Sandy Bottoms Beach House is a beach front property with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, picture-sized windows, vaulted ceilings, a large family room with a full size pool table, a foosball table and a dining table that can seat up to 10 people. The fully equipped kitchen comprises new stainless steel appliances including a microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. All the necessary pots, pans, dishes, toaster, crockpot, and griddle are available for you to cook your favorite foods!

Unpack your suitcase in the Master King Bedroom with a Bay View that features a luxurious King Size Bed and Master Bathroom. Wake up every day to gorgeous sunrises over the Alsea Bay Bridge of Waldport. Walk into the master bath to enjoy a morning steam shower or evening relaxation in the large freestanding bathtub. Hang all of your beach-ready clothes in a large walk-in closet where you can store any bags or coolers that you brought with you.

The upstairs bedrooms can accommodate most sized families with a King Size Bed, and a Full/Full Bunk Bed! Enjoy ocean views from the upstairs balcony with a hint of salty breeze that keeps you cool in the summer sun.

After a long day playing in the sand or adventuring along the Oregon coast, clothes can be cleaned in the laundry room. The washer and dryer are equipped with laundry detergent and dryer sheets for your convenience.

If you like your own privacy, the basement is the spot to be with a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs.

Entertain yourselves inside with board games and foosball table in the game room, the full size pool table, or with the large flat screen TV that has access to sign into Netflix, Amazon Prime or Disney Plus. Free high speed wireless internet is also included in your stay.

Kick your feet up in one of the beach chairs and enjoy the sun on our large back deck. From there, you can enjoy your own private pathway to the beach which takes only 1 minute to walk onto the sand where you can experience the beauty of the Oregon Coast!

Waldport, Oregon is located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest on the Oregon Coast. It is situated on the Alsea Bay which is known along the West Coast for their excellent crabbing. Stop by the local marina to rent a boat and crab rings to go crabbing in the historic bay. Walk along Main Street where you can find local stores of antiques, books, and restaurants including Grand Central Pizza, Fresh Family Mexican Restaurant (our favorite), China Restaurant, Subway, and Alsea Bay Crab Co. Grab groceries from Ray's grocery store or at the Bayshore convenience store. Waldport has a fun 9-hole golf course that welcomes all levels of play.

Nearby Yachats (10 minute drive) boasts Luna Sea Fish House (another favorite), Yachats Brewing, and Adobe Restaurant and Lounge (known for their brunch buffets). For fun nearby activities, you can wander to Newport to visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium, South Beach State Park, Ripley's Believe or Not Museum, or the Hatfield Science Visitor Center. Tours for deep sea fishing can be booked in Newport. More challenging golf can be found in Lincoln City and Florence (about an hour drive to each). If you are seeking world renowned golf then Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is only a two hour drive South. We are convinced that you will enjoy all that Waldport, Oregon has to offer!

Full/Full Bunkroom with Bay View, 2nd floor: 1 Bunk Bed (Full/Full Beds), 1 Twin Bed. Shared Full Bathroom with Shower and Soaking Tub (shared with King Bedroom with Ocean View). Sleeps up to 5 guests.

**We use professional cleaning that uses enhanced cleaning measures. On top of normal cleaning, there are enhanced cleaning measures which include using CDC approved cleaners/disinfectants and disinfecting high traffic touch areas including knobs, switches, remotes, appliances and cabinet fronts. We take the safety of our guests seriously. **

**Pet Friendly Policy: Limit two pets per stay for an extra fee of $30 per night per pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture during the stay. Please do not leave pets unattended at any time in or on the property. Pet owner is responsible for any damage incurred by the pet based on how the property owner sees fit to repair or replace damaged property.**

**Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15-25.**
