Great location, great place

We’ve been going to Fort Myers for 18 years and this was the 3rd time we’ve stayed in this neighborhood. This place was the best of the 3, met our needs (well stocked and furnished) and had nice outdoor area.

Nice townhouse in a great location

Due to hurricane Ian we could not get our usual condo we had rented the last couple of years. We were so grateful to find this townhouse. The owner was so quick to answer just a few questions we had. It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay.

Great property

Very well appointed, especially in the kitchen. Pool right outside the front gate. Very nice neighborhood, can walk to the pier in the nearby river. Owners take managing this property very seriously, which is not always the case with rental properties. Highly recommended!

Great stay in Iona

This house was perfect for our yearly trip to Fort Myers over Christmas break. The house was very roomy and we were impressed with all the extras the owners provided such as Kleenex in every room and hand soap in all bathrooms. We slept well due to the very comfy beds. The heated pool was only steps away from the front door. Would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Property and Owners

This condo met and exceeded our expectations. Kevin and Christine responded quickly to all requests and their condo has more ammenities than any condo we've ever rented. Many condo rentals don't include private deck with gas grill, bicyles, golf clubs, and fishing poles. This one has all that and more! This property is definitely one we will consider for future trips to Fort Myers.

Our Vacation

Having stayed in many VRBO locations we can honestly state that this one was the cleanest and best equipped of any. Everything from fishing poles to a toaster oven, bikes to wine glasses was available. The sliding glass door onto the lanai was so clean we honestly could not tell whether it was open or closed. The minor problems we had were readily addressed by the owner. For us the location was perfect, close to stores and entertainment. The pool was just a few steps away and very well maintained. We highly recommend this location.

Great home for multiple couples

This was the perfect place for several siblings/spouses to gather during a visit to extended family in the area. The house was large & comfortable, with plenty of space to spread out, as well as gather. Because we were visiting family in downtown Fort Myers, we got to enjoy the beautiful drive up McGregor Ave every day: truly the most lovely street in all of Fort Myers! Hope we get a chance to stay here again.

Very Nice Experience

My husband and I stayed for two weeks at this townhome and were extremely happy. All rooms are generously sized, were clean and appointed nicely. Everything we needed in the kitchen and for the outdoors was provided. The community pool is located very close by to the home. People there swimming and living in surrounding townhouses were friendly. The water in the beautiful pool was exceptionally warm. A washer and dryer are provided, lots of seating throughout the lower level, and a couple of dedicated parking spots right outside the home. Three nice-looking bathrooms was nice. Though it was just the two of us we could each have our own (!) plus there was one downstairs. The pier is located a nice walk, or short bike/car ride from the home. We watched several sunsets there (very uncrowded) and my husband fished there a number of times. The bikes provided allowed us to bike to the pier and also one day we biked to the most awesome ice cream shop - The Love Boat. Also, the townhome is in a great location for setting out to visit beaches, and has some good restaurants in the area as well as grocery stores. Something of much value to me is the person who takes charge of communicating about a rental. In this case it's Christine - she and her husband own the home. She ranks the highest of anyone we have worked with in the past, and we have rented numerous homes. She was completely available to us before and during our stay. She got back to us very quickly whenever we had a question. She's genuinely kind and really cares about her renters enjoying her home and taking advantage of the area. So, a very good experience for us and we would not hesitate to recommend this townhome to anyone.

beautiful and convenient

It was our 2nd year at the townhouse and everything was as described and then some! And the owners answered all our questions and was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

My husband and I enjoyed our time in your townhouse very much and hope to do it again soon. Very close to shopping, restaurants and Ft. Myers beach. Weather was great too! You provided everything that anyone could ask for... the bikes, movies and close to pool. We enjoyed our walks every morning to sitting at the pool almost everyday. You and Christine have done a great job with your place. Hope to be back soon. Thanks again Marianne and Steve

Great Place

We spent 3 months in this unit and were very happy here. The unit is so well furnished, is close to everything, and far exceeded our expectations. We loved having the pool so close to our unit, we loved the short drive to the beaches, and we loved the great restaurants which were so nearby. The owners were always on top of all our concerns. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Peppertree Pointe Condo

We spent the month of Jan.it this beautiful condo and hated leaving. It was even nicer that the description on VRBO. It was well furnished with everything we needed, including fishing poles and beach chairs. The owners were extremely helpful and handled all concerns immediately. The location is ideal - so close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The pool is so close and the people we met there were extremely friendly. One month was not enough time to enjoy everything.

Fabulous Vacation Spot

Wonderful place to spent the winter months - owners are wonderful to deal with - on the ball with everything. The condo is everything described and more - close to pool, beach, shopping, restaurants, and anything else your hearts desire.

After vacationing down here for the past couple of years, we decided to purchase our own place. We looked at many places, and found Meadowlark Cove/ Peppertree Point to be the perfect location for us! We have 2 children and we found that there are many activities for all ages to do here in Fort Myers and we continually find new things to do every year! Our townhome is perfect for us as we are located close to all the beaches, restaurants and shopping.

For a townhome, our place has a lot of privacy. The front of our unit is fenced, with a deck and patio furniture. At night, the lights illuminate the deck to allow some night time outdoor entertaining. Our community also has a marina, where you can rent space for your boat. It also has a pier that you can fish on or just watch the sunset!
