This beautiful home has every comfort and then some! It features 4 total bedrooms with two king sized primary ensuites on the main level. One of the master bedrooms is mid century style & the other, more modern. This home has everything you need on the main level. The laundry room offers large capacity washer and dryer. The open concept living/dining/kitchen plus a beautiful deck with comfortable seating overlooks a wooded area. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans for your cooking and baking needs. The lower level has a large family room with reclining sofas and chair. The 2 bedrooms are queen sized & share a full bathroom. Use the large table for games or work. Enjoy the neighborhood with walk-able parks & trails. You can get downtown and to the Mayo Clinic within ten minutes. Smart Tv in each master bedroom and each living room. High Speed wifi and 3 car garage are included. You will not find a more comfortable or aesthetically pleasing place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice neighborhood.

Convenient in town location. The house had a open floor plan. Nicely decorated. Very nice neighborhood. Felt safe. About 10 minutes from downtown Mayo Medical area.

"Home Away From Home"

This property was our "home away from home" while my brother received treatment at Mayo Clinic. The "home" was everything and more! From start to finish the property owner and manager, Jason and Jodi, were helpful, responsive and professional. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the attached garage was welcoming during the wintry weather in January/February! Our daily commute to Mayo was less than 10 minutes from door to door! Giving a five star review was the easiest thing I've done in a while!

Cute and Cozy

We rented this VRBO for three weeks while my wife had major surgery and aftercare at Mayo. It was perfect!! It looked great and was close to Mayo as well as restaurants. Basically all within 10 minutes. Stunning views of the woods covered in snow out back of house. It was also very tranquil.

Mayo trip

This was an awesome house, perfect for what we needed! Great location, easy to get to Mayo Clinic. Would rent it again. Read listings carefully, the previous house had all bedrooms upstairs with a steep stairway, and we couldn’t stay there. No refund, so be careful.

Lovely home!

We stayed here for five days during our return trip to Mayo. It was perfect for our needs and close to Mayo. The home is brand new and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen offers everything you need. We were happy to return here after a day at the hospital and would stay here again if we return to Rochester.

Comfortable Spot for Mayo Clinic Patient Families

This property is a convenient and affordable alternative to hotels in the Mayo Clinic area. It is in a nice neighborhood about 8 minutes from Mayo's downtown campus and 10 minutes from the St. Mary's campus, clean, and close to shopping for food and necessities. One of its three recliners is comfortable for a post-surgery patient to sleep in, and the area is level, with sidewalks, for post-op patients who must walk as part of their recovery. It is well-supplied with linens and dishes, and has high quality fixtures and appliances and multiple TVs with various entertainment options. We really enjoyed our two-week stay except for two minor inconveniences: the microwave is installed at knee-level in the end of the kitchen island, and access to it is constricted by the nearby lower kitchen cabinets, making it difficult to use; and you should not expect to find basic necessities upon arrival (i.e., before you can use the facilities, be prepared to run to the store for hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, tissues, and toilet paper). It would be nice if the owners would insure that each bathroom contains a one-day supply of hotel-sized soaps and shampoo and a roll of toilet paper. We arrived late at night and found plenty of toilet paper and hand soap left by previous tenants, but we had to use the liquid hand soap to bathe and shampoo in the morning, since we couldn't go out the night we arrived. All things considered, this is a really nice property and you will enjoy it, but be prepared.

A peaceful picturesque property, close to Mayo.

Wow! What a beautiful property! The details were outstanding and the layout was absolutely perfect for our situation as our daughter recovered from open heart surgery. Our first evening here we stepped outside onto the top deck and were delighted to see bunnies, gophers, and deer out back, even a hot air balloon flew overhead... what a wonderful sight for us Floridians. My daughter found all the seating to be very comfortable as she recovered. She primarily stayed on the main floor but there is a lower level with two additional bedrooms and a living area with a large tv (this worked perfectly for her grandparents and sister). The location is ideal as well, convenient to downtown (for getting to and from her Mayo follow-up appointments) but also close proximity to grocery stores and beautiful paved walking trails. If we ever need to return to Rochester for follow-up care, I know exactly where we will be looking to stay again. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations.

Luxury Home in quiet setting

We enjoyed our stay in this brand new, very well-appointed home. Looking out from the living room, master bedroom, and even the kitchen/dining area at the snowy greenbelt behind us was quite relaxing, even though it was way to cold to be outside. When we did need to go out, the location is really close to stores, downtown Rochester and the Mayo clinic. This home has high end finishes and furnishings everywhere. The master bedroom has some cozy chairs that we enjoyed for reading, and a beautiful master bath with granite and a walk-in tile shower. In addition to the main floor master bed and bath there is even a second master suite (also with bathroom) on the opposite side of the main floor. We did not need it but this would be a terrific setup for two couples. We also didn’t use the huge family room downstairs but I did try out the leather recliner sofa. Very comfy ! Lastly, Jason was a very accommodating host and even stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed.
