The Primary suite is a serene haven, offering a comfortable King bed, private bath, flat-screen TV, and balcony access where you can start your day with a cup of coffee while enjoying the panoramic views of the Gulf. The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for guests of all ages with its two Twin beds, both equipped with flat-screen TVs.

Loved this place. The balcony was amazing and the layout was great. Quick access to the beach, fast elevators, and plenty of supplies and amenities. Would definitely come back and stay here again.

I absolutely loved staying here! It was such a perfect space for me and my family. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed to have our meals The beach view was amazing and the environment was so pleasing and family oriented. I loved every minute of my stay! Orange Beach Stay

Orange Beach / Gulf Shores has become our favorite family vacation spot. 1104 Shoalwater was a great spot! The location between Flora-Bama and Gulf Shores is perfect. The short walk to the beach was a big plus and the indoor pool and hot tub were a great bonus also! We would stay here again and there was plenty of room for our group. Thanks!

Spring Break 2025

Our family of 5 had a blast on vacation. This property is very clean for being along the beach. The only complaints our kids had were the outside pool was cold and no outdoor hot tub. The basketball/tennis/pickle ball court had a very nice surface.The best thing about the property was the ocean view from our balcony, absolutely amazing!! It was a slice of paradise to wake up in the morning, to sit listening to the waves while drinking a cup of coffee while watching the sun come up. The beach is so beautiful and very clean. As for the condo itself it was a perfect space. The only complaint for us adults is the kitchen could use better lighting. We cooked majority of our meals and the under cabinet lights were just a little to dim. Overall, we all felt it was the perfect place for our vacation and would recommend it to anyone!

Great place on the beach

Good and clean place. Pretty quiet. It was easy to go the beach for a long stay or a quick dip. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Guests will need to bring their own consumables (garbage bags, toilet paper, coffee filters, etc.) which we somehow missed in the welcome paperwork. Place is nice. The kitchen doesn't really have lights which was annoying but we got used to it. Loved the balcony.

Just perfect and well equipped

Great clean and bright condo. Kitchen well stocked. Has all essentials for 5 days, bring extra peper products if staying longer. The construction noise was not bad in my opinion but if your really sensitive to noise during the day you may want to look elsewhere til the construction is over. Construction workers were respectful. Our kids loved the indoor pool and we loved being right on the beach. No surprises with this place.

Super suite deal

The condo was amazing. Clean, timely check in, spectacular view, prompt support, fully furnished kitchen. So glad the property was CLEAN. AC worked well. Plumbing good. Appliances in good shape. We had a family of 8, all grown kids 15+. Slept very comfortably. The sofa bed has old style coil spring, not comfy at all. Bruised the girls first nite. So we used the chair sleeper and sofa not pulled out. Sheets and blankets were brought to us ASAP for sleeper chair. Proximity to beach is as good as you can get. Elevators were both working. Grocery stores nearby. Lots to do within 5 minutes. This condo is best bang for buck we found so far!

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Less than a week before we were to arrive, we received a mandatory waiver notice that mentioned construction on the balcony (beach) side. We had no prior notice of construction and no options other than to accept it. Throughout the day time hours, there were concrete drills and chipping guns not to mention workers on pulley platforms able to look into the rooms. I'm not sure why this work was not done in off season, but the week of 4th of July seems like the wrong time to do it. Resting in the condo during the day was not possible. This is in addition to getting a condo ticket (violation of some kind) for keeping our beach stuff outside the door. We did not have a balcony to put it on. We had small issues that we fixed like a leaking showerhead that sprayed of the glass, layer of ice in the freezer, no icemaker, and the smallest tv possible in the guest room. But overall, the condo was nice, but the association's actions were disappointing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good overall experience. No issues with the room and things expressed to owner were addressed quickly.The construction of the building did hinder access to the beach and was inconveient to walk through scaffolding and plastic.
