Magnificent villa located on the heights of Oyster Pond, splendid 180 ° sea view, facing Saint Barth, Tintamarre and Galion beach. It is located on the French side, at the border of the border with the Dutch side.
Spacious and luxurious, very well ventilated, it is ideally placed on the top of a hill, not overlooked, in a very quiet area, close to all amenities, restaurants and beaches. 10 from the large Orient Bay beach and 15 minutes from Grand Case where you will find all the French and local gastronomy. Eden Rock is made up of 2 completely independent villas placed one above the other and which can be rented separately. They each have their private swimming pool, their exteriors, their furnished wooden terrace and their private carbet (covered dining area) in a large wooded garden.

Le Bougainvillier is on the garden level: 1 spacious living / dining room, fitted kitchen, 3 independent comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms and WCs and 1 utility room.

Stunning views and wonderful stay!

Pictures do not do this place justice! Patrick and Melanie are wonderful and accommodating people. The property is well equipped and comfortable. We can’t wait to return to this piece of paradise!

Excellent property

Lovely villa, exactly as photos show, good location right on the border between the French and the Dutch side. Maryse the property manager was a pleasure to deal with. Would stay again.

Truly Magical Stay

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The house is exactly as described. The views are stunning, the house is in a great neighborhood in French St. Martin but with easy access to many great beaches and practicalities. We are already plotting how to go back ASAP!

Excellent villa for a group of six adults

We had a wonderful one week stay in beautiful St. Martin at the villa. Our party consisted of my wife and I plus our two children and their spouses. The villa was very spacious and well maintained with a pool and outdoor dining areas providing both incredible ocean views and the perfect escape from the heat. The kitchen was very well appointed with new appliances and full inventory of all that was needed to provide our meals. There was even a griddle and grill outside for our use. Our hosts were very responsive to small issues and were pleasant to deal with in all respects. The restaurants in the Oyster Pond area were excellent, as were the places near Orient Beach. If we decide to return to St. Martin in the future, we will definitely book our stay at this wonderful villa.

Incredible stay!!

Everything was really great! The view the location the house. Plenty of extras super important like beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, washer beach towels parking. Lock the hole house when leaving! The check in was super easy! Really a super ultra great stay! The outside courtyard was a plus!! Beautiful pool. Tks for all!

The Best 10 days of my life !!!

Easter Holiday Refresher

There were four adults on this trip. The accommodations were fantastic, everything depicted in the advertisement was exactly as it was except it should have said how welcome and relaxed we would feel. The views were stunning and with a gentle breeze all the time it was fantastic. Our own private infinity pool was amazing. Our hosts Melanie and Patrick were very welcoming and Maryse was extremely helpful on checkin as I do not speak French, they made suggestions about restaurants and activities around( also pointed out a close by bakery with delicious pastry). Overall very clean everything worked perfectly. This villa is definitely on our return to list. The views of the Oceon were amazing, to the right St Barts island to the left Orient Bay. The area was easy to get to and nice and quiet. Thanks Melanie Patrick and Maryse this Villa made the vacation very memorable.

Beautiful property with bad management

The island is stunningly beautiful. We spent most of our time at the beach and the morning or evening using the pool. There is impressive view but it's very difficult to get a car onto the property and parking is difficult due to the limited space. The gate is does not work well. it seems to struggle to open which can be awkward trying to get your car inside. The listing of the property is confusing because it's a duplex. We stayed in the lower part. If you are looking for privacy and the upper portion is occupied it maybe less private. The rental is nice but the large showers in each room are a little problematic if you have kids. The furniture is also not very kid friendly. The rental was also missing some basics like toilet paper. There was barely any in the house so we had to go to the store to pick some up the first day or so. Even with the problems we encountered we were ready to come back. However we had a very bad checkout experience with the owner. We were shocked to be charged for damages. There was an armchair with fraying black underneath which came apart. The chair was completely fine otherwise but we were charged for an entire new chair. This could have been fixed with $5 and a stapler. We were also charged for very dubious "stains" which were laughable and accused of leaving the property a "pigsty" which was absurd. The owner tried to bill us with extremely excessive damages that any reasonable person could see were unwarranted. Very disappointed.

MERVEILLEUX!

Fabulous location and incredible home!! Wonderful pool and kitchen and seating area! Easy with little kids and has pool alarm plus hard window/door covers to give extra pool security with kids around. Very close to amazing restaurants (Oasis & BZH) and bistros/pâtisseries/boulangeries and grocery stores! Très bien situé avec piscine propre! Très sécurisé pour voyager avec des enfants, la maison comprend aussi une alarme de piscine et des couvertures de fenêtre. Très proche des restaurants et des boulangeries et des plages! Oh la la! LOVED ALL OF IT!! :D Merci à vous!

Exceptionnel

Semaine de rêve à Saint-Martin dans cette villa plus que parfaite. La vue est incroyable, la piscine à l’infini de toute beauté, les chambres spacieuses avec salles de bain individuelles, la cuisine et salon aire ouverte convivials et très fonctionnels. Les hôtes très sympathiques, la sécurité de l’endroit. 15 min d’un supermarché avec de la super bonne bouffe française, bref un séjour inoubliable, merci Mélanie et Patrick!!

Magnifique villa

Villa plus que parfaite avec une vue incroyable hôte extrêmement accueillant qui ont su nous guider et nous aider tout au long de notre voyage. Tout le logement était extrêmement propre et tout était exactement comme sur les photos cette villa. Je recommandes à 1000% cet hôte et cette villa.

Leider nicht so wie erwartet!

Leider funktionierte weder der Staubsauger ( haben wir sofort bemängelt - es wurde uns aber kein funktionsfähiger Staubsauger gegeben! ) noch die Spülmaschine wie man es gewohnt ist. Bettwäsche + Handtücher waren nicht zum Wechseln vorhanden. Bei einem fast 2 wöchigen Urlaub ohne Trockner eine Katastrophe da es fast jeden Tag regnete und die Handtücher nicht trockneten! Auf Anfrage , ob wir einen zweiten Satz Handtücher bekommen könnten ( wir hätten das auch extra bezahlt !) wurde geantwortet- das will der Vermieter nicht ! Wir mussten so Handtücher kaufen , um Abends duschen zu können ! Ein No Go bei dem Mietpreis !

Beautiful home

We really loved the place. Only issue is lack of closet space in 2 of the bedrooms. No place to hang clothes except in laundry area. Views were terrific !

Wonderful holiday

We were 5 adults enjoying 2 weeks in St Martin. The house met our needs but it would have been even better with a clothes dryer. The view is amazing and the pool was a welcome relief from the heat. Though there is a great restaurant (Oasis) at the foot of the hill, not much else to do without a car. Only challenge was our flight arrived late and though we emailed, if it had not been for someone driving by the gated driveway, we would have had a hard time getting in. Turns out the woman providing keys etc. lives across the road and the person driving by knew how to reach her. Crisis averted. Would recommend for anyone wanting to be away from the rush of things.

Just perfect

The property is newly renovated and extra clean. Apart from a closer supermarket, everything is nearby in Oyster Pond, from restaurants to bars or beaches. The view is amazing and includes Anguilla, St.Barths and the breezy open sea. The location is in a calm neighborhood on a small hill and offers good privacy. The owners are quick responding to every need you have and are also valuable when it comes to tips for shopping, eating etc. I would definitely recommend this place even if you are just a couple and 3 beautiful and large bedrooms are more than you actually need. It is modern, clean, modestly priced and worth every dollar/euro. Thanks Melanie and Patrick for the wonderful stay.

GORGEOUS VIEWS

We just returned home from a wonderful week in St. Maarten. The view is fabulous and the breeze is heavenly. The villa is very modern, clean and had everything you need. Melanie and Patrick were very quick to reply to any questions we had via the VRBO app. Maryse Gachot met us upon arrival was so helpful during our stay. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful villa.

Immaculate; spectacular view; constant breezes

We had a wonderful stay, and the owners made everything easy, form our last-minute booking right through checkout. The house is very modern and sophisticated, with sweeping views of the mountains and the coast. The building is a duplex, and another family occupied the upstairs space; but they had their own pool and we still felt very private. During our time there (Apr 2019), temperatures were very comfortable and there was a constant breeze from the coast. It was strong enough to blow towels off the drying racks. The breeze made it comfortable to be outside, day and night, without worrying about mosquitoes. The owners, Patrick and Mélanie, arranged for Maryse Gachot to greet us at the villa. Ms. Gachot was wonderful - she answered our questions, and even unexpectedly arranged a rental car for us when we made a day trip to St. Barts. We met Patrick one evening and had a pleasant conversation with him; and Mélanie was very responsive to messages via email or through the HomeAway app. All in all, the villa was wonderful and it contributed to a wonderful vacation.

MOST BEAUTIFUL MILLION DOLLAR VIEW EVER!

The property was sensational! Immaculate- clean. No bugs. Million dollar view. Kitchen had every possible requirement, brand new serving for 12, french corning ware, pots pans, coffee maker, toaster, induction stove, dishwasher, ice dispensing refrigerator, washing machine, cutest clothes hanger for outside as well as a clothes line hidden on side of house. The most beautiful vacation house we have ever stayed at. Outdoor built in bbq. Beds and pillows hotel style. Internet. Large screen TV. European outlets - bring American converter, however they did supply one. USB ports in all bedrooms for phone charging. All very high end. 10 STARS!! Highly RECOMMENDED!!! Owners Melanie and Patrick were very accommodating.

Impeccable house - quiet getaway with beautiful views

We loved our stay at Oyster Pond! There are two levels to the villa, and we rented to lower level. We wanted a place with a view, and Oyster Pond did not disappoint - the infinity pool and the living room that overlooked the Atlantic. Rooms were spacious and well appointed, and everything had the feel of "quality". There is a wonderful market close by - we had coffee and pastry every day there. Very peaceful and welcoming. Orient Beach is just a short drive away.

La maison est très confortable et luxueuse. Tout a été pensé pour que le séjour soit réussi tant sur le plan intérieur qu'extérieur. La vue est sublime. Sans aucune hésitation je recommanderai cette location à mes amis et j'y retournerai avec plaisir.
