Perfect ASV location

This property is perfect for a few families staying together headed to All Star Village. It is about a 5 minute drive and quick enough to hop “home” between games. The house is very spread out and felt like each family had their own space.

Cooperstown Stay

Plenty of room for multiple families. Very convenient location for All Star Village, about 5 minutes away. Great outdoor environment. Interior could use some upgrading, limited TVs and functionality. Overall great place and would recommend.

This property was perfect for our stay at Cooperstown Allstar Village. The location was priceless and the property was awesome. The onwers were great and worked well with us. We would recommend.

Quick family trip

The house was nice and well appointed, if a little dated. We struggled to figure out televisions but ultimately found the fire stick in the basement and an HDMI to connect our laptop to the bar tv for streaming. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the kids loved the pool! This would be a great place for baseball families to share. The kitchen needs some cleaning and organizing and an update to the cookware. Homeowner was responsive and friendly. Would rent again if we are in the area!

This is the second time we have stayed in the house. The location and layout are amazing. We were there for all star village and it is only 5 minutes away from the fields, which was helpful to go back and forth and not feel tied to stay at the fields.The pool size is amazing and great for the kids. If it rains, you can have fun inside at the pool. Unfortunately our stay had no heat in the pool and hot tub did not work.The place is old and has the same set up from three years ago. General areas are set up well but basement and office had really high temperatures because of air flow. A few of the rooms had odor from the bathrooms and some of the beds are pretty old. A fix up would be great to make this place as good as its location and set up.The deck and back yard is a great space. Cookouts or smores with the fire pit can be done at night.Owner was responsive and helpful. The place is just old and has character so had to deal with it throughout the stay.

Perfection

This house was absolutely perfect for my family to stay during the weekend of my daughter's wedding. We had such a great time in this sprawling home which accommodated everyone. Even the pool was used by some family members. Words can't describe the available gathering places, other than to say that there's room for everyone to join in. The large kitchen was certainly ready for the group to share meals. The house and grounds are so welcoming as shown in the pictures in the listing. If you are lucky enough to have as nice weather as we did the outsides are beautiful. The host was available with quick responses to our every question. He truly cares about his Vrbo and the comfort of his guests. This house makes us want to spend more time upstate.

Great Location to All Star Village but Old and Dated

This house is in a fantastic location for All Star Village with plenty of space for families. However, you need to know what you're getting into. The house is old and doesn't appear to be visited often. When we arrived the pool was very green and took days to clear up. The house was very stuffy with mildew in the air. The owner said he had difficulty finding cleaning services. We had to open the windows and purchase DampRid which helped the smell a lot. Some of the AC wall units did not work and none had been turned on prior to our arrival, so the house was very stuffy. The owner was nice enough to come replace an AC unit in the wall that was not working that prevented some from sleeping the first night. The basement is very musty with mildew in the air and there is standing water in parts of the unfinished basement under the pool, which I'm sure does not help. The owner also replaced the coffee maker and added a Fire TV stick to the television at the bar, which is the main living area, so that we could watch tv. The grounds are very pretty, but the house is old and needs a lot of work.

From the start with had great communication from the host, making our lives super easy! The house is amazing with the indoor pool, hot tub, and a huge Deck to hang out on! Everything was just great! Would definitely visit again!

Amazing Place

I walked into the place hoping it was as good as the pictures on the website and it exceeded my expectations. We had 4 families staying on site and everyone raved about the place. We had an amazing indoor pool that is larger than most hotel pools, with a 10 feet deep end. We had a game room in basement with a pool table and ability to hook up our switch for all the little kids. Ample space in the family room, kitchen, dining room, offices for people to spread out. Plenty of room in the bedrooms for families. And then a great deck with grills and fire pit to spend time hanging out and gazing into the stars at night. Top notch property and owners. We had a great experience.

Amazing for baseball families!

We had 4 families and 2 grandparents staying at this property. There was so much space for all of us to enjoy! Bonus that it’s only a 4 minute drive to All Star Village. Pool and hot tub are wonderful, Beds are comfy too! Owners are very responsive and helpful if you need anything or have any questions. We all enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave! 10 out of 10…highly recommend!

We had a wonderful visit to Oneanta to watch our son play at the Cooperstown All Star Village. The property is right around the corner and is fully stocked with lots to do and big so folks can spread out. We had a great stay.

Amazing home close to All Star Village.

We had the absolute best time in this home. Kids has a blast swimming, men played pool and cornhole. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and entertaining. It’s a super spot! 3 minutes from All Star Village which is where our son was playing. We could run home in between games. It’s a must stay spot. Lisa was the best host ever!

Awesome place!

I hate to say this because now everyone will want to stay here. The location was great within minutes of breweries, restaurants and grocery stores. The living space has plenty of room and the outdoor space was spectacular! Our group of friends pick some place to gather where we cook, laugh and make awesome memories. The property has hiking and a couple of our guys went fishing in the pond on the property. There is a covered deck with a fire pit where we spent a lot of our time. Lisa was very responsive to all of our questions and was available throughout our stay if any issues popped up. Property has indoor pool and hot tub as well. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to entertain. Will be definitely staying again next year.

One of best property I have rented so far

I have been large houses quite regularly But this one is best of the lot It’s immaturely maintained , swimming pool is huge , amazing and heated indoors. Also lot of seating area in pool and hot tub area Best part is common area is very huge making it ideal for large gathering to have fun and all the hangout areas are connected to each other The owner Lisa is also very responsive and helpful Outside deck is also one of the best I have seen Overall I would go there again any day and would highly recommend to anyone looking for rental in that area

Fun time with an indoor pool

We booked a long weekend with friends at this place primarily because of the indoor pool and it didn't disappoint! We do a friends weekend every year at a different house but havent ever seen anything like this so it was a lot of fun.

Incredibly Wonderful!

The property is exactly as listed and satisfied in every way. Everything was easy to use, everything we needed was on site and everyone was satisfied. WiFi/Internet was more than sufficient, water pressure is great. Can't say enough and hope to return soon!

Amazing House - the best BnB I rented so far :)

Honestly the house is fantastic! You have it all, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, huge property to go take a walk, large living spaces, offices, pool table and fantastic deck. It could fit more people if some office spaces where changed as room. this would make it more affordable probably. But overall great space, would love to come back.
