This was a beautiful, quiet, and very relaxing place to stay. I have never stayed at one that has had better amenities and things to do for the guests than this one. Hudson Beach is just a few minutes away with great restaurants and it isn't super crowded.

This home is so well built and has plenty of space for families. For a pet friendly property it is immaculate, the hosts have done a remarkable job in providing everything you will need during your stay. They are very prompt in responding and give a great welcome tour showing you all the features and answering questions on operating everything included in the rental. The location is central to many local points of interest like restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed the access to the canal for fishing. Our family loved our stay here and would definitely be repeat guests.

Great House

Great house in Hudson FL. Very comfortable and clean. Property host very accomidating. If you are boating please note that the location is dependant on the tide. Either way, you can't go wrong with this house.

Short but very very sweet

The property owner Robert was fantastic! Our stay coincided between hurricanes Helene and Milton and Robert was both informative and very understanding. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for all kinds of activities . I hope to come back to enjoy some sunsets!

Excellent Property manager

Unfortunately our stay got canceled due to hurricane Helene. However, during the process, the property manager was excellent in communicating with us what was happening and the refund process. We do plan on rebooking at a later time.

Quiet getaway and great location!

Our stay was wonderful, and the location of the house was great! We enjoyed using the kayaks for fishing. There is a cute little bait shop right around the corner. We also enjoyed riding through the neighborhood on the bicycles, such a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the local restaurants. The hosts live right next door. They were super friendly and readily available to assist with anything we needed. We definitely plan to return!

Wonderful Stay

Our original VRBO had a pipe burst and we needed a new place to stay quickly. This house was wonderful. Plenty of room for parking vehicles and a boat trailer. Tides may be an issue for getting some boats out to the larger channel. I'd recommend contacting the owner prior to booking if that is a concern. We didn't use the available boat ramp but it looked well maintained. The house was setup well and the check-in/out instructions were very reasonable. Overall it was a wonderful place to say.

Everything you could ask for

This house has it all! Boat ramp on property, dock, plunge pool, kayaks, extra freezer, very clean, extremely well stocked, very attentive hosts. It was a great location but tide dependent if you have a larger boat.

Perfect vacation

We come to Hudson once a year to visit family and this home was the perfect place for our family to stay. The house had everything we needed! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. I liked that they live next door, it just makes you feel safe staying somewhere new. The view goes unmatched! We enjoyed the kayaks and watching the ocean life from the back dock. The pool was perfect to relax in after being in the heat. My favorite part is being so close to the manmade beach. We will be booking this beautiful home again the next time we come to town to stay!

Awesome property and owners

Clean, comfortable and homey!! Great communication with owners. Felt at home the moment we arrived. Elevator to the property from the garage was so very helpful. The property had everything you needed for your stay, dishes, pots, pans, condiments, spices and snacks. Diane and Rob were great hosts and the property could not have been more comfortable!! Great outdoor activity, kayaks, fishing poles etc and a fenced in back yard for our puppy. Great quiet location, close to shopping, eating and grocery store. Will definitely be back again!!

Lovely home

This is a lovely home. The owners really thought of everything you may need during your stay. Being dog friendly was definitely a plus and for us the elevator was a must for our wheelchair family member.

Hidden gem, would book again!

My mom and I had a lovely stay at this well-appointed beach house for her birthday. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the extra touches with the snack/coffee basket, toiletries & game and puzzle cabinet. I even found some birthday candles for her cake - thanks Diane! There are more hidden gems like the French press, the huge crab boil pot + a pot filler faucet at the stove. The elevator was especially nice for my aging mother. Our favorite time spent here was simply enjoying the nice breeze on the covered porch overlooking the water. We will likely book this location again as it is close to friends, dining and shopping. I would recommend this property to groups looking for a peaceful getaway. I would not recommend this property to smokers as the owners have a strict no-smoking policy.

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time. Owners thought of every detail. Not to worry if you forget something, they have you covered. We decided not to use the boat ramp, the angle getting in looked a little difficult. There were several other public ramps that we used. We brought our own food to cook but there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The elevator was a lifesaver for us older ladies getting all of our stuff upstairs. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the canal. A much-needed R&R for all of us.

Beautiful property, with friendly owners. Prompt responses when needed. Home was stocked with quality essentials (from hygiene care including loofahs, to soaps and detergents) if something was forgotten the hosts had you covered. Home has a private boat ramp which was very convenient to use, but note that when in low tide, the water level was just around 2 feet deep. Robert was able to quickly send over helpful navigational maps for us to maneuver the channel but impacted when we could launch and retrieve the boat due to the depth. The elevator was super convenient when it came to hauling luggage upstairs, nothing like 123 DONE. Overall our stay in this home alone, was a vacation in its own!

Great vacation

Memories 2023

This home and the owners were wonderful. The place was more beautiful then the pics. The little thoughtful items that were already there once we arrived made it so nice. Normally we have to see what we need and leave out to grab things. Not here..,.the kindness and thoughtfulness was well noticed and appreciated. The home was a great location. Very clean and comfortable. If they offered 10 stars then I would be happy to give 10. We made the best memories. Thank you.

Feels like home

I cannot say enough good things about this house and the home owner! They live right next door but you would never know because they do not bother at all. The wife was so nice when we got there. Gave me a tour and explained the elevator. If I messaged him I would get a respond right away. It was extremely relaxing. Great family and amazing get away.

Peace and tranquility, this vacation stay has it all

I wrote my review from the deck overlooking the clear water canal that you can kayak and paddle board on. Trying to determine how to properly credit this well appointed property in a short enough review that people will read to the end. I’ll start by saying the pictures do not do justice. The furnishings are quality yet the vibe is comfort. The beds are so comfy you won’t want to leave them but the close by activities call your name. Nearby marinas from which to rent a pontoon, or boat (the folks at Skeleton Key Marina are wonderful), grab the kayak or stand up paddle board from the garage. Walk to Hudson Ice Cream or nearby restaurants. There are games (indoor and outdoor) for all ages to choose from or enjoy the PlayStation (Rock Band fun for your inner child) if the weather isn’t the best. Forgot your shampoo, conditioner or body wash … the bathroom is stocked with it. Arrived late with no coffee pods, no need for panic. Spices on the rack on the counter. Aloe so we didn’t have to run out to Walgreens. I’ve stayed many places over the years and never had these extra thoughtful touches made available. Loved the throws for sitting on the deck watching the kids feed the fish … this vacation home really does have it all. Nearby hosts who are attentive but not intrusive, checks that box too. Like your favorite hairdresser it’s too good not to share the 4-1-1 but you secretly hope to always be able to book when you want to.

We spared little expense on building this home. Its brand new and being VRBO users ourselves we know what guests need to have a wonderful time. You will see its one of the finest properties in the area and the neighborhood is wonderful.
