Allagash Splash is a rare two-family home located in the quiet beach neighborhood of Bonnet Shores in Narragansett, RI. Rent the whole house for your next getaway.

The house is located one mile from the private neighborhood beach (Kelly Beach) and three miles from Narragansett Beach and the Pier Village.

The TOP FLOOR has a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, terrace, and three bedrooms (two full beds, one twin bunk). It sleeps 6 people.

The BOTTOM FLOOR has a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room, patio, and two bedrooms (one queen bed, one full bed with a twin bunk overhead). It sleeps 4 people.

Each unit is roughly 1,000 square feet and have 50ā€ smart TVs, wireless internet, and air conditioning. Fresh linens (sheets and towels) are provided.

There is an outdoor shower, fire pit, gas grill, washer/dryer, and cornhole boards.

Wood for the fire pit and propane for the grill are provided.

There is a large storage shed where you will find various seasonal accommodations including chairs, coolers, yard games, umbrellas, toys, and a bike. (So you can travel light!)

Guests will be greeted by a spotless house, custom guide to Narragansett, restaurant coupons, and a complimentary bottle of wine.

The upstairs patio is adorned with comfortable chairs and tables for convenient outdoor meals. The yard boasts custom Adirondack chairs for leisurely backyard drinks.

The outside is treated all summer long to eliminate mosquitos, tics and other bugs so you can enjoy time with family by the fire pit late into the night.

There is a liquor store and pizza shop a short walk away, and the famous Brickleyā€™s Ice Cream is a little further down the road.

Off-street parking accommodates up to four cars.

Extremely friendly and communicative host. Family was visiting from out of the country and it was basically perfect to accommodate 4 couples. Loved how it was two stories with two kitchens. Especially loved the outdoor firepit (firewood provided wow), string lights, and quiet/safe neighborhood. Grill was a bit dirty and there was no more aluminum foil so we had to go out and buy but wasn't a dealbreaker in any way. Would choose to stay here again if the opportunity presented itself 5/5.

Great place for multiple families to vacation together

This property has two separate units and plenty of outdoor space for people to relax together. Some aspects are dated, but it worked fine for our short weekend trip to the Newport area. We enjoyed spending time together by the fire pit, going to the beach, and visiting Newport.

Great place to stay. Wonderful location. Owners were so easy to work with and very responsive. The two separate floors with their own kitchens ended up being great because my in-laws were able to have their own space. I would definitely recommend this and we would stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Narragansett.

Allagash Splash was a perfect property for a southern family staying in RI for a wedding in Newport. Also have family in Bonnet. Best part of the house is the yard - fire pit and cornhole were utilized a lot! Location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Graduation

Came to attend and celebrate our daughterā€™s graduation from URI. Great location, the two level house was the perfect set up. The yard was ideal for our graduation party. Every other night we gathered around the fire pit. A truly memorable week with family. Tyler was so easy to work with and responded to all of our questions right away in she planning process. Highly recommend!

Great stay for group of friends

A group of friends and I stayed at Tylerā€™s place for a weekend. The house very clean and has a very stocked kitchen ready to cook in. There was more than enough room for 8 of us. The distance to Newport was very convenient for going to and from a weekend of wedding events. We would absolutely stay at Tylerā€™s place again. Thank you!

Fantastic stay with extended family. Walking distance to Kelly beach. Kids loved having the backyard and cooking hot dogs over the pit fire. Great supply of beach equipment and a high chair and crib for the little one. Had a couple issues that the host responded to and resolved right away. Perfect summer get together.

Cute and Cozy, beach is not far!

Overall, I will give this spot 4/5 only because it could use a little TLC but, it is all minor! The yard is super quant and cozy. My wife and I used this spot for our small elopement. We had just around 25 people at the ceremony, food was catered in. The spot was just the perfect size for an event like this! The beach is a 5 minute drive over.
