Relax while enjoying the exceptional views from our 436 square foot balcony, one of the largest at the Tropic Winds Resort. This end corner unit (open West end) is on the 5TH FLOOR and offers perfect views of both sunrise and sunset. We have two master bedrooms that bracket the living room facing the beach and both directly access the oversized balcony. 
Tropic Winds is the newest Gulf Front condominium development right on the beach and is approximately 12 miles from the new International Airport. This complex offers an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. Guests are also provided an assigned covered parking space in the building within 30’ of the elevator. Additional unassigned parking is provided across the street in a covered/open ramp. 
Our spacious unit totals 1747 sq ft. There is one king size bed and one queen size bed in the two beach front master suites, 2 full size beds in the 3rd bedroom, another queen size bed in the 4th bedroom. The unit will comfortably sleep 10 people. All bedrooms have it s own private bathroom along with a TV in every bedroom.
Our condo operates with a keyless entry system. No wasting time checking in at the front desk. Once you arrive just come on in and let your luxury vacation begin. There is also free wireless internet service provided.
The dining area provides seating for 6 as well as 4 bar stools at the breakfast counter. The well appointed kitchen is equipped with Granite countertops and all NEW stainless steel appliances. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The living room allows for TV/DVD/VHS viewing on the large screen flat TV. The oversized balcony (10 x 44 sq ft) is furnished with a table and 6 chairs, love seat, and coffee table, and 2 lounge chairs.
Nearby activities include golf courses, deep sea fishing, water sports, tourist attractions, and a wide variety of dining opportunities. Location, Location, Location….Tropic Winds is on the west end of the beach which is quieter and family friendly yet close to all the major attractions. It is also only minutes west

Never got check in instructions. Had to reach out to the owner the day of. Arrived at 3:20 and was told we could check in early. Condo was not cleaned had to reach out to the owner again to get the condo cleaned. Came back at 6 still cleaning the place. The towels appeared to be changed but the beds looked like they had been made and no sheets changed. Not the owners fault necessarily but still had to remove and wash the sheets ourselves. Not the best experience.

Great condo

Great for large family balcony great. Only thing lacking was a large frying pan and sheet pan. Had to cut bacon in half to cook. The silverware sucked went and bought plastic wear

The floors were dirty, there were only 2 wash cloths, there wasn’t a cookie sheet to cook our bread on, there was gum on the couch. There was a constant motor noice in the master bedroom with the queen bed. The views were awesome! I was hoping the reviews were wrong about the cleanliness of the place, but they were spot on.

Not clean. Very out dated and old furniture

Rooms were not clean at all. Shower curtain had mildew on them. Under beds full of dust. Under the sink In kitchen was very nasty made you want to throw up. Very dirty couch and carpet. Our feet were black walking on the floor

Our nightmare vacation

Condo was extremely dirty. Furniture was dated and in some cases broken and missing pieces and parts. Bedding was dirty. one coverlet had blood on the inside. TV was balanced on top of a bookcase, which could have been extremely dangerous. The condo owner lives in Guam and the property manager lives in California. The manager has never even seen the condo. The stove is so old all the writing has worn off. The ice maker didn't work. I would not think you would want this condo listed on vrbo.

The week before our trip we read the latest reviews and didn't know what to think or except with this condo. We had a party of 10 (Adults, teens, small kids). The condo was a perfect fit. I got a message from Kayla at 1PM with all the check in information. It was clean when we arrived. Spacious. Great Location. A Beautiful view. The beds and bedding were just OK. Could use updating. We cooked twice during our 4 day stay and had what we needed in the kitchen. The sectional is no longer on the patio but still plenty of furniture to sit on. I would book again.

Property Manager was always hard to get in touch with! I had to text her to get the code to enter the condo at 4:10! Did not get a parking pass or pool arm bands until after I had 2 notices on my car that it would be towed if we didn’t have a pass!! The kitchen is poorly stocked and towels are very old and stained! After texting with the property manager back and forth, I find out she lives in California! Then the security told us they always have problems with this unit and the owners live out of the country! If you are looking for a condo, I would suggest looking somewhere else! We will not be back!

family trip

We arrived with our family for the week and found the condo to be nasty! The cleaning service was the worst I had ever experienced in all the years I have rented from VRBO. I called the manager and reported it. He offered to have the cleaners to come back but I was afraid of retaliation so I went to the store and bought cleaning products and cleaned it myself. The condo had several issues like a broke chair, blinds that were completely tore up and had to put a towel over the windows for privacy in both of the front bedrooms, no ice maker, and the washer had to be repaired while we were there and I was not informed that a repairman was coming. On a positive note, the condo is big and the balcony is the best part. It is huge! We had a good trip but I wish we would have found it in better shape because it has potential.

A balcony like no other!!

There were ten of us and the balcony was big enough for all and not crowded at all!!! So nice for each bedroom to have a full sized bathroom! Will go here again for sure!!!!

Terrible Experience

The condo itself is a great size but that was the only positive part. Upon our arrival, the condo was excessively dirty. We had to clean the bathrooms ourselves and they even left a bag of dirty towels for us to wash in the laundry room. Then the washer broke, so we had to go to the laundromat twice during our stay instead of the owner sending us more towels/linens. To say I am unhappy with this rental and the owners would be a total understatement. We have been vacationing in PCB for 8 years and never had an issue with our condo, I would not recommend this unit for several reasons, too many to list here.

Great balcony

The beach view is outstanding from the remarkable balcony. The interior is nice, but needs work. Beds were adequate, bathrooms had non working lights over the mirrors and very slippery showers - no hair dryers. The kitchen is very dimly lighted and there is no icemaker in the fridge. Big complaint was black mold in one bedroom from a possible leak from hot water heater. I called and left a message because of concerns about mold spores, and also to have something done about dead light bulbs, but owner never responded. We spent most of our time on the balcony - and ate out there as well because the unit was so dimly lit. Furnishings on balcony are great. It's a shame that the owner did not communicate with us.
