Splendid contemporary villa of 180 m2 located 300 meters from the sea, in the town of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay plage, seaside resort on the west coast of Cotentin, facing the island of Jersey.

We offer, for 1 to 10 people, this luxury residence located on a plot of 1500m2 enclosed and landscaped.

The house, perfectly oriented, is decorated with the utmost care and equipped with high-end equipment. It thus includes:
- an entrance with cupboard;
- a large lounge / living room with three large bay windows overlooking the terrace and the landscaped garden. It is equipped with a corner sofa, three occasional armchairs, a coffee table, a piece of furniture with large screen TV and Bose stereo system, an XBOX game console, a table and chairs for 10 people, a low cabinet with dishes, glasses, etc;
- a fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, etc.);
- a rear kitchen, also fully equipped for cooking and having a washing machine and dryer;
- a fully insulated garage with plenty of storage space and a freezer;
- five independent bedrooms: 2 on the ground floor with private bathroom for each of them (a 140 bed and one in 160) and 3 upstairs with large bathroom (a 160 bed, a sofa bed convertible in 160, 2 beds in 90, provision of a baby bed and a high chair, if necessary);
- a mezzanine with armchair and large screen TV;
- a large outdoor terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue;
- a reserved and closed space for vehicles.

Our villa is equipped with free broadband WIFI.

Please note: deposit of 250 euros requested on arrival and returned on departure, unless there are special problems.
