Welcome to the Tramcar Townhome—an unmatched location in North Wildwood, perfect for the whole family! This beautiful stay is just steps from the beach, boardwalk, Surfside Pier, and Ocean Oasis Water Park. It’s easy to enjoy a slice of boardwalk pizza on the balcony while it’s still hot!

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condominium is modernly furnished and offers all the amenities you could need during your stay at the Jersey Shore. It sleeps up to 12 guests.

Amazing weekend getaway

Family get together ! Went too fast ! Best weekend .. beach was easy to get to , no crowds , boardwalk just steps away .. weather was perfect , home was perfect !

The unit was close to the beach and the layout was nice. The biggest problem were the ants. They were on the counters in the kitchen and even in the dishwasher. There weren’t enough dishes and glassware. Most of the electrical outlets on the main floor didn’t work. I would not rent this unit again.

We will be proactive with extermination for 2022. We've hired an exterminator on an annual contract basis, exterminating from March right through to September on a monthly basis, as well as treatments in between monthly visits (if necessary). Great party hours not a family getaway

The house is in the heart of wildwood! The location couldn’t be any better. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are bringing kids. The house had aunts and traps everywhere. We had to buy extra cleaning supplies because we didn’t come prepared to do a house cleaning. Nothing was worse than the last day. My wife checked the kids rooms for everything and found mold on the back wall. That’s totally unexplainable!

We were unable to help this renter. He would not permit an exterminator visit. Ant traps and spray were all that we were allowed to do. But for next year, we're going to be proactive here and set up season long extermination starting in March and running all the way through September, with monthly treatments as well as treatments in between monthly visits (if required). We're going to get ahead of this! The mold that the tenant references was under a window and behind a bed. We didn't know that it was there, but it has been removed and repaired. There was apparently a leak under a window that went undetected for a while. Problem is solved now. We are too late to help this tenant, but we will be ready for you in 2022. Nice property! WONDERFUL owners!

Don Martin Realty went above and beyond to make our vacation fantastic! When we arrived at this property, there was an issue with the AC unit and the prior renters had left very smelly trash in the garage. After a quick phone call to Don Martin Realty, they determined that the best course of action was for us to move to another property. The new property was only a few blocks away and was a serious upgrade! They could have just removed the trash and installed some window AC units, but they almost insisted that we move to the bigger & nicer unit. Can't say enough nice things about this company! The unit was very nice and as presented, unfortunately the AC unit had frozen and wasn't able to be fixed until the next day.

The air conditioner was replaced during the first week of June. The washer and dryer work just fine - not sure what happened there. This is the first that I am hearing about this, here in this review. Know that we are here on the island with you in case of any problems. Fantasticly close to the boardwalk/beach

The biggest selling point for us was to be close to the beach and boardwalk. This house is a simple walk to the beach (with a passage under the boardwalk) and the beach you would be led to is a small area that feels privately nestled between two piers. The house is clean and well kept. There is a pool on the grounds that also was clean and well kept. This was a great option for my family to enjoy our vacation in Wildwood.

Nice Place

The condo was very nice and we loved how close it was to the boardwalk. Not sure it was worth the extra $ over the place we normally stay, though. Also not sure how we ended up going through a REAL ESTATE AGENCY when we booked it via VRBO????? Seems like a rip-off - have the agencies hacked this site?

What a beautiful home!!! Pictures show exactly what you are getting! Home was gorgeous - bedrooms spacious - pool relaxing - beautiful kitchen! Kids had a blast , walk out the door and you are steps to the boardwalk and beach! Don Martin Realtors awesome to deal with - house is spacious, comfortable & clean! we had a total of 8 people stay here & no one got in anyone's way - Thank you for allowing us to vacation here & looking forward to coming back again next summer!
