Luxury condo Sea View Orient Beach

Our spacious 550 sq ft studio is located in the Mont Vernon residence, steps from Orient Beach, the complex has a large swimming pool, tropical gardens, a laundry, a new grocery store with fresh baguettes, croissants, fresh and frozen products, a pizzeria and parking lots

Our studio have been completely renovated in 2021, it is well appointed and finely decorated.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utensils for making your favorite dishes.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink with toiletries (shower gel, soap and shampoo) a hairdryer and we provide small and large towels and beach towels,

The studio has air conditionned, a large king size bed and a convertible sofa for 1 to 2 additional persons, a lounge area with flat screen TV, French and American satellite channels, an electric roller shutter , private Wifi with very good speed (free), 110 / 220V adapter, USB ports for charging phones and computers, safe, ironing board and iron.

The balcony or patio has a table and chairs, making it the perfect place to savor your meals while enjoying a lovely view of the ocean.
The Mont Vernon residence is probably the best location on the island, private, quiet in a gated community with 24 hour security at the foot of Orient Bay beach, it is the perfect environment for an active and relaxing vacation and a spectacular view of Orient bay, St Barth, Tintamarre and the Pinel island, further on the beach are many restaurants, bars, shops and watersport activities (windsurfing, kite surfing, jet skiing, parasailing, and so on ...)

To fully enjoy all the beaches that Saint Martin has to offer, we also provide 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler

Perfect Retreat

The property was perfect for our 3 week retreat. We were able to travel the whole Island, and it was nice at day end to come back to our studio, and sit on the patio to enjoy a splendid view!

Great first time stay on the French side

We were very pleased with our stay! The place was clean and only a short walk to the beach. The owners are very kind and helpful and look forward to being back to stay here again.

Another great experience

Wonderful stay in Mont Vernon

I highly recommend renting this property! The unit was clean, appeared just as the pictures and had many needed extras (such as beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella). The owners were awesome and very very responsive.There is a new little grocery store on the Mt Vernon property as well as a new little restaurant (that was very good).

2 Week Stay

Great location, peaceful, beautiful ocean view, just steps from the beach. The unit was very comfortable and the host very accommodating and responsive. Swimming pool was great as was the pizza restaurant and food market. Parking is challenging but a car is needed as roadways are not very walkable. Will definitely return!

11 Nights in December

Different building this year but just as nice as our first year staying in Mont Vernon. The studio is perfect for 2. Balcony overlooks southward on the entire length of Orient Beach with the lights of St. Barts in the distance at night. Complete kitchen if you want to cook, but why would you ever want to with the best food in all of the Caribbean in Grand Case 7 minutes away.

The view from the balcony was spectacular. All of Orient Beach and the beautiful ocean. One caution, access to the property requires uphill walking from the car park. If you have heart issues be careful.

Internet very poor , I little bit of problems with parking ,along walk to the room. constructions from 8 o’clock to 5 o’clock above us. orient beach was dirty and smelly from seaweed.

Great place to live, if only for one week

As others mentioned, tricky parking walking to the room, but the more you walk around and get acquainted, the more you will love this location. The burros and the iguanas were fun too. If you are lazy, this may not be the right place. Orient is the BEST for playing in the waves on the island. This studio is close enough to walk to the action, but far enough to feel peaceful. Well equipped studio and the market …. ❤️❤️❤️ we cooked several meals and enjoyed her cider selection as well. Never hit the pool because the beach was so great. No issues during the stay except running out of soap, but we found some in Marigot made in the island so it worked out. If you want to really splurge on dinner, make a reservation at Hibiscus I would love to stay here again ❤️❤️❤️

Everything we needed, and more

We have been been going to St. Martin since 1997. On our first stay our hotel clerk recommended a relatively newer restaurant, Bistrot Caraibes, in Grand Case where we met brothers Amaury and Thibault Meziere. Each year we returned to their restaurant we were greeted so warmly and treated to such personal attention. We were unable to return for several years but when we were, we went to VRBO to look for a place to stay and found this unit of Amaury's in Mont Vernon and it was obvious were we would stay. Amaury personally met us at the residence and showed us where everything was and how it worked. The studio was perfect for my wife and myself, overlooks Orient Beach south towards St Barth's in the distance, perfect for sunrises, if you're up that early. All of the amenities were as shown. We like to go places without services on the beach, so the beach chairs were a great touch. Always felt very safe on the property. There is shopping close by and the best dining in the Caribbean in Grand case. Would definitely rent this, or one of Amaury and Thibault's other properties in Mont Vernon or Grand Case. Whether at their restaurant or there residences, they are the best hosts on the island.

In love with St Martin

We have stayed here previously. The property and the location are perfect for us, just on the periphery of all the excitement. Shops, restaurants, beach bars are less than a mile down the beach. There is a cute well stocked convenient store on the property as well as a pizza joint. (bummer the power was out the night we went). The studio is nice, has wi-fi and most conveniences you want. The A/C is Caribbean so no need for many blankets! kitchenette is tiny. It does have some pots and pans (think high-end Walmart) but isn't set up to really cook much. The utensils fall into the same category. (no measuring cup, spoons, spatula). It has a great toaster, coffee and tea pot. (LOVE the European tea pots!) The amazing balcony with table, chairs and views is wonderful. We sat out there all the time if we weren't at the beach. They have nice beach chairs, towels and an umbrella. The section of Orient Bay is pretty windy for the umbrella but it's doable. We walked every day on Orient Bay beach, about 1.5 miles to the end. The opposite end of our location sports calmer waters and a nice spot to enjoy the water before walking back. We loved Friar's bay and a trip to Pinel Island. We hiked to Happy Beach but enjoyed Friar's bay more. They stocked the studio with come nice touches. The slippers are great. The bath towels good but a bit exfoliating. There is starter shampoo, toilet paper etc. Really nice stay!

Mont Vernon studio - North side of Orient Bay

This was a very good experience. Communication was great and responses were prompt, both before and during the stay. This is a nice studio with a balcony that has a good view of the ocean (although there are other buiildings in between). It is very relaxing to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. The "dryer" is a clothes rack on the balcony that dries everything overnight (mostly). Everything worked as described. Some additional St. Martin tips: * I did not rent a car and relied on taxis. That was a mistake. Things are just too far apart and although I love to walk, it is not fun to walk on major roads. Also, the taxis require cash. * Walking the beach at sunrise is great! * Don't miss "the Village", which has many good restaurants and great gelato. * Try the clothing option beach on the south of the bay (1.2 mile walk). It may be scary at first but I think most people who ditch the swimsuits want to do it again. There is also a clothing option cafe with pretty good food (all cash). * There are 3 markets that I visited - the food market in Mont Vernon is the smallest but closest. The Casino in the village is bigger. The SuperU (30 minute walk) is just like a US supermarket but bring your own bags. * The water went out twice (~ 3-4 hours to return) so don't wait until the last minute to wash dishes / take a shower. Also, the unit has a water reserve but I also kept some full water bottles.

Our stay at Amaury’s studio was very enjoyable. Amaury was very attentive to our needs. The studio was roomy, kitchen well equipped and view amazing. We enjoyed both the pool and the beach. ( the beach chairs & umbrella in room very nice to have) We are a short beach walk to Orient Bay village and many beach clubs. But we especially liked the quiet and relaxing location away from the hustle & bustle. Our flight to return home was cancelled and fortunately for us Amaury was able to accommodate us for 2 extra nights. We were very lucky. Thanks for a great vacation stay!

Highly Recommended!!!

My partner and I had such a wonderful stay at Orient Bay!! Our hosts were extremely communicative, responded instantly, gave us detailed directions on how to get to the apartment and even met us when we got there to show us around. The apartment was equipped with everything needed, kitchen and all supplies, a washer (huge plus!!), Netflix, extra blankets and pillows, a desk, etc. The view was AMAZING! We fell asleep to the sound of waves crashing and woke up to a view of the ocean. Location is great, with a pizza place on the property. The property was exactly like the photos. I can not recommend Orient Bay enough! Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we will most definitely be back!

Beautiful unit beautiful ocean view

Peaceful beautiful affordable unit with easy to get to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Everything from fine dining to pizza. Our favorite beach was Bikini beach. Short car ride to Board walk and lots more. A car would be a good idea. Locals are very helpful. On the downside walking to unit from car parking with bags was a challenge. No transport like a golf cart. Not Hotel living.
