The Space:

Experience ultimate comfort and luxury in this meticulously designed home. It boasts 6 bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. There's also a media room with a king-sized sofa sleeper and an ensuite bathroom, plus a powder room on the ground floor for guests. With the ability to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests and no more than 4 visiting guest at one time, this home is ideal for families and groups. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need for cooking. Start your day with coffee on the spacious outdoor balcony off the primary bedroom, enjoying the ocean breeze. Outside, you'll find a large pool with fire and water features, as well as a summer kitchen, complete with seating and entertainment options. Private dock space may be available. This property is perfect for anyone, offering a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Our home is ideally situated just south of the renowned Coral Ridge Country Club. You're also a quick trip, less than 2 miles west, to the vibrant Fort Lauderdale beaches where you can find many restaurants and exciting nightlife. For those arriving by air, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is only a 20-minute drive, and the Fort Lauderdale Brightline Station offers easy access for getting around.

Getting Around:

Getting Around: Explore Fort Lauderdale with ease! The Water Taxi offers a scenic route along the Intracoastal Waterway, with stops from 32nd Street to Hollywood, including a stop near the convention center and cruise port. Enjoy waterfront views and fun facts about celebrity homes along the way. For budget-friendly options, the Sun Trolley offers seven routes, including a free airport link and routes along Las Olas and the beach. Plus, Fort Lauderdale is bike-friendly! The Broward BCycle bike share system offers affordable rentals for exploring the city, with convenient bike stands in tourist areas.

Important Information: Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway, any more is a violation of a city ordinance and is subject to fines. Any fines incurred to to parking, are the responsibility of the guest.

Age requirement: must be 25 or older to rent. No unauthorized events or parties are allowed.

Children under 12 y/o not permitted due to liability issues, any child 12 y/o or older, including visiting children, must be under continuous adult supervision due to the waterfront location and pool.

Smoking is not permitted inside, and pets are not allowed; however, guests with service animals are requested to notify us in advance. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

One of the greatest vacations of our lives worth every single penny!The location is the best in Fort Lauderdale and the wealthy area coffee shops, restaurants everywhere and when you come home to this place, itā€™s like living in a dream. Itā€™s a really nice mansion and we loved it.

Me and my family flew in early from CT. The host was more than helpful to accommodate us. The house on arrival was more than we expected. Me and my family couldnā€™t have had a better time staying here for a few days. We will be back soon

The property is absolutely stunning and lives up to the pictures that showcase it. There were some minor issues with one or two utilities, but nothing major to affect our time at the property. The owners were also very responsive to any questions or comments I had which was very helpful! If I ever come back to the area, I would heavily consider staying here again.

Our Dad's 80th Birthday

My brothers and I, along with our children (all 14), stayed at the home for our dad's 80th birthday. Our dad lives close by, so we decided to take the opportunity for siblings and cousins to connect. The house was perfect for this. We had excellent meals, enjoyed the back deck and pool, and felt like we all had our own space as well. Beautiful home. Great location. We truly enjoyed our time together. The atmosphere was terrific.

A Perfect Getaway!!

This home was absolutely wonderfulā€”like having our own private resort that we never wanted to leave! Every room was perfectly suited to our group, with plenty of space and comfort for everyone. The outdoor area was incredibly relaxing, with plenty of spots to unwind and take in the peaceful surroundings. One of our favorite places to spend time was the dock seatingā€”it was the ideal spot to enjoy some quiet time and get lost in a good book. We truly couldnā€™t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

The property was exceptional. All aspects were as advertised or better. It was a great house for a family reunion. We had ten people staying at the house plus four locals. We were able to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property
