Well maintained Clean 3 Bedroom Cottage with a short walk to all amenities

Summer 2022- $1,900 per week plus registration fee (Sat-Sat).

NOTE: Point Sebago now charges $10.00 a day per guest 3+ for a resort fee. This fee is directly paid to point sebago.

Spring or Fall weekends $200 per night (2 night minimum) plus $100 cleaning fee plus 10.00 a day per person registration fee to Point Sebago.

Comfortable 3 bedroom, one bath cottage. Easy walk to the beach and activities. Located in a gated community; safe for children.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed.

There is a second bedroom with twin bunkbeds.

The other bedroom has a queen size bed.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

There is a full-size sleep sofa, cable tv in the sunroom. There is also a Queen-size sleep sofa in the sitting nook. The sitting nook has a cable tv and stereo.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. There is a butcher blocker counter/bar with two stools and a kitchen table in the sitting room. On-demand hot water - no short showers required.

The front porch is equipped with a table and chairs and also an outdoor couch. There is also a gas grill available for use. There is additional seating outside around the fire pit along with a hammock for relaxing.

This is a non-smoking cottage and pets are not allowed.

Point Sebago is a 775-acre resort on New England s second largest lake and is rated among the best outdoor family vacation spots in the Northeast. Enjoy tennis courts, salmon and bass fishing, miniature golf, rock wall climbing, horseshoes, shuffleboard, a family restaurant, hourly children and adult activities, 300-seat Sebago Lounge Nightclub, adults only Terrace Room, boutique, and children s and adult programs throughout the day.

Relax on nearly a mile of gorgeous manicured beach, rent a boat, kayak, or canoe from their full-service marina. Spend happy hour at the full-service lounge or dine in the Lakeside restaurant. The golfer in the family can enjoy the scenic 18-hole championship golf course.
