305 Residence has one King size bedroom with a full bathroom, closet, air conditioning and ceiling fan. There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room with another full size bathroom by the living room.

The residence has a spacious deck which is located right next to the building's sixth floor tall waterfall for a natural experience of water creeks.

It has a completely furnished and very well equipped kitchen. The living room has a cozy modern design sofa bed, flat screen HD Samrt TV, Netflix, internet connection and 50 Mbps Internet wifi.

The Internal Waterfall and Green Wall from Roof Top to lowest level, alludes to a natural creek and jungle at the back of the building which makes this site a perfect escape from the city life while still being close to the action.
Located in Amapas, by the dead end street of cafeto or aslo known as Almendro street, we provide the perfect combination of Ocean Views, Mountain Views, Town Views in a piece of land surrounded by the Jungle.

Additional amenities included: bedding, bathroom towels, pool towels, iron and safety lock-box.

This residence is fully owned by me and I am the only one managing it so feel assured when booking and worry not about scams, cancellations or bait and switch. When on travel my local assistant Jonny takes care of giving the keys and collecting them for me! The apt is fully furnished with towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, soap for washer machine, shampoo, water and coffee!

D'terrace residences are just a block away from El Dorado Restaurant and the famous beach pier which is a must see for all visitors. Moreover, just a few steps away you will find a mini super market to get all your supplies taken care of!
Finally if you want a nice meal and beach tanning, just walk down to find all sorts of restaurants and beach lounges by Los Muertos beach.

It is best to take a cab from the airport and ask the cab driver to take you to olas altas by Hotel Tropicana. The cab fee should not be more than $20 dollars or the equivalent in pesos. We currently do not provide Parking.
