Gulf, Car Port can handle camper, SUVs or multiple vehicles. Fishing right off the property is excellent, and relax and watch the dolphins, manatees, flamingos, and other wildlife right in front of the sea wall.

We had an enjoyable, relaxing time

Everything was as advertised and we had a good time just relaxing. Loved the view at sunset and caught a few fish. The only minor issue was some tiny sugar ants that made themselves present in the kitchen, but it was not a major deal.

Fantastic view! Dolphins right in the backyard! House is comfortable with plenty of room for a family. Property manager lives nearby if something comes up and the owner is very quick to respond to questions or concerns. Highly recommend.

Best view in the trailer park

First, the view is unbeatable! House (trailer) was just ok, had a few cleanliness issues but Mo addressed them quickly. Very good communication but would have been better if the issues hadnā€™t happened. Neighborhood wasnā€™t super nice but felt very safe. We stayed 3 weeks so got to know the place pretty well.

STAY AWAY

This vacation home is right on the water. However, it is full of what appears to be black mold and has a stench that supports that. We had to open EVERY window and run the AC unit 24/7. We left early in the morning and stayed away til late at night. We eventually left early because of breathing problems associated with this home. Our family and newborn granddaughter was supposed to join us but there was NO WAY we would let them enter this home.

Pleasantly surprised

The host Mauro was very friendly, and quick to respond to us each time. We stayed for a month and Mauro gave us a great reduced price for the length of stay. This double mobile home was surprisingly more open than showed in the pictures. The views were great and it's location was at the mouth of the channels which offered the most privacy on the channels. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to go up and down the channels and definitely realized that this was one of the most private spots being at the opening of the channel. The interior of the home was updated and refreshing The king bed sags in the middle. The windows were dirty and were washed by us in order to clearly see the beautiful view. The Dolphins really do come around often as do the Manatees. We would go back to this home. Recommendation: Ideally for our company, a small deck (level with inside floor) out front would allow for easier access to outside because of mobility challenges

Peaceful getaway

Great view of the water! We enjoyed watching the sunsets over the Gulf and the nature. Nice big and open kitchen/ living room combo where we cooked breakfast and dinner and spent the afternoons exploring the nature coast.

Peaceful Getaway

My experience would have been better under different circumstances. Location and access to local venues convenient. Great view of gulf, and sunsets! Accommodations adequate, great kitchen space for chef wannabees. Outdoor area to entrance needs a bit of sprucing . Oh, and highlight of my stay was an earling morning walk on seawall and was visited by a dolphin! Up close and personal!

We saw a video of the property on Zillow and fell in love with the beauty of the gulf views and the amenities of the property. We escaped Hurricane Irma with some minor damage, which we renovated this past year, and we feel its now fit to share with others to enjoy. We visit the premises multiple times each year, but mostly, our rental customers come first, so we work around your schedules. This area of Florida is more for the boating or fishing enthusiasts.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

The location is not in the "hurricane alley" so we are blessed with all the fun that vacationers seek, and are strategically close to Tampa metro area and all its tourist attractions, as well as being a day trip ride to Orlando's Disney World, Cape Kennedy and Daytona, without the hustle and bustle (and prices!) of those attractions. You too will fall in love with sitting out on the lawn, barbecueing, fishing, or renting a boat or Jet ski to enjoy the calm gulf waters.
