A beautifully furnished open floor plan of 4 Bedroom 3.5 bath home located in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooks the City of Reno, majestic Sierra mountains and UNR. This is an upstairs living space with the living room/kitchen/dining, master suite & two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom suite, bonus common area and laundry room, downstairs. The home is great for families or multiple couples with its large great room and a fully equipped spacious kitchen layout. The bedrooms are each connected to a full bath. The house comfortably sleeps, 8-10 people. The bedrooms are 2 kings, 2 queens, and a pull-out full-size sofa bed.
The spacious living room seats 8-10 comfortably with a gas fireplace and a Smart 52" HD television.
The home overlooks UNR and Mackey Stadium which are within walking distance, it is minutes away from Casinos for its many events & nightlife, as well as near the Agricultural Center for its Annual Rodeos, Equestrian Events, & Shrine Circus.
Easy access to McCarran and I580, 395 and I80 make it an easy drive to Mt. Rose, Northstar, Squaw Valley, or Sugar Bowl for skiing and other winter activities.
Summer visits are perfect for hiking in hundreds of Sierra Nevada mountain trails. Not to forget the golf courses, shopping, outlet shopping, and fabulous restaurants that Reno has to offer are only minutes away from this central location.

The home is so close to San Rafael Park it’s great for viewing the Balloon Race or go-to for its numerous hiking trails.
The home is remodeled in 2019 with fresh new paint throughout, new wood flooring and carpet new Robin mattresses from Pottery Barn, furniture from both Pottery Barn & Lazy Boy. All new appliances in 2019 in the kitchen and the perfect kitchen island to simplify cooking, serving, and entertaining.

It also includes a wireless copier/printer for business needs. WiFi provided.

Bowling trip

Great getaway

We were in Reno for the Nationals baseball tournament. Easy access to everything and the house was perfect for our family of 5. We had everything we needed - would definitely recommend and stay here again if in the area!

Excellent Family Gathering Place

We were here for Thanksgiving. Reno is center place to meet and this home was perfect for our gathering. Wonderful appointed kitchen and plenty of room to eat and play card games. Home is in a court so kids could play outside. Nice spacious bedrooms as well.

Awesome place to stay. Great location in the city. The layout of the house was perfect. Very well appointed. Host thought of everything you could need. The peaceful patio area was a great retreat for mornings and evenings. When we return to Reno we'll definitely return to this place.

Perfect for UNR parents visiting their kids!

Our family of 5 stayed in this home for the Thanksgiving break to be close to our son who is a student at UNR. It was perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone. The house has comfortable beds and quality furniture with a very well stocked kitchen. Everything was really clean and nicely decorated in a quiet neighborhood with a convenient location. We really enjoyed the open floor plan and the views were a plus! We will definitely book here again.

Amazing Stay

Our stay was great. We came for a family wedding and had everything that needed. Rooms were comfortable. Nice to have throw blankets for outside at night. View was awesome. Close to everything. The lighting was a little dim in some of the rooms and the pull out couch wasn't the most comfortable, but overall it was awesome. We would definitely come back.

Great location!

3 families went for a baseball tournament and it was perfectly located. 20mins from 1 field. 3 mins from the other. The house was well stocked. Open floor plan was spacious and never felt cramped.

Family get together

Centrally located...We loved the spacious living room area.. With 9 adults, we never felt boxed in...so much room.. We were in town for a good friends 70th birthday party and staying here allowed us to spend lots of time with family we don't get to see enough...Easy to get down town to casinos and the beautiful park by UNR campus that we walked through..Absolutely a wonderful weekend...Thank you so much!!!

Simply the best VRBO house!

We stayed for Thanksgiving weekend and could not have had a better experience. The kitchen was so well equipped (mixer, lovely pots and pans, blender etc.) and could easily allow 4 adults space to cook at the same time. We loved having 2 tables so that we could seat 9 for dinner at one while the other was set up for a jigsaw puzzle. Very spacious and comfortable, exactly as it appears in the pictures. Even though we ended up with only 2 couples staying here, the price was far cheaper than for 2 hotel rooms.

Hot August Nights Get-Away

The house was amazing, it was just like being at home had all the amenities you could think of. This home was immaculate it was centrally located from all the Hot August Nights venues. There were plenty of Bedrooms and bathrooms and garage accessible...the Managers David & Gail were easy to reach if there were any questions and very helpful and polite. Overall Rating for this house rental was "Five Stars" all across!! Thank you David & Gail for sharing your beautiful home and for a pleasant and comfortable stay....

Great layout for multiple couples

Large open space on upper floor with plenty on couch seating, large kitchen, and dinning. Smaller, but comfortable and private backyard. Large master suite with king and private bath, plus two bedrooms connected by a Jack and Jill bath (one king/one queen). There is also a nice bedroom downstairs with a queen and pull out couch. The property was very clean and super convenient to downtown Reno (basically a 5-minute drive door-to-door). We would definitely book this again.

Amazing place!

My husband and a few family members stayed here for our daughters wedding at a local venue. The bridal party had plenty of room to get ready. The furniture, kitchen, bedding and amenities were top notch. Anytime we needed virtually anything it was there. Just bring groceries and you are set. Guestbook has all the info you need. We appreciate the owners timely and gracious response to any of our communications. Would definitely stay again. Oh, and by the way-the view is stellar!

Great Views and Location

The property is located above UNR. Great views. Very open Living room, Kitchen, and dining room that was great for our gathering. We all fit comfortably. And there were enough bedrooms for our group or 9. One person did sleep on the pull out sofa downstairs. If there was a negative, it was the very thin and soft mattress in the sofa (you can feel the springs). Kitchen had everything we could use for cooking and eating. Listing is accurate. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

Just like the photos. Layout great for 3 couples and 1 teen. Spotless. Clean elegant furniture. Even lots of throws for cool evenings. Fully outfitted kitchen. Location is quiet and close to the university. Only one drawback--I do not know if we are ever going to find homes in other vacation areas this great- we are now spoiled!

Wonderful home with all of the amenities.

We needed a space for a small group of adults and teenagers to stay that was close to the convention center. The location was perfect, with a great view on a cul-de-sac. The home has a very nice great room with a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area. The private bedroom downstairs with the adjacent living area was perfect for teenagers to congregate. The master bedroom /bath was absolutely beautiful. The other two bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. Although it was cold during our visit, we did enjoy the fire table in the rear yard. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for a small group or a couple of families. The price was very reasonable considering the size of the home. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. Should we be back in the area, you will be our first choice in accomodations!

We were both born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. I moved to S Lake Tahoe in 1975, to Reno in 1995 where I lived till 2009. The west and the Sierra mountains has always had a special place in our hearts! David and I enjoy Reno’s weather, hiking, biking, boating and skiing that are available in the area. We love sharing all Reno has to offer with our guest.

We love this house with its great views and open floor plan. We find it so comfortable by ourselves or with a full house of family/friends. We really enjoy being in close proximity to Reno’s downtown, UNR, and Rancho San Rafael. Each offers many of the local Reno activities from gaming to UNR sports events, and great dining experiences. We are able to view the fireworks and Balloon Races without leaving the comfort of our home.
Hopping on the 580/395 & I80 allows us to get to many other fun destinations like Tahoe/ Yosemite/ Napa quickly.
