Villa Grazia (sleeps 9) is a farmhouse with an adjacent annex (sleeps 5), all renovated according to the criteria of tradition and anti-seismic regulations. Immersed in the splendid green hills, yet only 3.5 km from the center of Fermo, 15 minutes from the beaches of Porto San Giorgio and glamorous footwear outlet (Tod's, Hogan, Prada, Paciotti, Loriblu, Nero Giardini etc. .) and 40 minutes from the Sibillini Mountains. Nearby: riding, fly zones. Also you can book: unforgettable sailing boat trips, massages, laundry service, babysitter and home chef. WiFi available everywhere (even in the garden).
The large garden hosts a swimming pool equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and deckchairs. The pool is for the exclusive use of "Villa Grazia" and its annex.
