Villa Vetiver enjoys an exceptional location with its private beach access Diamond of nearly 4km, one of the finest of Martinique.

In the middle of a nice private garden of over 2000 m2, it has a beautiful swimming pool, a gazebo and a large terrace.
Very pleasant and comfortable, this is a typical Creole ground floor comprises a large living room with flat screen WIFI ETTV with orange strings Caribbean, 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms each with bathroom, to a fully fitted kitchen and utility room.
The living room and the terrace have brewers.
Diamond from the village with restaurants and shops is accessible by the beach or 5 minutes by road.
Villa completely renovated in 2015.

Great villa in the perfect location in Le Diamant.

The house was clean and the kitchen well equipped (pots, pans, table ware, cutlery, etc). The beds were very comfortable. Checking in and out was very pleasant with Camille. We stayed 5 weeks so Camille got us a second set of towels and beddings. Camille was very helpful and accessible (we had a problem with the veranda lights); she even hung up our washing on the drying wrecks when we were gone to the beach. The house is well positioned for trips outside Diamant and for grocery shopping. The ocean is a one minute (slow) walk from the villa perfect for a quick dip! Th outside hand shower was perfect to keep the sand off the veranda. The pool is a good size. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained and assures privacy from the neighbors. Walking on the beach to the boulangerie and the market was about 25 minutes one way. Stephanie (in Paris) was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions before and during our trip. We highly recommend this wonderful villa and would gladly return next year. Thank you Camille and thank you Stepanie

Séjour paradisiaque

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans la maison de Stéphanie avec nos enfants de 3 et 1 ans. La maison et le jardin sont magnifiques et la mer située au bout du jardin. En plus du cadre idillique Stéphanie est particulièrement disponible pour échanger et répondre à nos questions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Un VRAI moment de repos sous le soleil. Une maison et un jardin magnifique.

Une maison impeccable et un accueil personalisé. Quel bonheur de voir s'agiter les colibris au petit-déjeuner dans un jardin magnifique. Accès à la belle plage du Diamant en 1mn. C'est bien simple, nous pensons déjà à l'année prochaine...

Idéal pour se revigorer

Je suis déjà venu et, depuis, reviens régulièrement. La maison et le jardin sont très bien entretenus. Toutes facilités à proximité. Gentillesse et réactivité en cas de besoin.

Schönes Haus, 3 Bäder und Schlafzimmer, schöne Terrasse und Pool, schöne Küche. Riesengarten mit Blumen, Bäumen und Kolibris. Lage in zweiter Reihe ist gut, weil nicht so windig, sandig und laut von Wellen. Privater Strandzugang, 50 Meter zum Meer. Meer perfekt zum Bodyboarden, Wellenreiten und Plantschen. Algen werden weggeräumt, stören aber auch nur wenig. Strand ewig lang mit hellem Sand und Bäumen/Palmen am Rand. Alles traumhaft, wir kommen wieder!

Très agréable demeure à côté de la plage. Je reviendrai !

Petit chemin pratique de 50m pour accéder à la belle plage du Diamant. La piscine présente un complément appréciable à la mer. Le jardin fleuri qui borde la maison confère repos et sérénité. Bien dormi dans les chambre climatisées. Equipements complets dedans comme dehors. Même un blender pour les cocktails ! Le bourg du Diamant est à 5mn en voiture avec toutes les commodités : boulangeries, supérettes, pharmacies... Une recommandation : un 2ème congélateur (bahut par exemple) serait utile pour les séjours de plus d'une semaine.

Nous avons passer un superbe séjour à la Villa Vétiver Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin et la végétation autour L'accès à la plage est rapide et facile, c'est un grand bonheur de pouvoir aller prendre un bain de mer à 10 pas de la maison La maison en elle même est très agréable, joliment décorée et très pratique à utiliser. Tres bon séjour en Martinique. Super villa tres bien située. La propriétaire et le personnel sur place pour l'accueil sont tres bien et a l'écoute. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et un super service pour nos demandes. MERCI pour notre séjour la maison est spacieuse et tres propre. Une bonne adresse pour un prochain séjour en Martinique.

Excellent séjour

Encore plus près de la mer que nous l'avions imaginé, la villa est lumineuse et spacieuse. Mais c'est surtout le grand jardin et la piscine qui nous ont conquis. Le Diamant est un endroit idéal pour profiter de ses vacances en Martinique, et j'y retournerai certainement. Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et ses conseils pour profiter de l'île.

Très jolie villa tout confort et super séjour.

La villa, la piscine , le jardin : Tout est beau, pratique, bien pensé. La mer ? un portail, une minute, et hop, dans l'eau ! Situation idéale : pas à la vue des gens sur la plage, tout étant tout proche de la mer. Et la piscine : complément très agréable à la mer ; on y était toujours le soir même à la nuit tombée. Vacances de rêve. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine !

Magnifique et incontournable!

Cette magnifique maison est dans un emplacement impeccable et dans un état merveilleux, à deux pas de la plage. Les services, le marché, la boulangerie, etc. sont tous à proximité. Un endroit féerique sans aucun doute!

Une très belle semaine dans un environnement parfait

Nous avons passé une semaine, mon mari, ma fille et son copain. La maison, la piscine et la proximité de la plage sont parfaites. Nous avons apprécié avoir un grand terrain, avec des voisins très discrets. Le village du Diamant est petit, mais on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. L'accueil à la villa était très bien. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation.

Way beyond expectations

My wife an I visited Martinique for the first time in November. We stayed three weeks at Villa Vetiver and could easily have stayed longer. I think this Villa is better than one on the beach, it has a large grassed property, a great pool and privacy that you do not get with a beach front rental. The gardener and pool guy came once a week and kept the property looking sharp. I loved my 1 hour walk on the beach each morning to the bakery for fresh baguette and croissant and enjoyed meeting the locals out for their morning walk. The beds were comfortable the bedroom AC worked very well. We loved the kitchen and pool. We are planning a return trip in 2017.

Excellent séjour à la villa vetiver. Trés belle maison sur un terrain spacieux et très bien entretenu.Propreté irréprochable a l'entrée, Maison confortable et fonctionnelle. Piscine bien située et trés agréable.super plage a 30 mètres au fond du jardin.Merci pour le chaleureux accueil de Michèle qui a facilité notre installation. nous avons pu profiter du restaurant a proximité sur la plage, a conseiller. Trés bon accueil de la population... a refaire.....

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à la villa, à tous les niveaux, très bon et efficace contact dans le traitement de la location, merci à la propriétaire, accueil irréprochable merci à Michèle, propreté de la villa, fonctionnalité et commodités parfaites, très calme, bien placée géographiquement pour se déplacer sur toute l'ile, commerces à proximité, nous recommandons vivement celle-ci pour un séjour au Diamant. Merci à tous les martiniquais pour leur chaleureux accueil.

Absolute perfection!

Villa Vetiver is hands down one of the best tropical vacation rentals we have had. The location, the price and the amenities were possibly a perfect combination. Pool; check. Walkable to beach; check. Clean, comfortable home with all amenities; check. All this in a comfortable and not flashy environment. It felt like a beach house I would want to own one day. A great location on Anse Cafard convenient to all the south has to offer and a quick drive into Diamant for the boulangerie, 20-25 mins to a Simply Market or Carrefour. It was a great base to explore Diamant, St Luce, Anse d'Arlet, Fort de France and an easy drive to Francois and the eastern portion of the island. We were met by a house manager who showed us how everything worked as well as the 1st breakfast that was thoughtfully left in the fridge for the next morning. He also was an angel and called the airport for us when we realized we left a bag in the Arrivals Hall (oops!). Pros: Spacious living room for our party of 3 adults and 4 kids under 11 years old. Strong AC in each bedroom with 3 clean and bright bathrooms. Wonderful cooling breezes when the windows/doors were open. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you need to make fantastic meals: pots/pans, baking dishes, blender, dishwasher and plenty of flatware, dishes and glasses to last through several meals without doing dishes. There were also an abundant supply of spices and oils which we were very grateful to have. The outside was a dream. A good-size pool (with a saftey alarm which comes in handy if you have young kids like I do), outdoor dining space with a grill for barbecuing, lounge chairs and a relaxing pavilion with a peekaboo glimpse of the ocean (which we could hear loud and clear from the backyard). We made great use of all the outdoor spaces. The beach: a 30 second (45 seconds if you walk very slowly) stroll through the backyard and down a path. Clean, long stretch of sand that was never crowded even though there are homes (with very nice neighbors) on either side of the house. Warm, clear water that was perfect for kids (shallow until you go out about 150 feet) with postcard perfect views of Le Diamant and the Anse Cafard Slave Memorial. Cons: I could only stay 8 days! We would without hesitation come back to Martinique and stay in Villa Vetiver. My kids talk about how much they loved the house and they would like to come back! Thank you, Sandrine!
