Jide and Krissi were very welcoming hosts and provided clear information at the time of booking and also just prior to arrival and departure.The property was in good condition - we had unusually cold weather during our stay and adjusting the heating in property was a little tricky, but Jide helped us remotely to increase the temperature.

Our host, the resort and most of the amenities. For the most part house was in great condition considering the age of the development. Few issues inside the home, such as games being down and some strange lighting issues. Nothing that changed the quality of out stay just some small things and I already spoke to the owners and were happy to know so they could correct it. People come and go and never mention it, sometimes things go unnoticed and we understand that. We appreciated the hosts being very accommodating and checking in. Kids loved thier rooms but especially the resort amenities. Great location to Disney and everything you may need or want to do is nearby.

We had a great time staying in this vacation home. The house was very clean and well-organized. It’s a family-friendly resort with great amenities, and the staff was friendly and attentive especially when we enjoyed the pool and other resort features.I would recommend reaching out to the host before booking, as there are a few additional service or usage fees that weren’t initially disclosed. However, this did not impact our stay in any way.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly enjoyed our time there!

Lovely and neat house

This is my second time staying in this lovely house and we enjoyed it. The amenities were amazing and awesome. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and it was so relaxing. We looking forward for another amazing stay at this lovely house.

We loved staying at this place and had a wonderful time on our trip. Jay was so helpful and quick to resolve minor issues we had. The kids had a great time and loved their themed rooms. We especially enjoyed the warm pool and the easy check in. We will stay here again. Thank you Jay.

My stay at the property was one of the best. Property was clean and the check in process was smooth. Host was very accommodating and was available 24/7 for any matters arising. If I were to find myself in this area again, I would definitely stay here again

Took a family vacation to Disney and stayed here. Property was as stated! Very clean and spacious. Close to many restaurants and stores. The kids loved the game room they spent basically most of the time in there playing. Definitely would recommend!

Home Away from Home

Omg I can never thank Jay and Krissi enough for having us stay at their place. He replied to messages fast and provided everything we needed even if it wasn’t mentioned on their listing. Well equipped, arcade games, very very clean, we had a little misunderstanding with the arcade games but it was resolved. This will be my family’s vacation house from now on lol. If you’re thinking of reserving this place, do it already and you won’t regret it! Thank you Jay and Kristi for your hospitality!

Spring break

Location was great. Glad they had a pool at the resort. Pictures of the pool were deceiving. I know it was cleaned 3 days before we arrived and felt it wasn’t clean so we didn’t miss it. Plastic was in the bottom of it and it looked green instead of blue as the picture stated. Was more like a bathtub than a pool. We still enjoyed our trip but would not suggest this location.

Donna, we executed all your enormous request within 24hrs of your arrival but apparently there was nothing we could have done to satisfy all your demands. Every detail of our house was on the website before you booked. If you have read through them we won’t spend multiple hours on the phone with always answering your question while the same answers are on the webpage.

Wonderful and awesome home.

This home was exactly as advertised. Very clean and everything was on point. The kids really enjoyed the multiple arcade options in the game room. Jide was very responsive and ready to tend to any query we had. The kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed the free coffee and the heated pool is definitely a big plus. Jide was also flexible in allowing us to check-in early due to late changes in flight plans. We will definitely stay again if ever in this area - highly recommended.

The house was excellent for our family the only things I would suggest is have your cleaning crew spend a little more on the house. I would also suggest in updating or fixing the couple arcade games that did not work. Other than that great house great location

Convenient Location & Responsive Host!

We had a great stay at this VRBO in Kissimmee! The accommodations were perfect for our needs, and the location was ideal for getting around. The community pool and center were fantastic for the kids, offering plenty of space to play and relax. The house pool, while nice, is a bit small, so we definitely recommend having it heated if you plan to use it.We did run into a couple of minor issues—there were no glasses in the house, and the Xbox controllers didn’t work—but the host was very responsive and quickly rectified the situation. The next day, both items were waiting for us on our doorstep.Overall, it’s a great place to stay, especially for younger families. However, it may not be the best choice for older guests, as there are a lot of stairs to the main bedroom upstairs. We would definitely recommend this property for a family getaway!

Thank you again for hosting our family during our recent stay. We truly appreciate the opportunity to share feedback, as we feel it’s important for future guests and for the upkeep of the home.Unfortunately, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that impacted our stay and that we feel should be addressed before the home is rented again. From the moment we arrived, the master bathroom toilet ran continuously, day and night, throughout our entire stay. Additionally, there were numerous light bulbs out across the home, including the master bathroom, downstairs bedroom, downstairs bathroom, upstairs hallway, and front porch. If the home had been cleaned and inspected thoroughly prior to our arrival, these issues should have been noticed.We also observed that the bottom rack of the dishwasher was heavily rusted, and some of the kitchen utensils showed signs of rust as well. The master bathroom shower head was corroded and visibly dirty, and the sink fixture in the same bathroom was loose and rattling. These are not only unpleasant but also raise concerns about overall maintenance.Lastly, we were concerned to find that the fire extinguishers were stored behind locked doors, making them inaccessible in the event of an emergency. This is a safety issue that we feel needs immediate attention.We share this feedback honestly and respectfully, as we believe the home has potential but currently requires repairs, maintenance, and more thorough inspections to meet guest

Lovely, Spacious Home Near Disney

We had a wonderful stay at this cute, clean home. There is plenty of space for the family to spread out. The rooms are thoughtfully themed and nicely decorated. It is a comfortable place to stay, and very convenient for a Disney trip.The kids loved the clubhouse, which has a large pool, arcade, and theater. It is strange that the community did not build sidewalks leading to the clubhouse. There is plenty of parking at the home.The only knock on this stay was that the security gate and resort staff did not have our names or reservation when we arrived. As a result, security would not generate a pass and the staff would not let us in the pool. According to the homeowner, our information was submitted. According to the staff, only the names of the previous guests were entered. I should also point out this is the second time in the last three months this issue has occurred within two different communities in this area. We recommend staying at this home and would gladly return.
