Dolce Vita (which can be rented as a 1 bedroom too in low season) is at the edge of the sea located in the private community of Cupecoy Beach Club, only 1 min to the French/Dutch Border. This luxurious gated gem looks like a stylish gleaming white village on a sunny Greek island. The main entrance is framed by lush tropical trees. The main living area and the master bedroom have a stunning view of the blue sky, turquoise Caribbean Sea, and other islands.

The contemporary interior décor has a French vibe; elegant and comfortable. Clear woods with cream, taupe, grey, and lime fabrics. The open plan living area features a fully furnished kitchen with all the appliances. The large main living area combines lounging, dining, and media spaces.

The master bedroom is composed of two Queen size beds and the garden view bedroom has a king-size bed, both bedrooms get its beautiful en suite bathroom with walk-in showers and dressing. The main bedroom has private outdoor seating areas with an ocean view.

Although private, you are very close to amenities. Only a 1-minute walk to Mullet Beach, one of the nicest beaches on the island, and only 3-minutes driving to Porto Cupecoy with a terrific little gourmet market, wonderful restaurants, and stunning views. Two more minutes to Escape restaurant, the hot new restaurant brasserie; the laidback Bar Code; the gourmet fish restaurant, Blue Fin; STARZ casino, and just beyond; the nightlights of Maho. In 5 minutes you reach the airport, 10 minutes to the charming French capital of Marigot, and about 30 minutes to either Grand Case or Phillipsburg.

Great location and amazing sunsets each evening. Unit has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Unit could use a bit of a refresh, and parking was difficult at times, but overall had a wonderful visit.

Great location with a beautiful view right out the back. Walkable to 2 beaches and town with restaurants and grocery store. Nice community pool with bar/ food options. Rafael, the bartender was a pleasure to talk with and provided amazing service. Easy check in/ check out. The place had all we needed and was comfortable. Would stay here again.

We had a great time in Saint Martin. The condo was in the perfect location. It had everything we needed. We always got a quick response from the concierge when we had any questions. We can’t wait to come back again! The views from the balcony were breathtaking!

Great stay at amazing location

Apartment is big with 3 full bathrooms and very spacious bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked, balcony is huge with sea views. Cheking in and out was a breeze. Location cant be better, steps to picturesque private beach and walking distance to Mullet beach and Carrefour supermarket. Nice restaurants and many other beaches a few minutes by car. Would return without hesitation.

Beautiful ocean view, quiet, and super short walk to a gorgeous beach. We met Bridget the cleaner who was a super nice lady. Our host Jon answered all my questions and let us have a late check out as we had a 4:40 pm flight. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed eating dinner at Porto Cupecoy, Maho Bay and Simpson Bay, so the location was central and the proximity to Mullet Beach was great!

Great location

I had a great time here. John did an amazing job yet again. The villa was an older villa. But it was a great location. The property was older needs some improvements but great views. We loved it. The host did an amazing job when ever i had a request or question he responded right away.

Enjoyed our stay

We loved our stay here. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable. The TV room was like being on your own living room but with a view. Kids loved hanging there in the evening when watching the football games. Great stay!

Tranquil and beautiful

Beach club was perfectly located for moving our daughter into AUC. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo was comfortable and clean. The air conditioners worked almost too well. Steps from Mullet Beach and a beautiful pool our other pluses.

Close to the pool, Mullet Beach, many restaurants & market within walking distance. All the grounds staff were friendly & helpful. Plenty of room & had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean & the pool area. Would rebook here.

Gorgeous Views

This condo did not disappoint. It had everything the two of us needed for a perfect beach vacation. Walking distance to Mullet Beach and Cupecoy Beach. Amazing views from the two balcony’s. John and Stacey were always quick to answer any questions we had. Bonus….the pool bar served delicious items prepared by an Italian Chef. The bartender served fun cocktails. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Spot

We loved our stay. Cupecoy Beach Club is in a great location. Steps to Mullet Bay Beach, nearby grocery store and restaurants, safe gated quiet community, nice pool. This particular condo is on the second floor with a stunning view of the ocean as far as you can see. 3 full bathrooms, plenty of space, everything you need. There were a few dirty dishes in the cabinet and these tiny ants in the kitchen with bait/traps that looked like they were trying to contain it but overall it was clean, well stocked, everything worked, good hot water and perfect location. Laundry in the unit, plenty of towels. I would not hesitate to come back.

I would give this place a solid B. Bottom line is that it’s spacious, the location is excellent, it’s reasonably comfortable, but it is in no way luxurious. This second floor unit is on the water. Below are cliffs, and it’s a short walk to either Mullet or Cupecoy beaches, which are both excellent. The complex itself is dated but usable, with an excellent pool and staffed with a bartender and a cook at the swim-up bar.Excellent host-personable, flexible and helpful. The concierge, meh. Once she checked us in, she disappeared. There were three beach chairs, one of which was broken, and a beach umbrella with broken ribs, none of which she was willing to replace.Now, onto the unit. It is old, I’d say about 30-40 years old, and has never been renovated, as far as I can tell, and it desperately needs it. The kitchen is a cheap builders kitchen, with chipped cupboards and yellowing plastic handles. The dishwasher, while functional, is also yellowed and old and noisy. There is a 4-burner gas cooktop with no exhaust fan(!). Never got the oven to work. Plates, utensils and cooking appliances are cheap and basic, often with chipped glasses or dull knives. Bathrooms are clean but old, and the tiles in the master bath are lifting because the grout has broken away. Beds were firm but the sheets were thin. Air conditioning was excellent, but the sliding glass doors to the patios needed two strong arms to push them open and closed.For 1000CDN a night I expected more
