There are 4 bedrooms and a bonus room with a smart tv. The living room boasts a 55" smart tv and sound bar, leather couch, love seat and recliner, and wood burning fireplace for relaxing after fun on the slopes or a day on the PGA Golf Course. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, smart tv with sound bar, and a private bath with tub and separate shower. The custom built dining room table seats 10, and there is additional seating for 7 at the bar and custom built buffet. The garage is equipped with a basketball hoop, and ping pong table and is sure to bring out the competitor in everyone! Fiber optic Wifi is included! Enjoy grilling on the back deck, the beautiful pine trees in the back of the house, and walk the trails down to the greenbelt below. Sit back and relax in the Adirondack chairs and light a fire in the firepit while enjoying the tall pine trees and incredible Angel Fire atmosphere that this deck offers. This is the perfect mountain getaway with year round activities and all the comforts of home!
