Welcome to this bright and charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, perfect for your stay.

I'm excited to host you and am happy to assist with any questions or booking details. We offer a variety of short-term rentals to suit different needs and budgets!

Located just 2 blocks from the Mayo Clinic campus, this home features a main-floor bedroom and bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom on the second level. Enjoy spacious living areas, a cozy reading room, power lift chair, and a fully stocked kitchen with a dining area. Step outside to a private backyard with a patio, complete with a table and chairs for outdoor relaxation. There’s also off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles.

You'll be just steps away from Mayo Clinic, the Cascade Trail system, and within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. Ideal for both convenience and comfort!

This is the third time we’ve rented here, it’s the best find when staying in Rochester. Super clean, and so great to have a bedroom and bathroom on main floor for my elderly father. We’ll be staying again soon!

Everything about this place is designed to make you feel comfortable and at home. Well equipped kitchen, lots of spices, and even some pantry items available. Comfy beds, recliners, and backyard patio. Nice to have an upstairs and downstairs bathroom. Close enough that we walked to Mayo Clinic appointments. Will stay again!

Wonderful place, conveniently located. Well stocked pantry which the owners generously leave for other guests. Comfy pillows and beds. Would defiantly stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay while spending a week going to and from Mayo Clinic Wifi was great, allowing two people to work remotely in between appointments. The house was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. It’s also more cost effective than staying at a hotel.

Amazing host and great property! Was close proximity to walk to appointments at Mayo or catch a quick Uber. Home has everything you could need. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Host was such a great communicator. Highly recommend.

Wonderful quiet, pretty and safe neighborhood, within walking distance of Mayo Clinic. Broc’s house was clean, nicely decorated, and supplied with everything we needed for our 4-day stay. Beds were comfy! Hope to stay again for our next Mayo Clinic visit or a stay for leisure.

A very easy 12 minute walk to Mayo. Nice walking trail 2 blocks away that follows a creek.The house is clean with nice bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen.

This home is Central to the Mayo clinic The home is very nice and clean with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We would be back in a few months and definitely be staying here

Great place to stay!

My friends and I travel a lot on our motorcycle. There was plenty of space for parking and the house was great. It had everything we needed and was well stocked with supplies. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the house to anyone.

Excellent stay

This home not only met, but exceeded our needs for my family’s weekend in Rochester. Communication with the homeowner was very easy and I found Broc to be very responsive to all my questions. As a result, check-in was a breeze. We found the house to be very clean and outfitted with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was cute and very quiet. We come to Rochester frequently. If possible, we will stay here again.
