It is located less than 4 miles away from the New River(which is the 2nd oldest river in the world!). When walking up you will see a spacious backyard over looked by a porch perfect for coffee in the morning. The house has hardwood floors through out and tons of original charm. Fully furnished house; 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 full & 2 twins) 1 full bathroom with a tiled walk in shower, living room with flat screen tv & wi-fi access, dinning room and fully equipped kitchen with a stove, full size fridge, coffee pot & all cooking needs. Charcoal grill provided for your use but coals are not included. Fire pit in back yard feel free to bring your own fire wood or you can purchase bundles of fire wood once you arrive! Also, washer and dryer provided.
