Beachfront ! Two steps to the sand !

This is a 2 room apt. at the rear of our beachfront home in the small town of OCEAN GATE. Good for 2 mature adults. Full kitchen, queen size bed. Smart T.V. Includes inside and outside hot water shower and shaded beachfront patio area with tables and nat. gas grill. Two kayaks that can be launched right from the beach. As little as 40 feet to the water from the patio area. One on property parking spot next to your private entrance. Beach badges included.
Patio area not shared with other renters. Just occasionally the grill with the owners.
Many towns like ours have minimum stays to cut down on short stays where large weekend parties happen. Our town has a 7 night minimum stay.
With that minimum limit we want reservations in multiples of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday. We don't want to be left with a period between bookings of less than 7 days because we will not be able to rent that shorten period because of the 7 day minimum.
All initial booking payments must be through VRBO. They require a credit card for both your protection and ours. Do not offer to send a company check.
We receive a fair number of spam requests. They seem to be computer generated with random dates and ignore our Saturday checkin. They also don’t say anything about themselves or ask questions.
So, say something. Tell us a little bit about yourself. Just a little is fine. We want to be sure we are dealing with real people. Several weeks still open. Check the calendar.
