This home has a very open floor plan with all glass sliders in the back which provide lots of natural light and the perfect water view from the living room, master bedroom and bathroom with volume ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen is redesigned with plenty of granite countertop space with bar stool seating and separate dining area to seat the entire group! The large driveway offers ample parking for up to 6 vehicles.

Please be aware there is a pool heater fee of $25 per day.

Quiet time is from 9pm-9am
10 people max on the premises day or night - extra fees will accrue if broken (additional guest fee after 5 people)
Pet Friendly - Additional pet fee and cleaning fee required $400
No parking in the street or on the lawn
Must be over the age of 25
Provide identification of all guest
All of the plumbing is perfect in all houses, if there is a clog or other plumbing issue, guest is responsible for all costs associated.
Please no disconnecting or adjusting the TV’s. If TV is not found to be working after guest checks out, $150 will be deducted from security deposit or additionally requested for IT services to come fix TVs.
If any of the rules are not followed you will lose your deposit and may be asked to leave the home before check out.
Note: There is 24 hr surveillance around the exterior of the property (this includes a ring doorbell, backyard and front yard camera)
