As a second floor Carriage house, all rooms share a stunning view of the San Jacinto Mountains. The open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining and if there is a chef in the group, you will love the gourmet kitchen stocked with all the essentials. You can spend your days relaxing by the community pool and spa, pool towels, floats and plenty of sunscreen are provided.

Beautiful condo; Great location

We have stayed at this condo 3 times now, each for a period of 4 weeks. The condo is wonderful and located within walking distance to downtown. Great to have a garage and a balcony on the second floor with a view of the mountains. Have loved our stays here and highly recommend it. Owner is also very easy to deal with and always accommodating.

Loved the Location

Nancy was a wonderful host, and the property exceeded our expectations. The condo is roomy and well-equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen appliances, and cooking equipment. The condo is beautifully zoned offering privacy for guests. There is a small office area which allowed us to work out of the condo. The balcony offers an exception view of the mountains. The neighbors at the shared pool were friendly.

Beautiful Condo in Gated Community

This 2 bedroom condominium is spacious, beautifully furnished and located close to downtown Palm Springs. We have stayed several times here and love the condo and the secure gated community.

Great location and layout

There were many things about the property to enjoy. To name a few: Great location; quite and secure complex; nice double car garage with epoxy coated floor; good layout; WIFI worked well; comfortable beds; convenient desk; large TV; and, nice quiet pool nearby. For extended stays of 30 days or more there were two significant negatives. The sofa and swivel chair were very uncomfortable. The foam in the cushions has flattened and should be replaced. The grill on the outside deck is a small Coleman that uses small propane bottles. It is almost impossible to grill without burning since the grill is so close to the two burners. There is no temperature indicator and no grill brush is provided to clean the grill. The propane bottles last for only a few grillings and require changing often. There are large grills by the pool, but not practical to use at night in the winter.

Oasis in the Desert

Casa con Vista is truly a dessert oasis nestled in a small upscale gated community in central Palm Springs. The condo has amazing views of the surrounding mountain range and is equipped to accommodate your every need. The condo is clean , bright , comfortable and not cluttered with personal items which made our stay very enjoyable. The owner is vested in making sure your stay is comfortable and quick to respond to any of your questions or need while you are staying at the property. We stayed for (4) months in this property and it was hard to leave. I would recommend this property any day for any occasion it’s wonderful !! We can’t wait to return !!

Lovely stay in Palm Springs

Casa con Vista is a very comfortable and enjoyable townhome. It is conveniently located, a quiet community, all the things you'll need for an extended stay and a wonderful view of the mountains. We would absolutely rebook this townhome during our next Palm Springs stay.

The perfect desert retreat 🌵 mountain ⛰

With the upmost compliment I would describe this property as the ideal “home away from home” in the desert that will have you relaxed and content very quickly! The owners have done a terrific job in creating an atmosphere that is clean, beautifully decorated and well-appointed, making for a comfortable stay. As frequent visitors to Palm Springs from Los Angeles, we knew the setting would be be relaxing for a month-long getaway, but nothing could do justice to how idyllic the mountain views would be. The owners were wonderfully accommodating and provided some great suggestions of things we had not yet experienced in the area. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Casa Con Vista!

Fantastic stay at CASA CON VISTA - we especially loved the location and the views! As soon as we entered Terra Vita we knew we had found something special for our vacation stay and we were not disappointed. Mornings on the porch and evenings by the pool were some of our favorite times. We will back back again soon!

This was an A-MAZING Place

Where do we start - from beginning to end this was by far the best place we have stayed in our many years of spending the month of March in Palm Springs. This home felt like home in all ways. It was comfortable, clean with owners who were very accommodating and welcoming. It had everything we needed to cook, clean, and host our friends and family. Neighbors were amazing as well. We walked everywhere, so close to all our favorite places in downtown PS and we spent our share of our time at the lovely pool, which I might add is kept at 86 degrees which was so comforting anytime of day. This will be our place of choice when we return in years to come. Thank You for making this available in March for us this year! Jay and Kristin

We immediately knew that CASA CON VISTA was something special the minute we walked through the door. Its elevated views of the San Jacinto mountains, over the chimney tops of the adjacent mediterranean-style villas, is breathtaking. CASA CON VISTA is conveniently located less than 1 mile from both the airport and downtown. This small gated community has a comfortable and welcoming feel, come see for yourself. Stay a month or a little longer and you will fall in LOVE as well.
