The Space

Welcome to your private waterfront retreat in Fort Lauderdale. This meticulously designed home features 6 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for every guest. A separate media room includes a king-size sofa sleeper and ensuite bathroom, while a convenient powder room is located on the ground floor.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 overnight guests, with no more than 4 visiting guests permitted at one time. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay.

Start your morning with coffee on the spacious balcony off the primary bedroom, relax by the resort-style pool with fire and water features, or enjoy outdoor dining and entertainment from the summer kitchen and patio areas. Private dock space may be available upon request.

Guest Access

Guests will enjoy access to the home through a smart Wi-Fi lock on the front door. Check-in instructions and access details will be provided prior to arrival once all required check-in forms are completed.

The Neighborhood

Located in the desirable Coral Ridge neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, this home offers a peaceful upscale setting close to the best of the area. The property is situated just south of Coral Ridge Country Club and less than 2 miles from Fort Lauderdale Beach, where guests can enjoy restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and waterfront activities.

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive, and the Fort Lauderdale Brightline Station offers convenient access to Miami, Aventura, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, and beyond.

Getting Around

Explore Fort Lauderdale with ease by car, rideshare, bike, trolley, or Water Taxi. The Water Taxi offers a scenic way to experience the Intracoastal Waterway, with stops near the beach, Las Olas, the convention center, cruise port, and Hollywood.

The Sun Trolley provides budget-friendly transportation throughout popular areas, including Las Olas and the beach. Fort Lauderdale is also bike-friendly, with Broward BCycle stations located throughout key visitor areas.

Other Things to Note

Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Additional vehicles are not permitted under city ordinance and may result in fines, which are the responsibility of the guest.

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

No unauthorized events or parties are permitted.

Children under 12 are not permitted due to waterfront and pool safety considerations. Children 12 and older, including visiting children, must be under continuous adult supervision at all times.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Pets are not allowed; however, guests traveling with service animals are requested to notify us in advance.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

No parties are permitted without prior written approval from the property owner.

No smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or illegal substances are permitted on the property. Evidence of prohibited use may result in additional cleaning fees.

Security cameras are located on the ground level and are directed toward the front entryway and canal area.

Please return any moved furniture to its original location. A fee of up to $150 may apply if housekeeping is required to move furnishings back.

Your door code will not be activated until the required check-in form has been fully completed.
