Royal Emerald - South Facing Pool Home With Games Room

Our villa is located in Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee is located only three miles from Disney World, Orlando in Florida. Our guests enjoy free access to all of the resort’s numerous amenities and are situated conveniently near to all of the attractions Florida has to offer. With this villa you get the best of both worlds, the privacy and space of a large villa and the amenities of a hotel/resort.

Hollywood themed Games Room
Our Games Room is fully air-conditioned and has an 8′ Slate Bed Pool table, Electronic Dartboard and a Large Screen LCD TV . We also have Board games and a large box of Children’s toys. This is a Garage this has been professionally converted into a Games room with an added window, air conditioning, Pool table spot lights, bar stools and bar table. Cable TV is available for your viewing pleasure.

South Facing Pool
Our large 14′x30′ heated Swimming Pool and Spa are south-facing and have the unique advantage over other villas that the entire pool and spa area will be bathed in sunlight all day long. It is surrounded by a large, extended, full width paved patio and a screened lanai with cooling ceiling fans should you prefer to sit in the shade. The pool deck is furnished with chairs, tables, and beach beds which allow you to just lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun.

If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out. The pool is serviced weekly by professionals so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.

The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrow’s adventures! Those guests travelling with little ones will be glad to know that the Pool area has a complete child safety fence. In addition, all doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for added peace of mind.

Family/ Living Room
Our Villa has a vaulted-ceiling family room for the whole family to relax in together, with a sumptuous nine seat corner sofa, occasional tables, a large flat screen TV, DVD player, Cable TV.

Formal Living Room
If you don’t want to hang out with the rest of the family, go and play some board games or take the time out to read a book in our separate lounge area with comfortable sofas.

Formal Dining Room
The Formal Dining room is luxuriously furnished with a spacious dining table and six chairs with all place settings waiting for your gourmet meals to be served. There is a large decorative ceiling fan for your added comfort.

Kitchen
We have a large, open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include a full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that’s needed is the food and drink!! The adjacent breakfast nook is set next to the patio doors looking out onto the patio/lanai and pool area and provides seating for four with additional seating on bar stools for four more at the breakfast bar. So, if you can find the time between using the games room, pool and the theme parks nearby, then you may like to eat at our home. So go ahead, prepare a simple snack, a great tasting steak on a gas-fired grill or a Thanksgiving or Christmas feast and savour the taste in the breakfast nook, or in the formal dining area.

King Master Suite #1
Sleeping at our Villa continues the trend of spoiling our guests! The first-floor master bedroom features a slumber-soft king-size bed, 50″ Samsung smart LED TV, nightstands, lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, armoire, dresser, walk-in closet, plus a private master bathroom, with a mirrored vanity unit, tub, step-in shower, and a private toilet.

King Master Suite #2
One of the second-floor master bedroom’s features a slumber-soft king-size bed, 50 inch Samsung smart Flat screen TV, nightstands, lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, dresser and mirror, closet, plus a private master bathroom, with a mirrored vanity unit, toilet and tub. A large Ceiling fan is provided for your comfort.

King Master Suite #3
The third master bedroom in our villa also features a super-soft king-size bed, 50 inch Samsung Flat screen TV, nightstands, lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, dresser and mirror, closet, plus a private master bathroom, with a mirrored vanity unit, toilet and tub. A large Ceiling fan is also available for use.

King Master Suite #4
The fourth, comparably sized master bedroom features a super-soft king-size bed, Flat screen TV, nightstands, lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, dresser and mirror,Closet, plus a private master bathroom, with a mirrored vanity unit, toilet and tub. Large Ceiling fan.

Children’s Bedrooms
Twin bedroom number five (left) we call Mickey’s Den and it’s ideal for children. This room features a TV, Playstation 2 with games, a Bedside chest and Ceiling fan and a few Mickey surprises!. Mickey’s Den shares a bathroom with Simba’s Room (the other Twin bedroom.)

Simba’s room (bedroom six) is equipped with Twin Beds, ceiling fans, an Xbox with some games, a Cable TV and a Bedside chest.
The two children’s bedrooms share a bathroom which is child-friendly and decorated accordingly. Another additional toilet and sink are available downstairs if the shared bathroom is in use.

The Emerald Island Resort offers an array of complimentary amenities, which are available to guests. The 4,000 square foot Club House has a Shuttle Service to the attractions, a Fitness Centre, Volley ball and Tennis Court, Sauna, Internet access,a heated Community pool and Spa pool, Video Games room together with Children’s Play area and Tiki Hut, and is the perfect place to get to know other families.

The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging or biking which winds through the community’s natural woodland setting.
