SPACE:
This recently remodeled basement has a Beautiful Master Bedroom with a walking closet and own bathroom. Electric Fireplace in the Living Room! and a 50" Smart TV
-The kitchenette seats 4, has the necessary cutlery utensils, paper plates, and cups. It also has a great size fridge, microwave, and toaster.
-Desk and chair available in the hallway.
- High-speed Internet Wi-Fi
- Cable

FYI: We also rent the other side of the house as a vacation rental if you would like to use it for bigger groups, you are more than welcome to do that. We can simply unlock the stairs door and you will have access to a bigger space that sleeps, total 26 guests! The space in the description is fully yours as the upstairs has a separate entrance but with the facility to open it up if you desire.
Please respect Quiet time from 10:00PM-8:00 AM. Same thing I have asked from them so everybody can be happy :)

***The Sofa located in the Living room used to be a sofa bed. However, it got jammed by past guests, and I am not listing it as an extra sleeping arrangement anymore. If you need extra sleeping arrangements, I have provided 1 twin folding bed. You are welcome to bring extra Air mattresses or wherever you might need.

SUPPLIES:
We provide fresh sheets, blankets, towels, hand soap, iron, iron board, hangers, toaster, paper plates, cups, and plastic cutlery.

GUEST ACCESS:
-You will have access to a basement apartment with a breakfast bar kitchenette, a master bedroom, 1 full bath. The living room has a door for privacy if you are planing to come with an extra guests! I will provide and extra twin size folding bed and you are welcome to bring extra Air mattresses or wherever you might need.

- Parking is on the Street.
-The Park located behind the Backyard is PRIVATE PROPERTY and we are not allowed to go there. We have beautiful parks just 5 mins away :)

I like to give my guests a feeling of a vacation home, so I won t show up unless you need me, I ll be happy to be there for you! :)
I am super accessible if you need me I will be available to help you with anything you might need and answer any questions during your stay.
