The closest beaches are in Narragansett, just about 3-4 miles from the house. Narragansett has a town beach as well as 3 state beaches. Take the Block Island Ferry from Pt. Judith, just about 6 miles from the house, enjoy Block Island for the day, shopping, restaurants, farm, horseback riding, boating, sunbathing, exploring, etc... Newport is a 25 minute drive, Mystic Aquarium, Seaport and Village just 45 minutes away. If you love casinos and shows, Foxwoods Resort/Casino is a 45 minute drive as well.
