# DESCRIPTION

Villa Atokos opened its doors on summer 2016. Perfectly integrated in a predestined beautiful landscape, between villas Lefki and Arkoudi. Villa Atokos offers a pleasant stay and a perfect place to reboot. Two majestic olive trees welcome you at the entrance. You will love the sea sight, studded with Ionian Islands (from Meganissi to Ithaca). Open sea and ultimate view of the mediteranean, plus a lovely interior decoration, with large windows and natural sun light. You’ll be bewitched by the sun rise and the horizon colors. This villa is located only at 600m from a picturesque pebble beach, accessible through a narrow steep path.

Choose Villa Atokos for an unforgettable holiday in pure haven, under the pergola’s shadow with the light summer breeze while your eyes travel over the infinity pool and into the blue of the sea.

You are at home!

# OUTSIDE

A beautiful infinity pool 9m x 4m with a unique view over the sea. A big stoned terrace connects to the house, the swimming-pool, the outside shower and the olive tree. The afternoon naps under the pergola, rocked by the cicada’s song, will give you a nice sensation of well-being. You will enjoy delicious barbecue parties near the olive tree.

# GROUND FLOOR

Living-room (satellite TV, internet WiFi connection).
Entirely equipped kitchen with dining room.
Two bedrooms with bathroom for each (one with tub, the other with shower). Each of it has an access to the terrace.

# GARDEN FLOOR

One room with 3 single beds 90 x 200 with bathroom (shower).
Common toilets with living-room and bedroom.
One laundry room (wash machine, iron and ironing board).
Big tidying place, 15m2

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

# ACCESS

Villa Atokos is located at 2,5 km from the village of Sivota (Lefkada), with a wonderful view on the Ionian sea and its Islands.
Please note that the last kilometer to arrive at the villa is a non asphalted road.

Please note that an additional 15€/day enviromental tax should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.

Please note:
A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. Kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.

Like a dream so pure and so quiet

I enjoy my stay in this pretty villa well furnished. I like a lot: the small beach 5 mn by foot,the sunrise and the seaview from the infinity pool. Thanks Anna and Tasos for your help.

Thank you for a perfect stay!!

It was our second time in Villas Thalassa. This time in cozy Atokos. Amazing hospitality once more from the whole team! Everything we wanted we had the fastest response. The house is very well equipted and the layout so comfortable. The villa has an indescribable view and it was so quiet and nice that we did not want to leave the property at all! We highly recommend this villa and will definitely return to Villas Thalassa in the future....

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous louons depuis plusieurs années à Villa Thalassa. Nous n’avons jamais été déçus. Les maisons sont toujours bien entretenues, jolies, propres et conformes à la description. Le contact avec l’équipe de Villa Thalassa est simple et réactif, avant et pendant le séjour. Un grand merci à Barbara pour son écoute et sa réactivité, tout au long du séjour.

CHE VISTA! WHAT A VIEW!

Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni bellissimi. Abbiamo trovato per caso questa sistemazione senza alcuna segnalazione da parte di nessuno.. Solitamente affittiamo ville con vista per le nostre vacanze al mare. La nostra aspettativa è stata pienamente soddisfatta. La villa corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione. Il panorama che si gode è meraviglioso e appagante. L'assistenza ricevuta è stata perfetta sia da parte dell'intero team dell'agenzia che da parte di Barbara che ci ha seguito e assistito per ogni necessità . Ci hanno fornito anche tutto il supporto per il noleggio di un gommone con skipper. La casa dispone di ogni confort e accessorio utile per la vacanza. La piscina era perfetta. Tutto è stato speciale. Abbiamo girato molte spiagge; quella sotto casa non è molto agevole da raggiungere come già indicato nella descrizione della casa . Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione.

Very comfortable stay

The villa is very comfortable - not the largest ever but it is well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication from Villas Thalassa was excellent from booking through to arrival/departure. Very happy to recommend this company and this villa.

Tolle Villa

Tolles Haus!!! Wunderschöne Aussicht, großer Pool. Schön eingerichtet, Küche gut ausgestattet, überall Fliegengitter. Die Straße wird angeblich nächstes Jahr asphaltiert. Der Ort Sivota ist sehr nett mit vielen schönen Restaurants. Die nahegelegene Bucht ist sehr idyllisch und lohnt sich, auch wenn der Weg dorthin mit ein klein wenig Klettern verbunden ist. Aber das ist gut machbar mit normalen Turnschuhen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus und in der Umgebung!!!

Nice small Villa, with some disadvantages in comparison to other villas from Thalassa

The villa is modern, with a well equipped kitchen ( except for the blunt knives ), you can find all you need incl. a nespresso coffe maker. Nice pool and excellent view to the sea. Two nice sleeping rooms with separate bathroom, the sleeping room in the basement is not nice, okay for kids, but not Thalassa standard. All was very clean as we are used to Thalassa, very friendly personnel expecially Barbara made our stay really comfortable. All service around is excellent, technically everything worked fine in the villa. From all villas I rent in the recent years from Thalassa Atokos is the only one I would not book again due to following reasons: The living room is so small that you cannot really spend joyful time in. In case of bad weather however this is the only place you can stay, because in the garden there is no place you can stay. There is also very limited shadow places if the weather is fine. In my eyes there should be more canopies in front of the house. Barabara helped us a lot in providing us three sun umbreallas after we asked for it. Thalassa provides top service and beautiful villas since many years to us. This is the first time we are not 100% happy with the villa due to above mentioned reason.

Villa Atokos was everything you could wish for in a private Villa. The location was quiet and tranquil with wonderful views and ambiance, the perfect place to unwind and recharge one’s battery. The host company were first class with no detail left to chance and always responded promptly when we had a question to be answered. Barbara was absolutely superb, so helpful and a fountain of local knowledge, with a terrific personality and charm. We will definitely be back.

Fantastischer Ausblick

Wir (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) waren Mitte Juli 2021 in der Villa Atokos. Der Service war hervorragend: Katerina hat uns von der Buchung an unterstützt und alle Fragen beantwortet. Sie organisierte auch die 2 Mietwagen und eine ausgebildete Masseurin, die mit Liege zur Villa kam. Vor Ort erhielten wir von Varvara, die sich um das Haus kümmert, nützliche Tipps und das Angebot, frischen Fisch zu besorgen. Die Villa selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vom Pool aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Über einen kleinen Weg gelangt man sogar zu Fuß in eine kleine Bucht. Nach Syvota (frische Croissants am Morgen oder diverse Restaurants am Abend) kommt man nur mit dem Auto in ca 7 Minuten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder! Christoph

Great Villa

We liked the villa very much. There were only two of us, so we had a lot of space. The outside area is very nice with a spectacular sea view. The villa is clean and we were looked after very friendly by Katerina. As a welcome there was a small gift basket with local specialties. The only thing is that the "road" to the villa is an unpaved road. We really liked the villa and Sivota and can recommend both.

Beautiful, well-kept villa with spectacular views across the Ionian islands

We stayed here is September 2020 and found a magical place. The villa lies just above the charming small harbour village of Sivota and has a superb position overlooking the sea and the islands. The infinity pool is amazing and the villa itself well laid out and equipped. A big plus for was the large shaded area covered by rattan, which lets just enough sunlight through to be ideally comfortable. Hopefully the road up to the villa can be improved over the winter as it is a bit rough right now in places and needs to be topped off with more gravel. Overall this villa gets a full five stars and Anna, Katerina and Mema have all been exceptionally helpful throughout. Highly recommended

Villas Thalassa were excellent from booking to leaving. They kept us informed and offered a range of additional services prior to srrival(from boat hire to chef services). We were greated on arrival by the excellent Mema who explained everything to us and was contactable throughout our holiday if needed. The villa itself (Villa Akotos) was beautifully clean and well appointed and had the most incredible views out to sea and to then neighbouring islandsoof Ithica and Akotos. The walk to Sivota Harbour with its range of tavernas, bakery and a couple of small supermarkets took about 35 - 40 minutes at a leisurely pace along a quiet road and was not difficult with no steep hills (to drive it takes 10 minutes). I would recommend both Villas Thalassa and Villa Akotos highly.
