Booking Fall 2025!!!

This newly renovated, tastefully decorated, two-story condo is located at 316 East Juniper Ave which is one block from the boardwalk and beach - making it desirable and affordable for your family’s vacation needs. It is conveniently located on the border of North Wildwood, allowing for easy access to Wildwood and North Wildwood adventures. The Morey’s Surfside Pier and Ocean Oasis Water Park (offering rides, roller coasters, go-carts, waterslides and more) are steps away. The new Seaport Pier entertainment complex is only a short walk up the boardwalk. For more fun, just walk under the boardwalk to access Wildwood's award-winning FREE beach!

The home offers five bedrooms for your comfort; 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. The first floor provides a Master Suite with a queen-sized bed and full bath. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom is furnished with bunk beds that sleep 3 (full/twin/trundle). The main floor also features a common full bath with tub/shower. The second floor has a fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed and the fifth bedroom is outfitted with a single bunk over full-size bunk with a pull out trundle (full/twin/trundle). The second floor also features a full bath with a shower stall and balconies off both bedrooms. All bedrooms have new memory foam mattresses, radio/alarm clocks, and ample closet and storage space. Linens are not provided for this rental but either can be brought or rented from an island service.

The main living space has an open concept with a living room, kitchen and dining area that are designed to accommodate and optimize your family time! The living room is spacious with comfortable seating, and a new 50” LCD Smart TV with digital cable, Blue Ray DVD player, and blue tooth enabled soundbar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, gas range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances. All cookware, dishes, and cutlery are included. There is seating for four at the breakfast bar, and a dining table that accommodates eight people. Guests are also encouraged to enjoy their meals on the deck that provides outdoor furniture for dining.

Great Place to Stay

Recently stayed for an event at the convention center. Great location and the home was well taken care of and clean. Also, plenty of pots bowls and pans in the kitchen to eat in and make cooking a breeze. Highly recommended for family travel/vacation.

Excellent spot in Wildwood

This house is in a great location, only have to cross one street to the boardwalk! Parking is fairly easily had with the included two passes. House is perfectly suited to our needs with a large couch and seating behind at the kitchen table and counter. Worked very well for our 6 adults and 7 small children. The kids had a blast and we did too!

Great Location Great House

The house was perfect stay for our family of 7 adults and 4 young children. The location is so close to the boardwalk and the beach, right in the middle of everything you need. For having a lot of people, we had plenty of room to space out and not feel on top of one another. Can’t wait to visit again next year.

Wildwood vacation

We all enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Wildwood condo. It was all that was said in posting and more. Beautiful, clean easy check in and out . Kitchen fully stocked and very close to boardwalk and beach.

Overall great place

Booked this place due to the look in the pictures and proximity to beach and boardwalk. Place was clean and had a mix of ocean theme but also More closely to your own home which we loved. Wasn't too plain Jane like other shore places. Very spacious and slept our 6 family with more room to space, empty bedroom. Would book again , considering booking for next year already

Perfect location for family get together

We had an amazing stay in Wildwood to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The house perfectly accommodate our family of 11 ranging in ages 2-72. There was room for everyone to sleep comfortably and great hangout space. The balcony was a highlight for relaxing mornings and afternoon happy hours. Convenient to the boardwalk and all that WW has to offer.

10/10 prime location!

Property was clean and well maintained, owner also had prompt communication. The house is in such a prime and convenient location, only being 2 blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. We had a group of 7 (to sets of couples) and we loved that everyone had their own rooms and that the property had 3 bathrooms. Will definitely be renting again!

Family beach trip

This was our 2nd year at this home and it did not disappoint. The home is clean and easily accommodated a family of 11. Great location with short walk to beach and boardwalk fun. Only challenge is parking when you have more than one vehicle.

Great location!

This property is awesome! 1.5 blocks from boardwalk. Beautifully beach decorated and spacious. Our group of 6 had plenty of room and the elevator was a huge help for getting our bags upstairs. The owner is readily available for questions or concerns. Great communication. We’ll be back!

Yearly Family Vacation

So happy we stayed here! We checked in during the power outage in Wildwood and our host was in constant contact with us during the power outage. The kitchen was so well stocked with cooking wares that I was amazed. (I'm a chef and I normally bring all of my own kitchen wares with me) I can't wait to rent this unit again! Close to everything! All of my kids (adults and teens) said they loved this property!!!! The elevator was a blessing as well to my disabled husband and my elderly mother. 5 stars!!!!!!

2 blocks to Beach

The house was a perfect place to stay to walk to the beach. Only a few blocks to the boardwalk and wildwood beach. The house provided everything you needed as far as cooking and the washer/dryer are new and worked great. One thing to note is even though Tim doesn’t rent to young adults all of the other condos around there seem too. Our neighbors and people across the street we’re up and partying until 530/6 in the morning on several nights. The condo did mostly well blocking out the sounds but my sister stated she was woken up quite a few times by their laughing.

Beautiful Property Close to Boardwalk/Beach

My friends, and myself stayed here for Irish Weekend. Even though a tropical storm decided to come through, we still had the best time. There were 5 adults and plenty of space throughout. Nobody ever felt like they were on top of each other. The kitchen has every cooking accessory you could think of, which made things very convenient. We had no issues while we were there, so we didn’t need to contact the host, Tim. I did contact just to ask if he’d like us to bring anything inside during the storm. He was very nice and appreciative. Definitely planning on booking Tim’s property again.

Beautiful House In A Great Location!

This house was in such a great location, only a short walk to the boardwalk! The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with a rice cooker and a croc pot, coffee drip and keurig pot, and any utensil or bowl you could possibly need. There were many games in the living room for playing. The couch and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean! It comes with a parking spot and two parking passes for street parking- parking was not an issue for us in June. The host was very responsive and checked in on us throughout our stay. Lovely to deal with. Only thing to note is that sheets and towels were not included- which is a standard in Wildwood, so would keep this in mind. Great stay thank you for having us!

Excellent!

We packed this place with family, food, and lots of laughs and love. Everything was perfect and there was more than enough cooking supplies for making huge family meals and eating at home (pots, pans, plates, utensils, serving bowls, baking pans, etc!). We also loved using the elevator to take luggage and groceries up and down. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The only negative is the added expense and hassle with bringing your own sheets for all the beds AND bath towels. We came from AZ and tried to bring a few sets but that took up too much room in our luggage so we ended up renting it all - and it was quite an added expense. $$$ The neighborhood was quite and it is a very close walk to Morey’s first pier and Gateway 26 which was great for the littles. I highly recommend this lovely home for large families!

We have been Wildwood property owners since 2005, and are happy to have sold our first property recently and purchased this gem on Juniper! We love spending time in the Wildwoods throughout the year. Some of the most fun happens in the off-season! If you look at my profile picture, you can see our children made snow angels on the Boardwalk without another person in sight! It was definitely fun and a first for us.

We are happy to open our home to others who love the beach any time of the year and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We have worked hard to create an attractive and comfortable beach house with all the accommodations of home.
