Located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s vibrant downtown core. Designed for modern vacation lifestyle, this is a 2-bedroom and 2-bath floor plan, featuring a private terrace and stylish finishes. Chill out at the pool and rooftop sun lounge or walk to Puerto Vallarta’s beaches, yoga class, SUP boarding, galleries, trendy eateries and the city’s most happening hotspots. Urban at Carranza is the next generation in tropical living in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s "Romantic Zone".

- Full brand-name appliance package, including refrigerator, wine cooler, microwave, gas range and oven range hood, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

The following rules have been instituted for all guests at Urban:

* Pool hours are from 10 AM to 11 PM daily.

* Guests are permitted a maximum of two (2) visitors per unit on the rooftop, and no parties.

* Smoking and vaping is not permitted, except in the designated smoking area on the rooftop, north of the bathroom. Smokers to use ashtray provided. No smoking of cigars or pipes. No smoking in the pool.

* Slamming of doors, disturbing others is not permitted.

* Quiet time is from 11 PM to 8 AM. Sound equipment/televisions/stereo’s volume should not be heard outside of individual units.

* A maximum of five (5) visitors may be hosted within the unit so long as there is no disturbance to others. Visitors will need to check-in with security and leave a piece of ID upon entering the building.

* No “overnight visitors" are permitted.

* The building has security personnel onsite seven (7) days a week.

* Clothes, swimsuits, towels and other inappropriate items cannot be visible on balcony railings.

* A fining process is in place for any guest found to be in violation of these rules. The fine is $2,000 pesos per violation. The amount of any fine(s) will be withheld from the guest’s security deposit.

I happened upon this place a few years ago and I've stayed here every time I've come back to Puerto Vallarta. It's beautiful, it's clean, and it's in a great location. The hosts and their team couldn't be better.

Overall, very nice accommodations. The rooftop pool was great with warm water and a variety of seating areas. It was conveniently located to numerous restaurants, small grocery stores and the Malecón. Perfect winter weather in Puerto Vallarta … as always!

Great apartment, totally new.

From the beginning the owner and manager were in touch to make my stay confortable. Overall The apartment was great, good location, all new appliances, good rooftop pool. Definitely i will stay here again in the future.

Fantastic place

The flat is excellent, ideal location and fully equipped. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 is because the 2nd bedroom is considerably smaller than the main and does not have a physical door and door frame, but more of a rolling door system that does not block out the sound from the hallway. Apart from this, everything was great. Gorgeous rooftop pool as well.

Yes, no doubt, what an excellent location, clean, and just so convenient to everything/ one would want to do in PV!! Perfect!! Enjoyed our stay, very much , (and weather 👍) Michael is definitely a super host! yes! and his team with Chuy and Lupita who were amazing!! and full of much local information hints... Excellent location, great stay

This is a lovely property. The pictures are very accurate - the place is immaculate and has lovely touches. The towels are thick, soft, and fluffy, and the beds and bedding are super cozy. The building is small - 13 rentals, so the pool area was never crowded. The location is great: 3 blocks to the beach and one block off the busy tourist street - you are close enough to get to anything you want, but you aren't right on top of the crowds and the noise. The kitchen is well stocked, three TVs work, and I loved the noodles for the pool! The layout is nice, with plenty of privacy for guests. The small bedroom is small but great for sleeping; it is quiet, dark, and comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Puerto Vallarta getaway

This condo is located in the heart of the romantica zone, only 2 blocks from the beach. It has a rooftop pool & view of the ocean. The condo is very spacious & clean. It also has a large balcony. The only 2 issues we had were the hot water took a long time to get hot (some times 20 minutes!), & the washing machine did not work. All in all we was a comfortable place to stay.

Amazing property life saving location

I was so impressed with the easy arrival experience, Jesus was there to greet us. Breathtaking accommodations, spacious, modern and tasteful. Unfortunately a day after arrival had a a massive heart attack, while walking the neighborhood. I was able to walk six blocks back and directly across the street was an urgent care. That was a life saving location. I was rushed to the hospital and was on the operating table within an hour. Though I only spent two nights at the property it was 1000% better than the hospital. I recommend this property and if health permits would love to return.

Location, Comfort and Style!

I have been visiting PV since the mid 90's, at least once a year if not more. Most of those stays in condos, some condos multiple times, older and brand new. URBAN B3 is absolutely at the top of my favorites list. Perfect location, just 3 blocks from the beach and in the middle of everything! Very comfortable and nicely appointed. Everything is top quality, the bedding, furnishings, AC's, appliances and electronics. The master bedroom is huge and so is the master bathroom. The second room has a quality queen bed, big TV, and its own AC. It is comfortable and cozy. The laundry room comes in very handy! Imagine taking home clean clothes! Communication with the owner and the local host was great and they are sincerely concerned that you are comfortable. The building is on a busy street, but the heavy double glass doors block out any annoying noise. Even better, the bedrooms are away from the street and very quiet. Internet and TV viewing options are also top quality. I will be back soon!

Luxury Property in a perfect location

Overall, this property is one of the best properties in a prime location centered around great restaurants I have stayed at. Nightlife is just blocks away. The property owner(s)/manager(s) are available 24/7 and respond immediately to any needs or concerns one may have. Myself and my friends really enjoyed staying at this property and will definitely be staying here again in the near future. Highly recommend this property to anyone considering staying in this neighborhood. Marc C

Fantastic property and location!!! Romantica!

This new, state of the art condo is exactly as advertised. Perfect!! Michael ,and his on site co-host Jesus (Chuy) , were amazing. Michael is definitely a super-host. And Chuy was always there , and just a few minutes away for anything, from booking housekeeping times.....to phone issues, to re-stocking “certain supplies”, and so , so much more!! Thanks to you both, so much. The roof top pool was always inviting...and not usually too busy. We were here for a month, so not so much in a rush at anytime! Everything is just a block away, whether it be to pick up the daily big “water” bottle (for coffee).....and coronas of course.!,! We have plans to return, hopefully for next year. Thanks Michael. and thanks Chuy!! Bob and Cheryl.....👏👍

The property was exactly as described and as per the pics. Very clean, well presented, very good quality. Communication by email worked well. For foreign travellers who may not have a phone due to roaming charges email was a better optIon than the suggested “whatsapp”. For light sleepers keep in mind you are in the center (easy access to all essentials....restaurants, stores, entertainment, etc) of an urban area, so there is some noise. Would recommend.

You can’t go wrong.....

First off, I’ve been coming to Vallarta 1-2 times a year since 1994. My wife of twenty years is from PV. Born and raised. We met on the malecón by the arcos and the rest is history. After 30 some trips here the one thing I preach to first timers or people who always stay at the hotels is to forget the hotels! True Vallarta is in old town, zona romántica, etc. So as we started planning this years trip to find a condo rental we came across this property and that’s when our search ended. The photos online are beautiful and inviting but the real life experience of staying here is something else. From the minute you’re greeted at the door by Jesus you know you made the right choice. The condo is new and spotless and the views from balcony our incredible especially if you love people watching. The beds are super comfortable and each bathroom is stacked with towels and paper goods so you’ll never run out. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever kind of kitchen thing you need. We didn’t cook at all because there’s too many great food options just steps away from the condo. The rooftop pool was just the right size and it never had more then 2 or 3 people in it so it felt like your own private pool. The location can’t be beat and being only 2.5 blocks from the beach you’ll be tempted to go make sand castles everyday. If your a person who doesn’t like street noise don’t worry because the sliding doors are heavy duty and keep all the noise out. You will not be disappointed at all picking this condo for your next stay. Stay here once and you’ll be back again and again. Trust me!!!

Loved the condo and location!!

We loved the condo!! It was modern, well appointed, spotless and in a great location. The check in and check out process went very smoothly. We really liked all the amenities within the condo and greatly appreciated Michael leaving us many supplies as well as a complimentary welcoming bottle of champagne. The rooftop and pool were awesome and we met some of our most cordial neighbors. The only area of concern was the noise that started quite early and lasted throughout the day with the construction of the sister building next door. But we know that is only temporary. We would recommend this condo to friends and would consider renting this condo again. Thank you very much Michael for the privilege of renting your condo and to Jesus for his assistance with checking in and out.

Modern Condo

The 2nd bed for this listing is a fold-out sofa, which will only accommodate someone up to 6ft tall. The rooftop lounge area is beautiful and the condo itself is very clean and very modern--don't expect any traditional Mexican decor here. Jesus, the person who helps to check you in, is great and very helpful.

Heart of the city

Live like royalty in this incredible space! Being in the center of everything means the sounds of the street (and some construction next door for the time being) are present, but the first-class nature of this condo and the rooftop pool more than compensate. Great eateries and drinkeries right around every corner. I would definitely stay here again!

Best Stay in Town!

You’ll love this place! I’ve been to Puerto Vallarta many times. Not having to climb hills was SO nice! The condo is an easy walk to great restaurants, lively night spots, and shopping. Admittedly, I was concerned there might be a noise issue when I booked the place; that perhaps it was too close to night clubs and bus lines. The condo is so well-constructed, noise was never an issue. The unit is new with many technical conveniences. Michael was very responsive in answering my questions. One of the blinds would not lower all the way and he had it repaired the next day! The building is very secure and the view from the rooftop pool area is stunning. Thanks Michael!
