Family Friendly Four Season Cottage at Point Sebago Beach & Golf Resort

2 Bedroom 1 & 1/2 half bathroom Four Season Resort Cottage in Family Friendly gated Point Sebago community. This clean and comfortable cottage sleeps up to 6 and is located closer to the golf course (quieter from beach resort rental activity) but only half a mile from all of the activities of the resort. For those winter enthusiasts the cottage is close to snowmobile trails, ice fishing and Shawnee Peak Skiing is only 20 miles away.

Our cottage is perfect for couples and families. The sunlit living room includes a new pull-out couch, flat screen cable TV and dining for 6. The master bedroom has a TV, ample closet and storage and provides a view of the woods and wildlife. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with twin, full and twin trundle beds and a small DVD TV only. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a quaint breakfast bar.

Enjoy sunset views from the front porch or morning coffee overlooking the woods. Outside amenities include 2 propane grills, patio table and seating for 6, Adirondack chairs around the fire pit and deck gazebo with ambiance lighting. Our cottage is four season and has both air conditioning and heat for those warm Maine days and cools nights.

Point Sebago Resort offers one mile of sandy beach on Sebago Lake as well as vast activities for the whole family. Amenities include golf, tennis, shuffleboard, dining, entertainment, volleyball, arcade, mini golf and other children's activities. The fee for registered guests to access the beach resort and participate in activities is $10.00 per day per person. See additional notes for more information.

Super clean house and tranquil setting

My husband and I had a lovely time here with our kids. It was very refreshing to stay in such a clean and welcoming little cottage and there was plenty to do to keep my kids entertained the entire time we were there.

Perfect Family Vacation

This house was perfect, it was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I love the location, the kids had fun riding their bikes around and even riding to the beach. Great communication and the owner was very accommodating and welcoming.

Family mini vacay

Catherine's unit was perfect for our family, fitting all our needs. Quiet location, quick golf cart ride to the beach, beautiful back yard and deck with a large fire pit area. This was our second year renting and we will definitely be back!

We have stayed in many rentals in Point Sebago, this one was by far the cleanest and well kept. My family was very comfortable here. The backyard was great and more private than most. This was the perfect location for us. We would definitely stay again. My kids & I had a great time. Thank you !

Relaxing vacation week

Had a great stay at this cottage over Labor Day Weekend. Property was very clean and had all the necessary cooking supplies. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The back porch was perfect for dinners.

Family vacation

It was a great stay. We loved having the marina right there. We rented a canoe and a deck boat. This was our 2nd time renting from Kathryn. The property is clean. She also got right back to us with any questions!!

Great stay

Great vacation. Kathryn was very responsive to all emails and texts. The cabin was clean. The full kitchen was a plus. It’s nice when you go away to not have to eat out everyday. We enjoyed the large deck, grill was there, fire pit was nice, beach was clean. There is a marina on the property and we were able to rent a boat and go tubing. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Picture perfect

The house and grounds were everything describe in word and photo. We had everything we needed and then some. Clean, roomy, equipped……Sebago was our family vacation for 12 years starting when my youngest was a year and a half in 1999. I was so excited to come back with them as adults (25 1/2 and 29) and be able to all stay together in one house. The plans have already been started for next year.

Wow!!

The stay at Point Sebago exceeded my expectations. The cottage was clean, sweet, and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor deck and grill for dinner and had a fire at the deluxe fire pit at night. We loved being being a little farther away from the resort, we had more space and it was very quiet. Our children loved renting a golf cart and trucking around in it to all the events and to the beach/arcade. The neighbors were all very friendly and loved seeing our boys scooting around on the street. Owner Kathy was very attentive and available for questions and made check in and check out process very clear and easy to understand. I would definitely stay here again!!

Family Trip

Point Sebago Getaway Weekend

Having vacationed at Point Sebago as a teenager in the 80's, we have returned many times over the years to enjoy the resort with our kids.This was the first trip, however, where we stayed in a home near the golf course. The house was beautiful, extremely clean and far more spacious than any of our previous rentals. This made family games and meals much more enjoyable. While we ended up spending most of our time around the beach on this trip, the home has an amazing back deck and fire pit area. The house was also well equipped with the things a family needs while on vacation. Kathryn, the property owner, was responsive to my questions prior to our arrival and checked in on us once via text once we were there. All in all, it was a great weekend for the six of us! My husband Kevin and I are Maine natives growing up in Portland just 35 minutes from Point Sebago in Casco. We love it so much that we wanted to stay close and enjoy the many amazing outdoor four season activities Maine has to offer. For years we rented camps every summer at various lakes in Maine. Sebago Lakes region was always our favorite place to go and we have enjoyed many memories with our family on Sebago Lake! We also love skiing and our place is so close to our favorite place to ski at Shawnee Peak.

We wanted a four season place close to home but with full access to Sebago Lake and Shawnee Peak Skiing. We love the four seasons of Maine and can enjoy all of them at Point Sebago Golf and Resort including the beautiful fall season which brings picturesque landscape beauty of the leaf peeping season.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Resort Access (minimal daily fee) to lake for boating, swimming and resort activities, 30 miles from Shawnee Peak, short distance to ice fishing, hiking and snowmobile trails. Just a short drive to Windham Center and 35 miles to the city of Portland. In addition the resort is just 45 minutes away from some of the greatest ocean beaches in Maine.
