TV/DVD; BR #3 1 set of double bunks, up and down for the kids with their own TV/DVD; PLUS: Queen Sofa bed in Living Room. Gas Fireplace and Washer/Dryer.

SLOPE SIDE Soaring Eagle is located about a mile from Snowshoe Village and is well connected to trail systems for bicycling, hiking, and walking.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Air Conditioning, Underground Heated Parking Garage, Deck / Balcony, Elevators, Hearth Room with Fireplace, Fitness Room, Jacuzzi on the patio terrace, Free Resort Shuttle Service, Bike Friendly Lodging, Ski Storage Lockers, Restaurant and Bar on Site (Seasonal), and On-Site Laundry Facility. The complex has stunning views, adjacent to the Soaring Eagle Express Lift. Located about a mile from Snowshoe Village, and is well connected to trail systems for bicycling, hiking, and walking.

~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~No large gatherings
~ Check-in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of the reservation holder is 25

Fantastic stay and location

This was the perfect property for our family! It had great access to the slopes, 3 BR, a great kitchen, and a hot tub. Would highly recommend this beautiful property!

Room was excellent location to the elevator and directly out to the slopes, the beds were comfortable and plentiful. Views were excellent, right out to the mountains and a view of the Soaring Eagle Express lift - to view the family coming up and heading down. Two of the four TV’s were not working and no one really was able to fix or help with that issue. I would hope they will be working before the next guest. The room had a very hotel like feel with cheaper towels and no real VRBO type amenities for the 30% markup over standard SnowShoe Soaring Eagle rental prices. There was a Keurig so that was nice, but no coffee or other nice to have sort of supplies. We own a rental property also, and we always try to have nice things extra for the guests when they rent with us.

Great Place

This is our second time staying at this property. It’s perfect for a group of up to 8 people. Very clean, and up to date. Love being right at a sky lift. There is also shuttles that run from this property to the village. Would highly recommend this property!

Great ski out location.

We had a great stay. The location was wonderful. We were right next to the ski rental location and could literally ski out of the locker room. The underground heated parking was so convenient for loading and unloading. It was nice to end our trip and load up a warm vehicle to hit the road to go home. The busses ran right by our building so we could go into the village or jump over to Silver Creek. Super friendly people always ready to help make the stay comfortable. We loved the outdoor hot tubs and the sauna. We would definitely rent this home again. We may make it an annual event!

As advertised and great location

We were there to ski and snowboard and for us the property was great. It was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Being able to walk off the lift directly into the ski-locker area and deposit our gear and then just take the elevator up to the room was really nice. The outdoor hot tubs and sauna were working and not crowded while we were there. Two other nice touches were the long dining room table (we like to cook a big meal and all sit down to eat) and the cabinet filled with board games and playing cards. TV also worked well and we got coverage of the football game we wanted to see.

Ski Weekend

The property is beautiful and the location is excellent with ski in/out and a locker room on the lower level for gear. We could walk to the village or take the shuttle which was very convenient. We rented Polaris four wheelers which were located in the building next door. Our only complaints were that the guests in the unit above were very loud and sounded like they were moving furniture for hours. The door to our deck did not open so we were unable to use the outdoor space. Otherwise my family enjoyed a great ski weekend.

Absurd fees - dishonest pricing practices

The owner uses very high Owner fees to advertise lower daily rates. The unit rate for 3 nights was about $1,600 and the owner added about $560 in owner fees. This was in addition to the taxes and VRBO fees. The cleaning should have been $150, max, so owner seems to believe they should charge guests for all operating costs. This would be like going to a restaurant and them advertising menu items and then charging for cooking the meal, their rent, manager, and wait staff separately. Really absurd - do not recommend staying.

Great location. Kitchen lacks enough cookware, mixing bowls, plastic storage containers. Poor bathroom lighting. Not enough towels provided to allow a stay without washing them. Fireplace doesn’t work.

Overall it was a great stay. The fireplace didn't work and didn't get fixed while we were there which was disappointing. But we did have a clogged garbage disposal on Thanksgiving that was fixed promptly even on the holiday.

Everything turned out fine

There were problems that may all have been from previous renter, but were corrected when called for correction. They had left pans unclean but put away, had cracked the coffee pot carafe, the blender was missing, light bulbs missing, chipped glass tops to Pyrex bowls so glass was in the bowl. Things that the housekeepers would have had to look for to find. Would’ve been nice if the dishwasher would have been emptied and the DVD player in the kids room had been hooked up. Overall it is a nice and very convenient rental, but the trip was not as seamless as could have been because felt like constantly having to ask for things to be fixed. Hopefully, after we were there, the next renter found that everything was as advertised with nothing to be corrected.

Fanastic condo!

This condo was exactly as described in the listing. We really liked the fact that it was close to the lift, and the facility had a great hot tub and spa, and underground parking! Even the concierge desk helped us with luggage upon check-in. Nice touch!

This was our second time at Soaring Eagle and we have been very happy with our stays. The condo was welcoming, clean, a well stocked. The whole process of communication with VRBO was great from beginning to end. We look forward to another ski trip in the future. Ski-in ski-out is just wonderful and having lockers is another added bonus. Thanks for a great stay.
