Custom Built Vacation Home with lots of outdoor areas to enjoy family and friends who want their own oasis and easy walks to town, beach, and restaurants and water sports. The private pool, lush tropical landscaping, covered balconies, and gazebo are a favorite with our guests. The private outdoor shower in the back of the house is a must have for those wanting to go natural outdoors in private while showering... people continue to say they just love that experience.
Located within walking distance of beaches, bars, restaurants, a dive shop, paddle boarding and sunset/snorkeling cruises, you are sure to find something for everyone in this centrally located private villa home. A short 3-minute drive will take you to the local grocery store that is well stocked with everything you would need while on vacation and if you head towards Sandy Beach from the house you are just minutes from the romantic Rincon Puerto Rico Lighthouse.

-Upper Floor: (Sleeps 2 to 4) Large master bedroom with balcony, master bathroom with double sinks and walk-in closet, additional full bath, large dining area & living room, and French Doors that lead to a covered balcony with seating. There is a futon in the living room which could accommodate 2 children.
-Lower Floor: (Sleeps 7 in beds) 2 Large size bedrooms. One has a queen bed, full bath with shower, sitting room with full-size futon, kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, sink) table and outdoor covered balcony area. The 3rd bedroom is adjacent and has 2 full-size beds and a single bed. There is also access to the on-site laundry room either from the 3rd bedroom or the back of the house.

Home is in excellent condition and has public water, power as well as a backup generator and water tank in the unlikely event it's temporarily needed during your stay.
