The house area of 120 m2 per floor which is located on the estate of 2000 m2 is designed for a luxurious stay for 6 adults, with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa in the living room, suitable for children.
There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and cupboard. Two luxury bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower and washing machine.
Guests have an amazing sea view from the terrace surrounding the private heated swimming pool and hot tube near the pool.
The 50 m2 living room connected with the kitchen and well furnished dining room contains all necessary kitchen appliances.
From the living or dining room there is an exit to the terrace around the house, which is connected to the terrace around the pool.
For fun, in the garden and the terrace around the pool we offer outside fitness, darts, children's trampoline, table tennis and swings.
The house is located in a quiet area that guarantees complete rest without any noise or interference from neighbourhood. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with olive trees, providing excellent protection from sunshine during the day. There is also a nice rose garden, lavender and other Mediterranean plants offering a splendid view and atmosphere.
Our guests can also enjoy the barbecue surrounded by olive trees.
