the paradise studio is in a building the waterfront at the beginning of the beach of grand case. The village center is 10 minutes walk which guarantee the peace and quiet. the only sound you will hear is that of the waves wash up on the beach.
the studio is fully equipped with every comfort .Air conditioning, Wifi, kitchen, bathroom.
You do not need to rent any car is close to restaurants, bars, shops, grocery, bakery, pharmacy ect ...
A king size bed 200x200 which you will see the sea.
Wifi, linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, masks fins. car park. Upon your departure you will have nothing to do the cleaning lady takes care of everything.

Amazing location, views to die for the beach is idyllic. However located off a busy main street, parking can be an issue, and pulling out into traffic is not for the faint-hearted, but that is all small potatoes for the beach is the main attraction

Best on St. Martin

This place is exactly as described with wonderful views and easy direct access to one of the nicest beaches on St. Martin/St. Maarten. We also took the suggestion of the owner to use NoNo rental car and that was also perfect. Parking off the busy street might unnerve the timid, but is easily managed. The section of beach in front of the house is just a 5 minute walk to the busy bar/restaurant scene in Grand Case and the short distance makes it quiet and peaceful at night. Walking west on the beach to the point give access to a nice isolated slice of paradise you can often have to yourself. Being on the NW side of the island, Grand Case Beach is sheltered from the constant trade winds. I would certainly return to this apartment, which, for the nightly rate, seems like one of the better bargains on the whole island. The people were all quite friendly and even walking around town, and on the beach as late as 10 or 11 p.m., we never felt threatend or any unease.

Beautiful view

My husband and I stayed in early May and loved it! From the moment you walk in the door you see the water. Very private feeling away from any hustle and bustle. Easy 600 feet walk along the beach or the road to Grand Case restaurants and shopping. Hope to stay here again!

Excellent location on Grand Case beach, away from bar noisy music

Fine small apartment with modern, stylish furnishings and efficient kitchen. The owner, Guillaume, is an excellent host - friendly, helpful and kind., + good English speaker. The Vrbo listing was not where we stayed but the apartment we stayed in was even better, larger and with a deck.

Honeymoon Stay

The place was just as pictured, conveniently located walking distance to restaurants and shops, and Guillaume was a pleasure to work with. We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our honeymoon!

Great Getaway for a short stay!

The property was as advertised. The owner was very welcoming! Perfect studio for a short week or two stay. Location is away from the hustle and bustle of the main area of Grand Case. Studio itself was neat, tidy and the view from the fake balcony extraordinary! Overall a great stay at a very affordable price.

Modern, Right on the Water

Completely remodeled after the hurricane . Beautiful view of the ocean from bedroom window . Beautiful uncrowded beach. Easy picking sea glass. Close walk to grocery store, bbq, French bakery. Safe . Friendly locals. Hope to make this a yearly stay if price remains low. Thank you for our best vacation ever!

Dream View Meets Private Beach

We had the pleasure to stay in Guillaume's lovely apartment for 17 nights. Communication with the owner was flawless - just like the studio itself. With so much reconstruction going on in Grand Case this apartment offers a nice and cozy haven, including a breathtaking view of the ocean and wonderful sounds of the waves. We'd definitely book the studio again if we returned to St. Martin!

Best Accommodations on the Island!

We are so lucky to have found this studio! Our stay was amazing. The view of the turquoise blue ocean out the window couldn't be beat. We loved walking right out onto the beach, listening to the waves crash at night, and being in walking distance of the best food we've ever eaten. Guillaume welcomed us warmly - even stocked our fridge with a few staples. He gave us great tips on where to go and what to eat. We were there for eight nights and barely felt the need to leave the studio! A few tips... The plugs are European. North Americans should bring an adapter for their phones (Guillaume was nice enough to loan us one). A car isn't necessary unless you want to explore the island on your own. While there is parking in front of the building, it could be difficult to pull out in traffic. There is plenty to do in walking distance, and taxis aren't too difficult to find if you want to venture out. Wonderful, friendly community, eager to welcome tourists and working hard to rebuild. Thank you for such a blissful vacation!

Beautiful apartment, directly on the beach

My boyfriend and I stayed in Guillaume's apartment in March 2018. The apartment is wonderfully located in Grand Case directly on the beach with very close access to restaurants. The apartment is large, sun-soaked, and beautiful. Sliding doors allow you to open all the windows and feel like you are on a sailboat on the sea. The kitchen is updated and fully equipped. Although the island is recovering from the hurricane in September of 2017, you could not tell from inside the apartment. The people and neighbors in Grand Case were all very friendly and warm to us. We felt very safe and happy and would love to go back soon!

Perfect Stay - Awesome Location & Completely Remodeled

My wife and I love St. Martin and will definitely stay at Guillaume's place again. We’ve traveled around the world and have stayed in a bunch of rentals, and he was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Great guy that really wanted to take care of us and make sure we had an amazing time. The condo is completely remodeled and was perfect for our 12 day stay. The view cannot be beat. You wake up and see the ocean and beach from your bed. Grand Case is our favorite beach on the island, and you’re literally a stairway away from accessing it, and a short walk to our favorite beach spot at Rainbow restaurant and bar (amazing food and drinks there!). The value for the condo interior, view and access to the beach cannot be beat. Highly recommend you stay here if you’re visiting St. Martin.

Great studio on beach in Grand Case, St. Martin

Had a wonderful five day stay at Paradis Caraibe. Guillaume has done a wonderful job of renovating his apartment after the total devastation after the hurricane. Very roomy, bright, well equipped, with the beach at the doorstep. Guillaume was very attentive, and extremely pleasant to deal with. Heartily recommend this unit.

Paradise!

Where should I start? I will start with the apartment and say that it was perfect. It was clean, modern and the view was spectacular. When you look out the window it was as though the ocean was an extension of the room. What more can one ask for than to to hear and see the waves of the ocean? Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. If you don't have a rental car you can catch the local bus and take it to the local grocery store. Bruno and Guillaume were very kind and helpful and patient with us. Ha. I'm somewhat neurotic because of some bad traveling experiences in the past and they were very reassuring. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return some day. If you're a wind surfer I'm sure Guillaume could tell you the best place to go since that's his favorite past time.

The perfect place in Grand Case

We absolutely loved the apartment . Very clean and uncluttered but with a bright caribbean feel to it . The full kitchen is modern and well equipped . The AC worked beautifully and the bed is a king size . The view is stunning and you are right by the beach .We had to fly a day later due to airport closure and had to make some last minute changes .The agent was very accommodating and we where able to extend our stay for another day . Grand Case is a nice authentic little caribbean town with lots of quality restaurants to chose from and then of course there is “Talk of the Town “ informal inexpensive and delicious BBQ .The beach is a crescent moon shape and therefor sheltered - great for swimming , kayaking and paddle boarding .The town center is just a few minutes away and If you want to avoid the narrow sidewalk and the cars you can walk on the beach into town . Loterie Farm ( a mix of eco- adventure, laid back luxury and very cool eatery) is close by and well worth a visit . On our last day we had the pleasure to meet the owner who was very nice and helpful - in short we had a great stay !
