Exclusive Tucson Omni

We are excited to introduce you to our spacious, well-appointed 1150 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single story townhome located in the beautiful and exclusive gated Omni Tucson National Resort. We are nicely situated next to the 4th green on the Sonoran Course, a Tom Lehman designed, desert style course.

We purchased the townhome in October of 2018 and completely remodeled the interior. No expense was spared in the remodeling or decorating…you won’t be disappointed. The kitchen has new cabinetry, granite countertops, new GE appliances, new kitchenware and all the essentials of home. We installed new light fixtures and ceiling fans in the dining, living area and master as well as new cabinetry, granite, faucets and shower heads in both bathrooms. There is a new 50-inch HD Smart TV cable mounted above the fireplace in the main living area. Wi-Fi is also provided.

The master bedroom has a King size bed with a large walk in closet and the guest bedroom includes a queen size bed.

The 2 car garage is attached and includes a remote control.

A shared (heated) pool and hot tub are just steps from this home.

It s a short walk or drive to tennis or golf at the Omni Tucson National Club which offers two excellent golf courses, a world-class day spa and workout center (daily fee), and three restaurants. Here’s the resort link for more details. Copy and paste this url:

Whether you re wanting to explore all our desert has to offer, escape the chill of Winter where you live, or even have a home base for investigating retirement areas, our location, climate and diversity of activities will surely be enjoyed.

The property is located approximately 30 minutes from the Tucson airport and about 1 ½ hours from the Phoenix airport and is close to many fine restaurants, galleries, museums, and shopping. It is ½ mile to the YMCA which has monthly memberships; 1 mile to the public library; 2 miles to NW Medical Center; 3 large grocery chains within 3 miles; Walgreens, CVS, LA Fitness & post office within 2 miles; Costco with gas about 4 miles. The townhome community itself is private & quiet.

Excellent Tucson Stay

Would stay here again. The property and location are great. The house had everything we needed and was exactly as described. The check in/check out process and communication were easy and had no issues. Communication with Cathy was great. We needed to adjust the reservation dates, and she responded quickly made the process very easy.

Great northern Tucson couples getaway

We had a great stay at this property in the Omni resort area in northern Tucson. It is beautifully decorated, very clean and in a great location. It's perfect for two couples. The pool and hot tub were very nice as well. We enjoyed drinks while sitting out on the patio. We rented e-bikes and rode on "The Loop" which is a great biking and walking trail close by. We also golfed several days. The food in the area is great too. It was a great visit and we hope to come back next year.

Great Trip and Place to Stay

We loved our stay at this VRBO. Clean, comfortable. The neighborhood was lovely and mostly quite. Loop trail accessable by bike from front door, pool and hot tub delightful. Kitchen well appointed with what you'd need to cook for yourself, which we mostly did. Easy check in and communication with the owners. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Tucson on a family trip

Perfect golf condo

Condo was perfect for our one month stay. Kitchen very well equipped, Furnishings quite nice. Really enjoyed the outside patio with its barbeque grill and table for dinner. And the two golf courses at Tucson National are only a two minute drive away.

Lovely Place to Stay

Host Cathy & Randy were wonderful to deal with. Everything in house was exactly what was advertised, kitchen was very well stocked, very comfortable beds property is in beautiful area neighborhood is built around Tucson National Golf Course, very friendly place. Wonderful, well maintained vacation home!

We stayed here for 5 weeks with our two dachshunds. We arrived to find the home immaculately clean and very well maintained, and were delighted to find that the furnishings, appliances, cookware and cutlery were all of good quality. Even the BBQ grill was of good quality, and everything we cooked on it came out great. There are dimmer switches for the kitchen and dining room lights, which we utilized every day we were there (we love dimmer switches!). This townhome is located in a resort that is impeccably maintained, and the full-time residents we met while walking our pups were very friendly. Cathy, the owner, was super responsive to any questions we had, and did confirm for us that dogs were allowed on the golf course in the early mornings and late evenings, which is a fantastic amenity for folks like us who travel with their pups. Having full use of the 2 car garage was another great amenity, as we were able to park our vehicles in there to keep them from baking under the hot summer sun. The only thing we did not like was the Nest thermostat. We understand why some people like to have these, but they are always set with other peoples’ preferences, and even if you take the time to manually reprogram its schedule, if we left for any period of time it would automatically change the temperature, as it is designed to do, and we would come back to a warm home. It could sometimes take a couple of hours to cool back down to a temperature that was comfortable for us. The ceiling fans were helpful in these situations. We would much prefer to have a “dumb” thermostat that lets us set and leave the temperature at whatever setting is comfortable for us. The air conditioner worked really well, though, and it kept us cool on those hot summer days. All in all, though, it was a wonderful home for us to base out of as we explored the Tucson area.

INCREDIBLE TUCSON NATIONAL PROPERTY

The property at Tucson National was exactly what I wanted. The condo was very clean, well equipped, and very convenient to lots of great golf and shopping. I loved my stay, and Cathy was very helpful during the check-in process.

Loved Our Stay

We loved staying at this home. Every night we would walk the dogs on the golf course and would see all sort of wildlife. The last night we went up to the hotel and had drinks/dinner right near the golf course. I wished we did that more while we stayed at Cathy's place. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great for our winter get-a-way.

Your place has been great for my wife, and me. It has been clean and comfortable. You did a very nice job with the recent remodel. We both really love the easy access to the Tucson Loop hiking and biking trail system. Everyday we get out for a walk or bike ride. We’ve also walked over to the Omni Resort restaurants a couple of times. It’s so nice to have everything we want and need in one place.

A Home Away From Home

Everything was just as described. Newly remodeled, very clean, very comfortable. We found Randy & Cathy very accommodating and they always respond promptly to emails and texts. We have stayed in four different homes in this area, and this is one of the nicest. We will definitely revisit their home.

We couldn’t of been happier with our stay at Cathy and Randy’s place. It was super clean, well stocked, great neighborhood and relaxing backyard with nice view of the golf course. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. Would highly recommend. We will be returning.

We spent years traveling and enjoying VRBO properties around the country as guests. In 2015 we decided to place Randy's house on VRBO and take a chance on being owners. Given our experience as guests, we had a pretty good idea what was important to travelers.

With seven years experience we have been amazed at all the wonderful people we have met and have received 5 star ratings on all our reviews. We take a great deal of pride in maintaining that reputation.

In 2017 we attended the Cologuard Senior Pro tour event at Tucson Omni and happened to see this cute community of townhomes on the golf course in this beautiful area and were amazed at the setting and fabulous amenities and decided this was a terrific place to have another vacation rental property. So, we bought the place in October 2018 and completely gutted the interior. It was a lot of hard work but we are very proud how it turned out. We opened for reservations in December and have since hosted over 100 guests.

We continue to strive to deliver a 5 star experience for all our guests.
