COMFORTABLE PRIVATE VILLA IN RINCON WITH PANORAMIC VIEWS

Nestled in the safest community in Rincon, our villa is just steps from your own private beach where you can swim and take in some of the most amazing sunsets! Grocery shopping, restaurants and stores are a quick ride into town where you will also find a local art walk on Thursday nights and town market on Sundays.

The space

Rincon is the sweetest place in the entire Caribbean! Take in the sunsets from our large and comfortably furnished 3rd floor patio, or spend it down on the beach next to the waves. This is our home away from home and we make sure to keep it cozy, clean and well stocked for all your family or small group's needs. Fits groups of 6 comfortably.

Guest access

You will have full access to the house, including outside shed containing beach chairs, beach umbrella and children’s beach toys. There is a gas grill on the patio and a well equipped cooking setup in the kitchen. Fresh bed linens, towels and beach towels for your group.

Guests can visit the basketball courts, tennis courts and community gym. There are no fees to use any of the amenities. There are Tennis and Pickleball rackets located in the bins in the family room.

Interaction with guests

I can be reached on my cell, text or call, at any time. If you leave a message it will be returned ASAP. We are very close with our surrounding neighbors and in the case of emergency we would always contact them for help or advise .

Please feel free to call me if you're looking for something to do or eat and want some suggestions. Our family has been traveling to this part of the island for over 20 years.!

Other things to note

Remember that these beaches and areas are full of surfers! Being a surfing community of beaches one must be aware of the sometime strong currents as there is no lifeguard on duty at the private beaches. During these times, if traveling with small children, when you approach the beach hang a left and there is small natural pool at the shore line. Water in this area is protected by reef and the current is mostly abated in the pool making it is safer for less experienced swimmers or small children

I have stayed in the Rincon area 3 times with my family, every trip has been great but this was the best property so far. Communication from the host was timely and helpful and check in/check out were super easy. The location was ideal(10 minute drive to town)the villa was clean and well equipped for a family with 3 children/teens. The community was safe and quiet with great views and amenities. We will definitely be booking again

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Communication with the host was excellent and made the entire experience seamless. The home is large, very comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is beautiful and peaceful, yet just a short drive to great restaurants and the Rincón town center. It’s an ideal spot if you want both tranquility and easy access to everything the area has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I just returned from our Christmas vacation upon getting back I received an email in reference that my family leaving cigarette ash in the toilets and the master bedroom smelled like cigarettes. My family and I aren’t even smokers at all. The cleaning crew tolWhen we arrived there was mold on the master bath toilet and the shower head in Master bath wasn’t working (property owner) was made aware, that was an inconvenience.

My family had a sudden need for a house for a few days due to a flight cancellation. Thomas was so gracious! When he heard of our plight, he immediately reached out to his cleaning team to see if they could make the house ready that day. It all worked out! This was a great place to stay with our large family. The home is well kept, well stocked, and in great proximity to Ríncon and surrounding beaches and sites. The nearby private beach was a short walk and we caught the sunset there several times. It was our first time to the west side of PR and we loved it! Would for sure stay at the property in the future if we make our way back.

Beautiful place

The condo was great. Clean, roomy and well furnished. Although it’s not a great location for walking, there are a ton of restaurants, bakeries, food trucks and other interesting places. A nice beach is just a minute walk away as is the complex pool. We would definitely come here again.

PERFECTION!

This Villa is so dreamy and exactly as described! You are about 100 yards from the ocean. The roof is awesome and so is the pool! You are a 7 minute drive from the Plaza in Rincon. We loved it and hope to go back!

Perfect location, great property!

Our group of 6 loved our stay at this property. We met lots of great people from the community on our daily walks on the beautiful beach just a short walk from the house. The house was well stocked and even nicer than pictures on the listing. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the location is absolutely perfect. Lots of quick trips into Rincon for dinner, farmers market and art market, close to extraordinary snorkeling at Tres Palmas, a day at Crashboat, surfer watching at Domes, and the yummiest food at our favorites; Estela, Copa llena, English Rose and The beach House. The owners were very responsive to questions and clearly love this house. Look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

Great stay at Punta Del Mar

Our first time in Puerto Rico. Very comfortable stay. Enjoyed kitchen and family room, access to balconies, access to beach, laundry, grill, close to town. Great communication with owners, they recommended restaurants and beaches. Plenty of amenities and appreciated the beach chairs. Ricomini bakery was good. Thanks Tom and Lynette!

Great place

Only complaint was that there were days that no one at the guard shack showed up for work and we couldn't get on the property. Luckily someone broke the side gate probably because of this problem and we were able to drive around it.

Beautiful home in a private community

When you walk into this home you can tell right away, this isn't some rental property. This is a much beloved home. We loved it too! The house is tastefully decorated in a very comfortable way. The couches are something I would buy for my daily use. There are a lot of knickknacks and art pieces, so if you have small children be aware this is not a barren rental. It's a home. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need and bonuses. The food is really good in Rincon, but sometimes it's just nice to sit down and eat a home cooked meal... or reheat the leftovers! The bedrooms are comfortable with AC in each one. We had the AC die in one of the rooms and the owners were on it immediately. They had it serviced and replaced. I couldn't be happier with owner communications. The neighborhood is as advertised. There is a community pool which we used and enjoyed. It could have used a cleaning but it's off season, so I suspect it doesn't get much use right now. We didn't use the other accommodations. The gated entrance has it's pros and cons. You trade convenience for safety. The gate operator wasn't always timely. We always got in, but sometimes you had to wait. The drive back to the property is long. I'm talking a mile or so. That isn't a problem but it is worth noting. The beach is very close and very nice. It was too strong a riptide for us to swim there. Some people did but they don't recommend it and I have to agree unless you are a surfer or great swimmer.

Perfect getaway for semi-private beach vacation

The property exceeded our expectations. Listed below are the key highlights: 1) The house was set back 1 mile from the main road and access was restricted with 24/7 security guard access. However, we were never concerned at all with our safety as the town of Rincon seemed very safe. 2) The house was very large, clean, and updated. All necessary amenities were provided and we felt right at home. The property owner was very responsive and gave excellent instructions making the check in and check out simple. 3) The property had a private beach that was very clean and had calm waters. The beach was easily accessible from the house and was maybe 100 yards walk. There were at most three other groups at the beach so it was not at all crowded like the public beaches. 4) The location was only a 10 minute drive to the center of Rincon where you can find a supermarket, restaurants, and shops. 5) The WiFi, TV, and air conditioning worked perfectly and made staying indoors very comfortable when the outside was very hot and humid. 6) There were several public beaches within 20 minutes of the property as well as Cascada Gozalandia waterfalls, which was a nice excursion for a short day trip.

Wonderful Location, Property, and Safety. Kitchen also well equity. After traveling around PR and staying in a number of urban locations, we really enjoyed the safe location where I could let my 15 year old daughter train for cross country.

Wonderful time in Rincón

Beautiful property in a great location, very close to great restaurants and beaches, but secluded at the same time. Perfect combination for a relaxing vacation where you get to set the pace. The communication with the host was outstanding, through messages or on the phone. The house has everything you need whether you choose to cook at home or eat out. We appreciate that the host made the check-in and checkout process as painless as possible. Plenty of room for the entire family.

Our family has owned this villa for a little over 20 years and we have been coming to Rincon regularly ever since! We love the sandy, quiet beaches as well as the restaurants and bars. Its a quick and easy getaway from most locations, not to mention very affordable and safe.

Our villa is in one of the safest gated communities in Rincon, Puerto Rico. Once you get past the gate, its nothing but green grass, palms trees and your own private beach! Our villa is stocked for you and your small group to live in it as if it was your home away from home while in Rincon!

We didn’t originally buy this property for rental purposes. We feel that the Villa reflects this because of the way it is decorated. It’s home to us.
