The Concha (Shell) Suite is a stylish gem at Beach House La Esquina Perezosa (The Lazy Corner) for short term stays or an extra bedroom. This is a 220 square foot hotel room style bachelor, half bath and gallery kitchen opening directly to the newly landscaped courtyard and mosaic tiled, UV temperature controlled, plunge pool. You are also steps from the warm waves of Jaltemba Bay and our quiet, private stretch of beach. This suite is on the main floor of our beach house (adjacent to our Playa suite) and the entry is from the shared courtyard.

You’ll sleep on a brand new incredibly comfortable queen size sofa bed (we promise great beds at La Esquina Perezosa) which is offset by an armchair, built in closet, galley kitchen, bar style eating area and a sleek ensuite bathroom with rain head shower on a natural pebble floor. A contemporary ceiling fan keeps the sea breezes moving through your seaside getaway. The decor, plush towels and 330+ thread count sheets will make you feel like you've landed in a stylish boutique hotel room.

No stairs are required, and this suite will suit the adventurous traveller who want to be on the playa exploring the area or people watching in El Centro, then taking a comfortable siesta.

This suite is also a great add on for visitors joining friends or family ensconced in one of our larger suites. Mature children may love having some private space away from their siblings or parents. Seniors may appreciate the lack of stairs and the accessibility of this newly designed cozy suite.

This suite has two entrances. One from a covered walkway and another, new french doors that open to our shared courtyard and designer plunge pool. You also have access to our private, quaint sandy beachfront and of course the public beach access for ocean swimming that is mere feet away.

Beach House La Esquina Perezosa has three private, quiet, and self-contained suites with their own entrances: Horizonte Suite, Playa Suite (beneath the Horizonte) and the smaller Concha Suite (a hotel room style bachelor suite accessed off of the courtyard).

Safe parking is available right outside the courtyard door at the end of our quiet and safe neighbourhood street.
