SOARING EAGLE 317 - 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHS (sleeps 6) - BEDDING: BR #1 King, BR #2 Queen and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Washer/Dryer, 55" Cable TV in Living Room and DVD Player.

SLOPE SIDE Soaring Eagle is located about a mile from Snowshoe Village and is well connected to trail systems for bicycling, hiking, and walking.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Air Conditioning, Underground Heated Parking Garage, Deck / Balcony, Elevators, Hearth Room with Fireplace, Fitness Room, Jacuzzi on the patio terrace, Free Resort Shuttle Service, Bike Friendly Lodging, Ski Storage Lockers, Restaurant and Bar on Site (Seasonal), and On-Site Laundry Facility. The complex has stunning views, adjacent to the Soaring Eagle Express Lift. Located about a mile from Snowshoe Village, and is well connected to trail systems for bicycling, hiking, and walking.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

Updated House Rules:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

the condo is just like shown online. kitchen is well furnished and easy access to slopes.

Christmas Ski Adventures

This unit and the entire Soaring Eagle Lodge was a wonderful place to spend a few days with our family during Christmas! Everything with the rental process went very smoothly. The views from Soaring Eagle we’re breathtaking. And it’s so convenient to be right at the top of a ski lift!

It is a bell tower unit so its larger than most 2 bedrooms and has a unique layout that offers incredible views of both sides of the mountain. Best Soaring Eagle unit we have stayed in!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year staying at this condo and you can't beat the location. It looks directly at the soaring eagle lift and it is very easy to get to the lockers and garage to load and gear up. The condo itself is clean and cozy.Mountain Valley Reality was very accommodating and had wonderful customer services. Will definitely use again.

Great location

We had a fantastic stay at this location. There was a maintenance issue with a window that was taken care of promptly and effectively. The rental was very clean and met the description very accurately. The location is PRIME, right next to the Top of The WORLD ski rental location, ski lift right outside, and very easy to grab the shuttle to the main village! There is also two eating locations between Prime 10 and Hoots within walking distance. The rental was comfortable, but located in the tower which meant three walls of the living area exposed to the cold and wind, but the heating and gas fireplace kept us warm. The check-in process was prompt and friendly, we were back in the car headed up the mountain within 10 minutes. Strongly recommended.

great location

as the reviews say nothing beats this location. Soaring Eagle is a very nice complex unfortunately the sauna doesn't work, the hot tubs weren't running or weren't very warm but the complex itself is very nice. For skiing the location is ideal where the lockers are located in the basement, there is underground parking and then you can just walk out to go directly to the ski lift. One complaint was that we each had only one towel per person for three days and called for extra towels and were told they would be delivered but we never recieved them. I would highly recommend this condo despite any of these inconveniences.

Very nice condo! Would definitely rent again. Only negative about condo was the a/c would not cool to below 78 degrees. Management company deactivated our room keys, which was VERY inconvenient (plus we were hot, tired, hungry and our phones would not work to call them). They checked us out on Saturday in their system and then implied we put our keys (4) with our phones and deactivated them - really??

Great time!

We really enjoyed out getaway -- kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook every meal in (which was nice bc of COVID). We loved that the washer and dryer was in the condo, and the layout of the condo was perfect for a family of 5 (3 young kids). Ski-in/out access was so convenient, but -- if you have kids attending ski school -- we had to get on a bus to get them there, so that wasn't ideal. Location in the village would probably be more ideal if you're signed up for ski school. Only complaints would be (1) master mattress was very uncomfortable, (2) some light bulbs were out or very very dim, and (3) it would be helpful if some kitchen staples were available in the condo (like dishwasher detergent, salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ski in/out is a great feature of this property. The condo is open and large, but the furniture is dated. The TVs are small and the one in the master was not working. We did call Mountain Realty on arrival to let them know but it was not fixed while we were there. It would be great if there was a way to stream/rent movies while there. The restaurant in the building was great. The underground parking was awesome as it was REALLY cold while we were there. One thing to note, since we did not rent through snowshoe, we had to pay a fee to use the pool and Big Tent. Mountain Realty should have told us this. BUT really should have given vouchers or credit as it was a bummer to fork over money so my boys could swim for an hour. We had a good time and would return.

Location is AMAZING!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo cannot be beat. You are steps away from the soaring eagle lift on the south mountain (with an excellent view of the lift from the condo). The Elk River ski shop for rentals is right below you in the building, you receive access to 2 lockers in the locker room right below you, there's a parking garage to park your car (which we didn't drive the entire trip since the. bus stop is right outside of the building). Overall, amazing location. The soaring eagle lift wasn't open the first day we skied but it opened our 2nd day which was a game changer. We had to take the bus back from the ballhooter lift to get to the lodge the 1st day, but wasn't a big deal. The property was very clean - a little dark inside (some light bulbs were out) but exactly as described. The beds and pillows weren't super comfortable and we weren't given many towels to use but we made it work. For the location, it was worth it! Thank you.
