This exquisite newly reconstructed 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment has everything you are looking for at an affordable price in the best location in Prague. You are just steps away from Wenceslas Square and surrounded by some of the most beautiful buildings in the city.

This is the best location in Prague for public transportation with access to all three underground/metro lines and the trams system in the immediate area. We have spared no cost to make this apartment the one we would live in ourselves and you will find it a true gem hidden within full sight.

After a hard day exploring Prague's architectural wonders and cultural insights, you will be able to come back to our charming apartment and soak up the pleasures of your day in an amiable, spacious and quiet environment. You can relax on the comfortable leather sofas in the living room while watching a film on the flat screen tv with satellite.

The spacious layout of the apartment allows for pleasant natural light and this further highlighted by the restored stained glass door and window allowing for increased amibiance and the fittings and amenites will suit your every need. Monika and Petr are always attentive to our request. The apartment is perfect for two couples, well arranged and close to the old town. The information in the Vrbo web it match perfectly with the reality. We recomendar this property for visiting Prague!

Close to city center and activities. Very quiet-sometimes noise from the main street. Kitchen is well equipped. Appliances are functional but could be optimized for more convenience (toaster?). Great stay though and we would highly recommend it to others.

This place was awesome - Hosts were amazing to communicate with and arranged to have us picked up at the airport, and then dropped back off on our flights out. Really nice having coffee and an espresso machine to use in the mornings. Lovely place and if we are ever back to Prague will definitely be staying here.

The photos of this property are much nicer than reality. While the apartment is okay, it is definitely not "luxury" as advertised. Kitchen and bathrooms are redone but living room/bedrooms are quite dated. Floors are squeaky, even the toilet seat is squeaky, windows do not shut well and the bedroom facing the street is very noisy at night. There is no wardrobe in that bedroom and the toilet door is not properly closing, not to mention the glass section of the wall lights up the entire bedroom if anyone uses the bathroom at night. We had issues with the hot water as well but it was resolved by the hosts. Also, the host-offered pick up is quite expensive compared to Uber and for that price they should be waiting for guests at the airport and not have guests waiting for 40 minutes to be picked up. On the positive side: The location is excellent and one can walk everywhere or use public transport. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery shops, etc. Communication with host was also easy and prompt. Overall, the apartment is okay but not luxury, and for that reason, not a good value for the money.

Great apartment next to Wenceslas Square

We were a family of four who stayed in this lovely, very spacious and comfortable apartment located midway down and right next to Wenceslas Square. Merely steps away is the Lucerna Arcade and Svetozor Mall with some excellent places to eat or buy a tasty dessert. The apartment is furnished very comfortably and even decorated with some pretty Art Deco stained glass. Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked and the washing machine and dryer are separate units which made doing laundry much easier. Even though the apartment has air-conditioning, the July weather was cool and comfortable so we did not use it but instead opted to keep the windows open at night. The apartment is located on a relatively quiet side street. It was easy to walk to the Old Town of Prague and just as easy to take a tram from a nearby tram stop. I really appreciated the elevator in the apartment building since I broke a toe two-and-a-half weeks before the flight from our home to Prague. Our flight arrived early in the morning and since no one had rented the apartment the night before, Monika and Petr kindly allowed us to check-in early. Petr met us at check-in, showed us the apartment and answered our many questions. Communication with Monika was excellent both before our trip and while we were in Prague. This is a WONDERFUL apartment in a great location to sight-see and visit Prague.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights in June and it was a great experience.Petr picked us from airport and he and Monica were very responsive from the time I booked the reservation to exit.Property was clean, spacious, had good beds, smart TV and close to all attractions.I was travelling with 2 teenage boys and we all could stay comfortably.Highly recommend this property

Fabulous Apartment in Great Location

Lovely big apartment with great facilities. Excellent central location for sight seeing. Communication from Monika both before and during our stay was excellent and Petr picked us up from the airport and then dropped us off again for 800CZK each way which was a great service that we really appreciated. As no one had booked the apartment the day we were departing we were allowed to stay in the apartment until 6pm when Petr was collecting us to go back to airport so that was great and made for a relaxing last day. We would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Prague.

Very nice and comfortable

Stayed here for 6 nights with 2 couples. It worked out very well as the 2 bedrooms are totally separated. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with. Loved the espresso machine! Communication and checkin was seamless. Location is excellent!

Great place in Prague

Great apartment in a great location in Prague. Within walking distance to alot of restaurants & close to Old Town & all the attractions. You can walk within 30 minutes of most things. Easy check in & Monika & Petr are great as hosts.

Location, Location, Location

Perfect place to walk the streets of old town Prague. Short walk to train station, hundreds of restaurants, and shopping for you stay within 100 meters. Quiet for being downtown in the city. We’d stay again.

Perfect location and great place

This was one of the best rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The host/Petr picked us up from the airport and it was seamless. The place was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. We were two couples and the separate rooms and bathrooms was great. Coffee machine was full, tea available, and it was beautiful! The location was centrally located and the two sets of keys were really appreciated!

When the owner Mr Martin Smith first visited Prague in 2002 he was immediately captivated by the city. He also owns another two apartments that are available for rent. I am delighted to manage all three apartments for him and I think you won’t be disappointed if you decide to rent any of them for your vacation.
