Beautifully 1147 sq ft. Sleeps 6. Oceanfront Condo with an oversized balcony with a breathtaking view. Enjoy two complimentary beach chairs with umbrella. (seasonal March15th - October 31st)
THE INTERIOR: Freshly painted walls and new furniture. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with stools, stainless steel appliances and is completely stocked with cookware and kitchenware for your convenience. Table and chairs.
LIVING ROOM: includes reclining couches and full glass oceanview window/door. Complimentary WIFI and TV.
THE LAUNDRY ROOM: Enjoy the luxury of a stacked full sized washer and dryer.
THE MASTER BEDROOM: King size bed with tempurpedic mattress, full bath, TV and full oceanview glass door.
SECOND BEDROOM: Two queen size beds, TV and full size bath.
ADDITIONAL: The salty white prisitine Gulf Beach is easily accessible from the 14th floor and you may relax in the hot tub or heated pool. There are gas grills and picnic tables for your outdoor enjoyment. Also, check out the workout room on the 8th floor.

Tropic Winds is located on the west end of Panama City Beach,10 minutes from 30A and Inlet, Rosemary Beach area. It’s an easy drive to dining, shopping, breweries, and many other amazing attractions. Head eastbound for 2 miles to Pier Park and additional restaurants, shops and entertainment. You’ll love the privacy of our less crowded, residential condominium location.
PARKING: Includes 1 reserved exclusive use parking space (located under the building and close to your condo). Additional parking is located across the street and in the open spaces, first come first serve. All reserved parking must display assigned parking pass on the dash or the mirror. Allotted Tropic Winds wristband must be on you at all times.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a SMOKE FREE property to include the balcony. The Occupancy limit is 6. If you need to sleep more guests, please book a larger condo. NO air mattress is allowed, no parties or large gatherings permitted. Quite hours are to be observed. No pets. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on site.

DAMAGES AND INCIDENTAL :
You are responsible for any damages to the rental by you or your party during your stay.

The unit was lovely. It was clean and the owner clearly had put thought into everything the guests would need. The mattresses were comfortable and the unit was decorated beautifully. We will definitely stay here next year.

Loved this condo!! Beautifully decorated, everything you need provided, fantastic PCB beach, chairs and umbrella included. And the best communication I've ever experienced from an owner. We will definitely be back! Oh, and a great parking space comes with the room!

What an amazing stay we had! Sonja was the best and really helpful. My wife and I have been to PCB a few times, but this was by far the best stay. The condo was super clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the couches were nice. We really had a great time. The beach service was also really nice, not to mention the designated parking spot was so convenient. We will definitely be back!

There is a reason why this condo and the owners are rated 10/10!! Great place to stay in PCB! Quieter end of the beach, family friendly, loved the beach service (a must for any vacationer!), and the condo was just perfect for our needs! Clean and well stocked (better than other places we’ve stayed)! Staff were always nice and it was nice to know they were working hard to keep the property clean and a great experience for everyone!

The beach was great. The sand on Panama City beach is rock free and walkable. We loved that the host had arranged for beach chairs, umbrella and table throughout our stay. We used the spacious hot tub in the early evening.

We had a wonderful stay at this Panama City Beach condo! The condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach trip. The views were absolutely stunning, especially during sunset, and the location was perfect — close to restaurants,and right on the beach.The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the entire property felt very safe and well maintained. We especially loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves each morning and evening.The host was very responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. Overall, this was one of our favorite beach stays, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing Panama City Beach getaway!

Sonya, the host was amazing.. easy to reach when I couldn’t get the deadbolt to retract.. quickly fixed.. the condo was perfect and checked all the boxes we look for in a beachfront week rental.. easy access and quiet.. loved the living room furniture , very comfortable..

This was our second time staying at Tropic Winds but first time in this unit. We were thrilled with the accommodations. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We especially appreciated the games, the included beach chairs, umbrella, and table, the extra chairs for the beach and all of the kitchen appliances. This location is perfect for us - very quiet and not as busy as the more central locations. Still easy to drive and an Alvin’s island location close by with ice cream and souvenirs.

Girl’s Trip

Our five night stay here was absolutely amazing! I have visited the beach every summer for over twenty years and this place was by far the best ever! The condo was well stocked, very clean, and the deco was beautiful. It was incredibly roomy and the large balcony was a great bonus. The owner was exceptionally nice and easy to work with. I highly recommend this condo and look for to returning next year!

Everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at Sonja’s property so much! The moment we arrived I wanted to move in. The condo was decorated beautifully, the beds and seating were very comfortable, it was peaceful and THE VIEW was just incredible . We will definitely be returning!

We stayed for our 17th anniversary! This condo was amazing from host to decor to cleanliness to view. The large balcony was a plus. The elevators were super fast. We had everything we needed. Sonja has the condo stocked very well. And having the complimentary chairs and umbrella was a plus too. We come every year at this time and will definitely be back to stay with Sonja.

Family vacation 2025

Beautiful condo, cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was available. The recliners and beds were so comfortable. Beach chairs, umbrella and table on the beach was a plus. Easy to communicate with Sonja if needed. Thank you so much for allowing our family to stay.

Absolutely Beautiful

Such a beautiful condo, I loved the decor. The king bed and two queen beds gave our family plenty of room and a comfortable sleep. The balcony is huge, with a great ocean view! The owner Sonja was very nice! 10 out 10 recommend!!
