Siesta Key Condo Steps from the Beach
Our beachfront property is the perfect getaway, a 2 bed 2 bath single level condo steps from the sand!
The Master Bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/tub inside the room, Kingsize bed, plus a walk-in closet. Second Bedroom has single bed and a daybed plus a pull out trundle bed underneath the daybed for extra sleeping accommodations. The second bathroom also has a shower/small tub if desired. Bedrooms and living room are equipped with satellite Tv, Wifi, and DVD player in Living room. There is central A/C, a washer/dryer and dishwasher, toaster and blender in addition to kitchen cookware/dishes and stove/fridge at the unit as well.
There is personal parking in the designated car port just beside the unit with additional parking alongside the condo. A patio with furniture is available at the front of the condo to enjoy the view and breeze. Also, there is a heated pool and club house that you can enjoy at your leisure just across from the condo. Pool house and beach are just steps from the condo!
Within the Beachhaven association regulations and requirements of the condominium complex, there is a minimum of 30 days for all rental agreements. So we require a 30 day minimum to rent the condo.

Anfitrião: Robin Noland
I grew up in New York City as a child. My mother who originally owned this condo was an Actor and was in many Broadway plays, Movies, and television shows. We would come down to Beachaven for vacation since I was a young child and visit my Aunt who had a unit here as well. My late wife and I would visit here at Beachaven as teenagers before we had a family of our own. We loved Sarasota so much we moved down here in ‘89 with our young family and raised our kids here. One of the best decisions we made.

We have owned this condo within our family for nearly three generations. I started coming to Beachaven as a kid on holidays as my Mother and Aunt bought units here in the sixties. Now my children and grandchildren come here and visit and enjoy time at Beachaven. We have wonderful family memories here!
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
We love our condo because of the relaxed atmosphere and being steps away from the beach. Being so close to the ocean and hearing the waves at night is comforting and nourishing and something we can rest into as we drift to sleep.
