A Fantastic Condo

This condo was lovely and was portrayed accurately in the listing. Communication with the owner was excellent. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the condo was very clean when we arrived. Bed linens and towels were great and pool towels were supplied. The owners have thought of everything. We have been in Palm Springs many times and this was by far the best. We would definitely come again. We didn’t use the bikes as I have just had a knee replacement and was afraid of falling. The stairs provided excellent exercise. Thanks so much. Hope to be back again.

50th Anniversary

Our stay in this beautiful condo was amazing. The owner Roger was so very good to us. Thank you! It is very close to downtown Palm Springs so we walked there and other places within this condo complex. We have stayed in a few VRBO’s over the years but this one has been the best so far. November was a great month for weather down here as well sunny skies and warm temperatures. We are sad to go home today but had a fabulous time here.

Relaxing stay

Everything was very well organized & labeled, house was very clean and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Bikes are a bonus, we used it almost every day to bike to tennis court or toured Palm Springs. Kitchen is well equipped so we were able to cook our meals and not missing anything. Contact with Roger was easy and always possible, he answered all e-mails or phone calls immediately. 100% satisfied.

Wonderful stay!

This condo is in a great location. The condo itself can’t be beat. So clean and well stocked. Decorating is very stylish and fun. Great book collection too. Home away from home

The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. This place is walking distance to the convention centre and downtown. Bonus was having bikes to explore the area. We would definitely come back.

Palm Springs Visit

Very clean, comfortable, well supplied, tasteful. Kitchen and supplied were very much appreciated, as we use them a lot. Roger was extremely responsive to questions, and very helpful! We loved the condo, and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful Shangri-La, Our little secret !!

The hosts were prompt and accommodating in our rental request. All queries/concerns were addressed immediately. Check in and out was seem less. The Villa was clean, well appointed with great appliances, housewares and linens. We enjoy our morning coffee on the deck. The ground were impeccable with beautiful flora, and the hummingbirds and rabbits a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The location was close in proximity to groceries, restaurants, golf and the casino. The gated community was a plus and everyone was very friendly. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Roger and Ernie, Trios was excellent!! (first dibs on any cancellations in 2023)

Very enjoyable stay

We have stayed at several places in Palm Springs area in the past and this one was by far the nicest as well as the most central. We walked to happy hour places, dog park and koffi. The balcony and bbq are awesome, we also used the pool and hot tub in the gated community and its clean and very well maintained. Roger was available for any questions when we got in and helped right away. This overall was an excellent experience and we will return in the future.

Great, spacious place, fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels including separate pool towels.

Newly renowed condo in good location

This condo is centrally located in Palm Springs, but in a quiet location. Close to the airport (but no plane noise), and only 5 mins drive to restaurants and shops. Newly renovated and in excellent condition. Altogether a great condo to rent for a vacation.

Buitfull Vacation Rental

Such a great vacation rental great location very clean well kept gated property the house beautiful very clean had everything you would ever need pool towels etc great Bar B Q 2 bikes and 2 car garage. It was nice to have the phone for US and Canada internet to great TV programming. The owners where great easy to talk to any problems they would be right on it . This is a beautiful condo in a fantastic location. It’s extremely well stocked, clean, quiet & very comfortable. Roger is an excellent host & is super responsive. The complex is beautiful & the other owners are very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & highly recommended it!

Great vacation!

This condo is well located just blocks from the convention center. The home is clean and extremely well stocked. The kitchen is equipped for any gourmet cook. Generous linens. Truly a home away from home. We found the grounds to be well maintained and the neighborhood surprisingly quiet. Loved having a garage. Though we didn't use the pool or spa it was an added feature to be enjoyed.

The Best With All The Trimmings

We have been coming to Palm Springs for the last 10 years. The first five years we stayed in different locations each year and were never completely satisfied with our accommodations. Then we discovered this condo and have been renting it for the past 4 years and plan to return next year. It is a tremendous rental with all the niceties one expects when on vacation in a resort area. It is well furnished and equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances, dishes etc. if one desires to cook a meal. The location is tremendous as it is within walking or riding (2 bikes are provided by the owners) distance of the downtown hub with all its restaurants and shopping. Your location will also be close to all the tourist attractions and conveniently only 5 minutes from the airport. Now lets talk about the owners, they are so accommodating and easy to deal with that it has been a pleasure renting from them over the past 5 years. Milt M.

BEST STAY...EVER!

Wow, this townhouse is wonderful. I almost don't want to give my review because it might lead to more renters and we might not get to stay there again in the future. You can't miss with this place...it's layout is perfect for 2-4 people, with bedrooms at each end and a beautifully decorated living/dining room in between. The kitchen has everything you'd ever need, the bathrooms are spacious and we loved the double-headed shower in the master. Location was perfect, just a short few blocks from downtown PS yet quiet and serene. We stayed a whole month and it wasn't long enough! Don & Bobbi Webster Eugene, Oregon

Loved the condo!

The condo is in a lovely, gated community. The unit is so well equipped with everything we needed. It is very homey and comfortable with lots of natural lighting. The open concept is perfect for entertaining. We enjoyed the deck for morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails. There is a nice heated pool and a hot tub. It's a short walk to downtown Palm Springs with its many restaurants, bars, and fun stores. There are multiple golf courses near by as well as great pickleball courts. The owners are so welcoming and readily available to answer any questions. We are looking forward to our next visit. One of the nicest units we've stayed in.

Great Location & Stylish Comfort.

This condo is a great place for your next Palm Springs vacation. Conveniently located within minutes to all nightlight and shopping yet tucked away in a well-appointed, high end community. It is easy to feel right at home and we had everything we needed to prepare a lovely holiday meal. No detail is spared- the wonderful custom kitchen, the spacious bathrooms, and the comfortable living room with a great couch and cozy fireplace. For music lovers, there is Sonos, and the fast internet is great for work or personal use. We enjoyed the lovely deck for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. You won’t want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Paradise revisited

We so looked forward to our second visit to Terra Vita and it did not disappoint! My husband loves the pool and hot tub area and spends many enjoyable hours there while I walk the neighborhoods scouting out the new restaurants for our evening meals. The unit is so comfortable and fabulously appointed, you cannot help but enjoy yourself. Our in joke this trip was that the ice maker kept up with us. So close to the airport but just a quick, 10-15 minute walk downtown. Perfect location. Most enjoyable.

Second tine as much a charm

We were thrilled to be able to go back to this home in Palm Springs for a fall vacation. Everything was exactly as we remembered with the addition of a couple of pieces of art work. Space is perfect - easy to access, walking distance to downtown, to grocery stores, to great restaurants and this contemporary home is an excellent design for entertaining. Other pluses include comfortable beds, good towels and washer and dryer beside the very convenient kitchen. Already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you.

Very well appointed condo!

Perfect 2-bedroom / 2-bath very nicely appointed layout. Outdoor balcony with grill was easily accessible from kitchen/dining and guest bedroom. Quality accessories throughout including towels, bedding, kitchenware, pool toys. Comfortable living area with large sofa and cable TV. This condo is an easy 15 minute walk to downtown PS and centrally located to anywhere in PS (5-10 minute drive). 2-3 minutes to airport. This small-property gated (secure) community features a nice pool and spa (heated). Even though you are very close to downtown PS restaurants, shops, bars, etc you have your own privacy within the secured gates. This condo feels like home - lots of artwork, closets and space. The kitchen with large island allowed us to cook and dine in over the month we stayed. The laundry facility was convenient - located off the kitchen. Roger was readily available to answer our few questions. Overall we loved our stay and look forward to staying again.

Enjoyable stay in Palm Springs

My wife and I are a retired couple and were looking to get away from the cold, damp Minnesota winter. This condo was perfect for us. It was well appointed with all the gadgets we could possibly need. It is centrally located close to everything. The complex is quiet (a bid plus in our book) and has a lovely pool. The owners were helpful and responsive. We'll be back.

Can't wait to come back.

Absolutely perfect for my wife and I. Close enough to walk or bike (2 provided) downtown and very, very quiet. The rental had everything one could possibly need, and more. Clean, bright and nicely appointed. Pool and hot tub just around the corner. Prompt and professional communication with the owner. One of the best Palm Springs rentals we have stayed in. Rental 486388 will be our #1 choice when we return.

THE SECOND TIME IS EVEN BETTER!!!

Here we are again, after spending the month of April in rental 486388 for the second time. The owners had every thing in perfect condition. We like this rental because it is well furnished and so well equipped. It is so quiet and peaceful yet so close to the downtown area. Also the other owners in the complex are quite friendly and helpful. Just to show how well we enjoyed the condo we are coming back next year.

A Gem !

This is a delightful condo, it surpassed our expectations in every way. It is very bright, spacious and welcoming. The quality of the furnishings and fully equipped kitchen left us wanting for nothing. It is located close to downtown and having bicycles available ( included in the rental) meant we were not confined to our vehicle. It is very convenient for grocery stores, fitness centre and many other amenities. The pool and communal areas are very well maintained and Terra Vita is a quiet relaxing community. We have booked again for next year ! Thank you to the owners Roger and Ernie.
