Luxury living in the heart of Old Town next to the Old Town Hall and Astronomical Clock (see the front door view photo).

Completely renovated, fully equipped apartment on the 3rd (top) floor of the historical building 'Melantrichova 20'. Seven large windows brighten the space with sun. Spacious living room with a kitchen unit, large master bedroom, guest bedroom, each with king size bed and two luxurious bathrooms can accommodate up to six adults. All the amenities for even the most demanding guests, including FREE wireless internet, heated towel bars etc.

Enjoy enchanting views on the red roofs and archways, Tyn Cathedral towers, check your time with the Old Town Hall clock from the apartment door. The apartment is in the heart of action, yet very quiet, with great number of restaurants, boutiques and shops in the immediate vicinity; 5 min. to the Charles Bridge, 3 min. to Wenceslas Square and subway station, 5 min to Old-New Synagogue and Old Jewish Cemetery; within minutes (walk) of all the major theaters, concert halls, museums and variety of entertainment. The fashionable Parizska Street with luxury brand name stores is just across the Old Town square, 2 min. away. Well equipped gym and swimming pool are at the nearby Hotel Intercontinental (5 min). The largest downtown shopping mall Palladium with cinemas is 5 minutes walk, the market on Havelska Street 2 minutes.

Please note that there is no elevator, but it is a small price to pay for this exceptional location! You are literally next to the Astronomical Clock, Old Town Hall and Old Town Square!

The apartment is always undergoing a special cleaning procedure to sanitize everything in between the guests.
You will have our cell phone number, should you need anything during your stay. We will be happy to help 24/7. We will also be happy to organize airport/train station transfer at arrival and departure.

Property was in an excellent location right by the main town square. Everything was in walking distances and easy to see. The apartment had 2 big bedrooms and baths great for a family or 2 couples as the bedrooms are in separate areas of the house. The owners were amazing, sending lots of info in advance and being available during our stay via What's App.

A fantastic apartment in Prague with an excellent location and clear, responsive communication with the owners. We used Petr’s airport transfer service and highly recommend it. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Prague.

Perfect location for seeing lots of Prague's main highlights. The tram stop was close by so that made it easy to get to the Castle, Petrin Hill, and Strahov. The Mlejnice was right in the back alley and had great food. We discovered the alley exit that takes you to Hooters and easy access to the street market. Petr picked us up from the airport and explained the apartment to us and recommended places to eat. The hosts are great communicating. I would definitely stay here again.

We were greeted by our host and her young son as we stepped out of our Uber and guided to our building. The apartment was just perfect, we could not have chosen a better place to stay. We felt like we were in the comfort of our own home. We cannot wait to visit again.

Great apartment in a perfect location

Really nice, well appointed apartment with great views in a fantastic location just steps from Old Town Square in the heart of old Prague. The owners we're very easy to work with and accommodating regarding check in. I highly recommend this property. However, just know there are quite a few stairs, so be prepared.

We appreciate the great review and being a wonderful group of guests. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay! Regarding the stairs, they do not pose a problem for healthy guests (we have had many seniors over the years as well). They are wide and easy and Petr is always there to help with luggage upstairs. Being in this central location literally next to the most important attractions our guests save a lot of steps just getting to the Old Town Square should they stay elsewhere. We are looking forward to seeing you when you come to Prague again!

Wonderful stay in Prague

Our family spent 4 wonderful nights in Prague at this charming apartment. The location was super convenient and remarkably quiet despite being in the heart of Old Town Square. It was well appointed and a comfortable place to relax in between our running around this exceptional city. Communication with the owners/manager was efficient and seemless. A big thumbs up!

Perfect Location in Old Town Square

This property was exactly as described. We would stay here again.It was very hot and the fans provided were not enough to keep us comfortable. The host should consider portable air conditioning units for the hot months.

We would like to share this special place with you - it is truly in the most amazing location, with all the Prague’s biggest attractions and sights literally around you – just look outside the window or go downstairs. You are right in front of the Astronomical Clock on Old Town Square! We hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do!!

We love the history and the vibrancy of Prague and consider the variety and quality of cultural events unbeatable.The Old Town has a very special atmosphere; the apartment is in the middle of all the historical buildings and sights.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The best is being in the middle of all the historical sights...getting up in the morning and taking a walk on the Old Town square and surrounding streets while there is no one around...very special feeling and very different from the afternoon hours when there are lots of people in the area. In the evening, we love the views of the Tyn's Cathedral and St Havel's church, all lit up. It is so quiet in the apartment that it is hard to imagine that one is actually in the middle of the busiest tourist area. Quite fascinating... We tend to open up the door of the apartment to see the clock of the Old Town Hall Tower - especially when the lights in the corridor are off and one can only see the Tower with the clock coming out of the dark. It is amazing to be in a place that has so much sunlight, that is quiet and everything is literally within few steps (historical sights, great restaurants, shops, theaters etc.)
